Subnanometer metal clusters play an increasingly important role in heterogeneous catalysis due to their high catalytic activity and *** this work,by means of the density functional theory(DFT) calculations,the catalytic activities of transition metal clusters with precise numbers of atoms supported on graphdiyne(TM_(1-4)@GDY,TM=V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Ru,Rh,Pd,Ir,Pt) were investigated for oxygen evolution reactions(OER),oxygen reduction reactions(ORR) and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER).The computed results reveal that the Pd_(2),Pd_(4) and Pt_(1) anchored graphdiyne can serve as trifunctional catalysts for OER/ORR/HER with the overpotentials of 0.49/0.37/0.06,0.45/0.33/0.12 and 0.37/0.43/0.01 V,respectively,while Pd_(1) and Pt_(2)@graphdiyne can exhibit excellent catalytic performance for water splitting(OER/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.55/0.17 and 0.43/0.03 *** addition,Ni_(1) and Pd_(3) anchored GDY can perform as bifunctional catalysts for metal-air cells(OER/ORR) and fuels cells(ORR/HER) with the overpotentials of 0.34/0.32 and 0.42/0.04 V,***,by precisely controlling the numbers of atoms in clusters,the TM_(1-4) anchored graphdiyne can serve as promising multifunctional electrocatalysts for OER/ORR/HER,which may provide an instructive strategy to design catalysts for the energy conversation and storage devices.

A C-shaped pocket tunnel field effect transistor(CSP-TFET)has been designed and optimized based on the traditional double-gate TFETs by introducing a C-shaped pocket region between the source and channel to improve the device performance.A gate-to-pocket overlapping structure is also examined in the proposed CSP-TFET to enhance the gate *** effects of the pocket length,pocket doping concentration and gate-to-pocket overlapping structure on the DC and analog/RF characteristics of the CSP-TFET are estimated after calibrating the tunneling model in double-gate *** DC and analog/RF performance such as on-state current(Ion),on/off current ratio(Ion/Ioff),subthreshold swing(SS)transconductance(g;),cut-off frequency(f_(T))and gain-bandwidth product(GBP)are *** optimized CSPTFET device exhibits excellent performance with high I_(off)(9.98×10^(-4)A/μm),high I_(on)/I_(off)(~10^(11)),as well as low SS(~12 m V/dec).The results reveal that the CSP-TFET device could be a potential alternative for the next generation of semiconductor devices.

The microwave absorption efficiency, which is relevant to magnet field and its distribution, is a major parameter of the microwave ion source (MWIS) for the intense neutron tube. Based on previous work, the relations between microwave absorption efficiency and plasma chamber structure and thickness of the microwave introduction window are studied. The microwave absorption efficiency reaches to 100% when plasma chamber is 100mm long and the window thickness is 30mm. The microwave absorption efficiency as a function of pressure is also presented.

Molecular mechanism of icariin on rat asthmatic model

Background Effects of icariin on airway inflammation in asthmatic rats and the intervention of LPS induced inflammation are interfered with the machanism of icariin. Our study aimed to observe the effect of icariin on ovalbumin-induced imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokine expression and its mechanism. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group （PBS）, asthma group （ovalbumin （OVA）-induced） dexamethasone group, and OVA＋icariin low, medium and high dose groups （5, 10, 20 mg/kg, respectively）. Each group had ten rats. The model of OVA sensitization was a rat asthma model. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） method was used to observe the effects of icariin on interleukin-4 （IL-4） and inerferon y （IFN-y） in rats＇ lung tissue. Immunohistochemical staining was applied to detect the intervention effects of icadin on T cells （T-bet） and gatabinding protein 3 （GATA-3） in rat pulmonary tissue. Realtime RT-PCR was used to observe the intervention effects of icariin on T-bet and GATA-3 mRNA expression in rat pulmonary tissue and spleen lymphocytes. Western blotting was used to observe the icariin intervention effects on T-bet, GATA-3 and nuclear factor-Kappa B （NF-KB） p65 protein expressions in rat pulmonary tissue. Results The ELISA results from pulmonary tissue showed that IL-4 expression was significantly reduced （P 〈0.05）, while the IFN-y expression increased but not significantly when we compared OVA＋icariin medium and high dose groups with the asthma group. Immunohistochemical staining of pulmonary tissue showed that the GATA-3 decreased significantly while the T-bet staining did not change in the OVA＋icariin high dose group. In pulmonary tissue and spleen lymphocytes T-bet and GATA-3 mRNA expressions were significantly reduced （P 〈0.05） in icariin treatment groups compared with the asthma model group. Objective: To construct gene co-occurrence network of hypertension and liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome, to investigate the biological basis of hypertension and liver-fire hyperactivity syndrome and the characteristics of the molecular network from gene *** and Methods: Applying Gen CLip 2.0 online platform to retrieve the up-to-date literature referred to essential hypertension from PubMed database, cluster the abnormal expression of essential hypertension-related genes and analyze their function, combining Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes-pathway analysis to investigate the closely related genes and the signaling *** on the genes closely related to hypertension, standard diagnostic symptoms of liver-fire hyperactivity were used as keywords to conduct hypertension liver-fire hyperactivity-related gene cluster ***: The top 1000 genes of essential hypertension were retrieved from GenCLip 2.0 online platform, which mainly clustered in the regulation of ambulatory blood pressure, regulation of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system(RAAS), and sympathetic nervous system activity, as well as endothelial dysfunction; the closely related genes of hypertension with liver-fire hyperactivity are related to RAAS, gene REN, angiotensin converting enzyme, angiotensinogen, and cytochrome P450 family ***: A combination of literature mining and data mining can construct the gene network of hypertension and the syndrome-related genes, which provides a new method for the study of the biological basis of hypertension from the genetic level.

Objective： This meta- analysis evaluated the efficacy and safety of Chinese herbal medicine （CHM） combined withangiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEIs） and/or angiotensin-receptor blockers （ARBs）for treatment ofincipient diabetic nephropathy（IDN）. Methods： Nine data bases were searched for randomized controlled trials ofChinese herbal medicine（CHM） and ACEI/ARB for treatment of IDN. Included articles were published betweenJanuary2006 and December 2016. All studies were divided into prescriptions containing both Astragali Radix andRehmanniae Radix （i subgroup）, Astragali Radix（Huangqi） or Rehmanniae Radix（Dihuang）（ii subgroup）, neitherAstragali Radix nor Rehmanniae Radix （iii subgroup）. Review Manager 5.3 was used for subgroup ***： In total, 28 RCTs with 2017 patients were included. The results showed 1）the urinary albumin excretionrate （UAER） can be reduced significantly using CHM with ACEI or ARB for treatment of IDN compared to ACEIor ARB alone, and reduction of the UAER of the i subgroup was superior to that of the other two subgroups;2）serum creatinine （Scr） levels can be reduced significantly using CHM combined with ACEI or ARB, andreduction of Scr in the ii subgroup was superior to that in the iii subgroup; 3）reduction of BUN in group A was notbetter than that in group B. Conclusion： In summary, CHMs combined with ACEI/ARB can decrease UAER andScr significantly compared to the use of ACEI/ARB during IDN treatment. The effect was more significant in theCHM group containing Astragali Radix or Rehmanniae Radix. The application of Astragali Radix and RehmanniaeRadix should be emphasized in third stage diabetic nephropathy.

Lithium argyrodites with high ionic conductivity and low cost are considered as one of the most prospective solid electrolytes for all-solid-state lithium ***,the poor chemical stability and compatibility with lithium metal limit their ***,Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2solid electrolyte with high ionic conductivity of 11.49 m S cm-1and improved chemical stability is synthesized by iodine *** ultra-thin Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane with thickness of 10μm can be obtained by wet coating process,exhibiting a high ionic conductivity of 2.09 mS cm-1and low areal resistance of 1.17Ω***,iodine doping could in-situ form LiI at the lithium/electrolyte interface and improve the critical current density of Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.6from 0.8 to 1.35 mA *** resultant LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2/Li battery shows excellent cycling stability at 1 C,with a reversible specific capacity of 110.1 mA h g-1and a retention of 80.5% after 1000 *** addition,the assembled LiCoO2/Li5.4PS4.4Cl1.4I0.2membrane/Li pouch cell delivers an initial discharge capacity of 110.4 mA h g-1and 80.5% capacity retention after 100 cycles.

Objective:An increasing level of antimicrobial resistance to extended-spectrum cephalosporins has been reported,so we conducted this study to investigate the molecular characteristics of cephalosporin resistant Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG)strains isolated from China Gonococcal Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance Programme(China-GRSP).Methods:In total,2,038 NG isolates were collected from the China-GRSP between 2015 and *** multiantigen sequence typing(NG-MAST),multilocus sequence typing(MLST),and NG sequence typing for antimicrobial resistance(NG-STAR)were used to determine characteristics and resistant determinants of cephalosporin-resistant *** results are described as ***:Seventy-four(3.6%)cephalosporin-resistant isolates were ***_(ST7363)was the most prevalent MLST among cefixime-resistant(CFX-R)isolates,whereas MLST_(ST7365)(n=8)in was the most prevalent sequence type among ceftriaxone-resistant(CRO-R)***-R strains were mainly associated with penA-X(n=27,44.3%),penA-XIII(n=6,9.8%),penA-XVIII(n=5,8.2%),and CRO-R strains were mainly related to penA-XVIII(n=10,25.6%),penA-43(n=9,23.1%),penA-XIII(n=7,17.9%).Conclusion:The main conclusion of this study is that the predominant cephalosporin-resistant clones in China include locally emerged and imported *** CFX-R and CRO-R strains are primarily related to penA mutations,and their predominant genotypes are *** the increase in international travel,tracking high-risk-resistant clones and identifying outbreaks and their associations with epidemiological characteristics are critical to improve public health.

We adopted the solution impregnation route with aluminum dihydrogen phosphate solution as liquid medium for effective surface modification on graphite *** mass ratio of graphite to Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) changed from 0.5:1 to 4:1,and the impregnation time changed from 1 to 7 *** typical composite phase change thermal storage materials doped with the as-treated graphite were fabricated using form-stable *** investigate the oxidation and anti-oxidation behavior of the impregnated graphite at high temperatures,the samples were put into a muffle furnace for a cyclic heat *** on SEM,EDS,DSC techniques,analyses on the impregnated technique suggested an optimized processing conditions of a 3 h impregnation time with the ratio of graphite:Al(H_(2)PO_(4))_(3) as 1:3 for graphite impregnation *** investigations on high-temperature phase change heat storage materials doped by the treated graphite suggested excellent oxidation resistance and thermal cycling performance.

Fracture is the primary failure type for the UO2ceramic pellets,which are operated under irradiation and thermal processes,and physically confined by the *** this work,by combining closely coupled physical processes of heat conduction,heat transfer,and mechanical deformation with the cohesive phase field framework,we proposed a high-precision modeling of quasistatic cracking of three-dimensional （3D） UO2ceramic fuel pellets under high temperature and *** simulation results agree well with the experimental results,indicating that the proposed method has the potential to capture 3D crack modes in the interested time ***,we studied the relation of the 3D fracture patterns of fuel pellets with the peak power *** was found that the power level plays a critical role in determining the competition between radial and circumferential cracks,as well as transverse penetrating cracks.
