Natural gas-fired electricity(NGFE) is expected to play a more important role in the future due to its characteristics of low pollution, high efficiency and flexibility. However, its development in China is impeded by its high regulation price compared with coal power. Market reform is therefore of vital importance to promote the penetration of NGFE. The objective of this study is to analyze the impacts of market reform and the renewable electricity(RE) subsidy policy on the promotion of NGFE and RE. A dynamic game-theoretic model is developed to analyze the interaction among the NG supplier, the power sector and the power grid. Three scenarios are proposed with different policies, including a fixed regulation price of NG and electricity, real-time pricing(RTP) of NG and electricity, and subsidy targeted at RE. The results show that:(1) market reform can sharply decrease the NG price and consequently promote the development of NGFE and RE;(2) subsidy targeted at RE not only promotes the penetration of NGFE and RE, but also increases the utilization ratio of renewables significantly;(3) market reform and the subsidy also enhance consumers’ welfare by reducing their power consumption expenditure.

Objective Age-related increment of the prevalence of CD4^＋CD25^＋ regulatory T （Treg） cells were described controversially, and whether such changes explain immune dysfunction in the elderly is still unclear. The aim of this systematic review is to evaluate the role of the Tregs in immunosenescence. Methods Medline and manual searches were performed to identify all published epidemiological and animal studies investigating the efficacy of the association between immunosenescence and Treg cells. Results It was founded that the frequency, phenotypic characteristics, and number/function of Tregs were altered significantly with aging. Medical conditions in individuals with advanced ageas well as apoptosis intensity of Treg cells had an impact on the accumulation of Tregs which in turn could deteriorate cytotoxic activity of CD8＋ T and NK cells and production of IL-2. The range of immune cells that could be suppressed by Treg cells was quite wide and covered CD4^＋CD25^＋ T cells, NK cells, dendritic cells and even monocytes. These changes were observed both in humans and experimental animals. Besides, it was believed that frequency of Tregs increased with age and was accompanied by intensified suppressive activity for Tregs in patients, for example, with Alzheimer disease （AD） and Parkinson disease （PD）. The impaired condition of CD4＋ T cells, so-called immunosenescence, rendered transplant recipients less responsive to an allogeneic kidney graft, an effect that was limited to transplant recipients who were aged over 60 years. Conclusions Treg cells are associated with immunosenescence. All these changes contribute to the aging-related decline of immune responses and lead to the higher risk of immune-mediated diseases, cancer or infections in aged individuals.

Objective To investigate the mechanism of immune hyporesponsiveness induced by donor-antigen- unloaded recipient-derived immature dendritic cell （imDC） of liver grafts in rats. Methods Forty Sprague-Dawley rats （donor） and forty male Wistar rats （recipient） were randomly divided into 4 groups： control, cyclosporine A （CsA）, mature DC （mDC）, and imDC groups respectively, with 10 donor rats and 10 recipient rats in each group. Recipient rats in CsA group were treated with 10 mg-kg-~＇d-I CsA starting day 2 after the transplantation. Recipients in the mDC or imDC groups were given Wistar rat derived mDCs （1 × 10^6/rat） or imDCs （1 × 10^6/rat） via dorsal vein of the penis respectively 1 day before the transplantation. In each group, 5 recipients were kept for determination of survival time and the other 5 rats were executed at day 10 after transplantation. Blood samples were collected for the measurement of serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, total bilirubin （TBIL）, interleukin 2 （IL-2）, interferon gamma （IFN-γ）, IL-4, and IL-10 levels. liver tissue was harvested for HE staining and acute rejection evaluation. Expression levels of Fas-L/Fas in the grafts were detected by immunohistochemical staining; andWestern blot was used to detect the expression level of Scurfm. Results The survival time of CsA and imDC groups was significantly longer than that of control and mDC groups （all P〈0.05）. The levels of serum ALT and TBIL in the control group （2072.20±217.93 IU/L and 147.42±22.02pmol/L） and mDC group （2117.00±285.13 IU/L and 141.58±20.82 pmol/L） were significantly higher than those in the CsA group （59.68±13.48 IU/L and 15.40±2.13 pmol/L） or imDC group （50.80±9.63 IU/L and 14.44±3.49 pmol/L）（all P〈0.05）. In the CsA and imDC groups, the levels of IL-2 （22.52±3.75 pg/mL and 22.12±3.90 pg/mL） and IFN-γ （309.20±25.19 pg/mL and 321.00±21.64 pg/mL） were significantly lower, but the levels of IL-4 （297.60±25.07 pg/mL and 277.00±22.47 pg/mL） and IL-10 （1226.00±140.49 pg/mL an

When building a classification model,the scenario where the samples of one class are significantly more than those of the other class is called data *** imbalance causes the trained classification model to be in favor of the majority class(usually defined as the negative class),which may do harm to the accuracy of the minority class(usually defined as the positive class),and then lead to poor overall performance of the model.A method called MSHR-FCSSVM for solving imbalanced data classification is proposed in this article,which is based on a new hybrid resampling approach(MSHR)and a new fine cost-sensitive support vector machine(CS-SVM)classifier(FCSSVM).The MSHR measures the separability of each negative sample through its Silhouette value calculated by Mahalanobis distance between samples,based on which,the so-called pseudo-negative samples are screened out to generate new positive samples(over-sampling step)through linear interpolation and are deleted finally(under-sampling step).This approach replaces pseudo-negative samples with generated new positive samples one by one to clear up the inter-class overlap on the borderline,without changing the overall scale of the *** FCSSVM is an improved version of the traditional *** considers influences of both the imbalance of sample number and the class distribution on classification simultaneously,and through finely tuning the class cost weights by using the efficient optimization algorithm based on the physical phenomenon of rime-ice(RIME)algorithm with cross-validation accuracy as the fitness function to accurately adjust the classification *** verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,a series of experiments are carried out based on 20 imbalanced datasets including both mildly and extremely imbalanced *** experimental results show that the MSHR-FCSSVM method performs better than the methods for comparison in most cases,and both the MSHR and the FCSSVM played significan
