基于内容的敏感图像过滤是近年来兴起的一个新的研究领域。本文重点研究了基于内容敏感图像过滤中的若干关键技术,分析比较了三种常用的肤色检测算法,利用统计阈值法评价了各个特征分类图像的能力强弱,并依此实现了一个决策树敏感图像过滤器。为有效降低肖像类正常图像的误判率,又在过滤器中使用了人脸检测机制。在1 207幅实验图像库上(624幅敏感图像和583幅正常图像),本系统的正确检测率为84.01%,其中敏感图像为89.74%,正常图像为75.13%。

Background and purpose:Human uveitis is a type of T cell-mediated autoimmune disease that often shows relapseremitting courses affecting multiple biological *** a cytoplasmic process,autophagy has been seen as an adaptive response to cell death and survival,yet the link between autophagy and T cell-mediated autoimmtmity is not ***:In this study,based on the differentially expressed genes(GSE19652)between the recurrent versus monophasic T cell lines,whose adoptive transfer to susceptible animals may result in respective recurrent or monophasic uveitis,we proposed grouping annotations on a subcellular layered interactome framework to analyze the specific bioprocesses that are linked to the recurrence of T cell *** is,the subcellular layered interactome was established by the Cytoscape and Cerebral plugin based on differential expression,global interactome,and subcellular localization ***,the layered interactomes were grouping annotated by the ClueGO plugin based on Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes ***:The analysis showed that significant bioprocesses with autophagy were orchestrated in the cytoplasmic layered interactome and that mTOR may have a regulatory role in ***,by setting up recurrent and monophasic uveitis in Lewis rats,we confirmed by transmission electron microscopy that,in comparison to the monophasic disease,recurrent uveitis in vivo showed significantly increased autophagy activity and extended lymphocyte infiltration to the affected ***:In summary,our framework methodology is a useful tool to disclose specific bioprocesses and molecular targets that can be attributed to a certain *** results indicated that targeted inhibition of autophagy pathways may perturb the recurrence ofuveitis.

Superconducting SnTe-type topological crystalline insulators(TCIs)are predicted to host multiple Majorana zero modes(MZMs)which can coexist in a single *** level(FL)close to the Dirac points of topological surface states is helpful for detecting ***,the TCI SnTe is a heavily p-type semiconductor which is very difficult to modify to n-type via doping or *** this work,we fabricate the atomically flat Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te/Pb heterostructure by molecular beam epitaxy,and make the p-type Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te become n-type through changing the interface *** scanning tunnelling microscope,we find the Dirac points of Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te/Pb heterostructure are always above the FL due to the Fermi level pinning(FLP)induced by topological surface states at atomically flat *** increasing the interface roughness,the FLP effect is suppressed and then the Dirac points of p-type Sn_(1-x)Pb_(x)Te can be tuned very close to or even below the *** work provides a new method for tuning the FL of SnTe-type TCI which has potential application in novel topological superconductor device.

Our knowledge on permafrost carbon(C)cycle is crucial for understanding its feedback to climate warming and developing nature-based solutions for mitigating climate *** understand the characteristics of permafrost C cycle on the Tibetan Plateau,the largest alpine permafrost region around the world,we summarized recent advances including the stocks and fluxes of permafrost C and their responses to thawing,and depicted permafrost C dynamics within this *** find that this alpine permafrost region stores approximately 14.1 Pg(1 Pg=1015g)of soil organic C(SOC)in the top 3 *** substantial gaseous emissions and lateral C transport occur across this permafrost ***,the mobilization of frozen C is expedited by permafrost thaw,especially by the formation of thermokarst landscapes,which could release significant amounts of C into the atmosphere and surrounding water *** alpine permafrost region nevertheless remains an important C sink,and its capacity to sequester C will continue to increase by *** future perspectives,we would suggest developing long-term in situ observation networks of C stocks and fluxes with improved temporal and spatial coverage,and exploring the mechanisms underlying the response of ecosystem C cycle to permafrost *** addition,it is essential to improve the projection of permafrost C dynamics through in-depth model-data fusion on the Tibetan Plateau.

Structural energy storage composites present advantages in simultaneously achieving structural strength and electrochemical *** of carbon fiber electrodes and resin structural electrolytes in energy storage composite poses challenges in maintaining good mechanical and electrochemical properties at reasonable cost and ***,we report a simple method to fabricate structural supercapacitor using carbon fiber electrodes(modified by Ni-layered double hydroxide(Ni-LDH)and in-situ growth of Co-metal-organic framework(Co-MOF)in a two-step process denoted as Co-MOF/Ni-LDH@CF)and bicontinuous-phase epoxy resin-based structural ***-MOF/Ni-LDH@CF as electrode material exhibits improved specific capacity(42.45 F·g^(-1))and cycle performance(93.3%capacity retention after 1000 cycles)in a three-electrode *** bicontinuous-phase epoxy resin-based structural electrolyte exhibits an ionic conductivity of 3.27×10^(-4) S·cm^(-1).The fabricated Co-MOF/Ni-LDH@CF/SPE-50 structural supercapacitor has an energy density of 3.21 Wh·kg^(-1) at a power density of 42.25 W·kg^(-1),whilst maintaining tensile strength and modulus of 334.6 MPa and 25.2 *** results show practical potential of employing modified commercial carbon fiber electrodes and epoxy resin-based structural electrolytes in structural energy storage applications.

针对传统可靠性分析方法在分析CTCS-3级ATP系统可靠性时存在的不足,采用动态贝叶斯网络模型对其进行可靠性分析。首先,根据CTCS-3级ATP系统的结构与功能建立其故障树模型,并将故障树模型转化为相应的动态贝叶斯网络模型。然后,综合考虑维修、共因失效等因素,对ATP系统进行可靠性分析。结果表明:利用动态贝叶斯网络双向推理的优势对ATP系统进行可靠性分析,不仅可以计算出系统的可靠度,而且可以有效地识别系统的薄弱环节;在可靠性分析过程中,如果忽略共因失效和维修因素对ATP系统可靠性的影响,将导致分析结果偏差过大。通过诊断推理得到,除双系冷备单元外,列车接口单元是ATP系统的薄弱环节,因此加强对其维护检查能够有效降低事故的发生概率。

针对模糊综合评判法在进行列控系统可靠性评价时的不足,本文提出基于云模型和组合赋权法的CTCS-3级列控系统可靠性综合评价方法。首先,根据CTCS-3级列控系统的结构与功能,建立系统的综合能力模型和相应的功能层次结构模型,并采用组合赋权法确定底层设备的权重。然后,采用云模型表示各设备实际指标与额定指标的比值,并根据云运算规则采用加权模型求得CTCS-3级列控系统的可靠性综合指标云。最后,将CTCS-3级列控系统的可靠性综合指标云与可靠性评价集的云模型进行相似度度量,输出评价结果。结果表明:基于云模型和组合赋权法的CTCS-3级列控系统可靠性综合评价方法能够正确且客观地描述系统实现其规定功能的能力,为CTCS-3级列控系统的研发及评估提供借鉴。

以一种全固态离子选择电极为研究对象,探究影响全固态硝酸根离子选择电极性能的因素。针对离子选择电极的稳定性、斜率、响应范围、检测下限、选择性系数、响应时间等主要性能指标的影响因素分别进行分析,得到优化的全固态硝酸根离子选择电极的制作条件。对玻碳电极进行预处理,采用聚苯胺作为导电聚合物,在电极敏感膜中加入三(十二烷基)甲基氯化铵作为离子添加剂,用旋涂法做出表面光洁、厚度为0.4 mm均匀的电极膜。该电极斜率高,检测下限低,响应时间短,电极的电阻较小,选择性好,对于硝酸根的长期在线检测有重要意义。
