OBJECTIVE:To investigate the influence of Yin-tonification herbal formulas Jaeumganghwa-tang(Ziyin Jianghuo Tang,JEGHT),Ssanghwa-tang(Shuanghe Tang,SHT) and Yukmijihwang-tang(Liuwei Di huang Tang,YMJHT) on the activities of human major cytochrome P450(CYP450 s) and UDP-glucuronosyltransferases isozymes(UGTs) in ***:The activities of CYP450 s(CYP1 A2,CYP3 A4,CYP2 B6,CYP2 C9,CYP2 C19,CYP2 D6 and CYP2 E1) and UGTs(UGT1 A1,UGT1 A4 and UGT2 B7)were assessed using in vitro fluorescence-and luminescence-based enzyme assays,*** effects of herbal formulas on the activities of CYP450 s and UGTs were presented as IC50 ***:JEGHT showed the potent inhibition of the CYP2 D6 activity,with weak inhibition on the activities of CYP1 A2,CYP2 B6,CYP2 C9,CYP2 C19,CYP2 E1,CYP3 A4,UGT1 A1,UGT1 A4 and UGT2 *** inhibited the activities of CYP1 A2 and CYP2 E1,whereas the negligible inhibition of the activities of CYP2 B6,CYP2 C9,CYP2 C19,CYP2 D6,CYP3 A4,UGT1 A1,UGT1 A4 and UGT2 B7 through SHT was *** inhibited CYP2 E1 activity,with a negligible inhibition on the activities of CYP1 A2,CYP2 B6,CYP2 C9,CYP2 C19,CYP2 D6,CYP3 A4,UGT1 A1,UGT1 A4 and UGT2 ***:These findings provide information about the potential interactions between three Yin-tonification herbal formulas and conventional drugs.

Two-dimensional(2D)character animation is one of the most important visual elements on which users’interest is focused in the game ***,2D character animation works in the game field are mostly performed manually in two dimensions,thus generating high production *** study proposes a generative adversarial network based production tool that can easily and quickly generate the sprite images of 2D ***,we proposed a methodology to create a synthetic dataset for training using images from the real world in the game resource production field where machine learning datasets are *** addition,we have enabled effective sprite generation while minimizing user input in the process of using the *** this end,we proposed a mixed input method with a small number of segmentations and skeletal bone *** proposed image-to-image translation network effectively generated sprite images from the user input images using the skeletal *** conducted an experiment regarding the number of images required and showed that 2D sprite resources can be generated even with a small number of segmentation inputs and one skeletal bone drawing.

An optimal configuration of the flux-reversal linear synchronous motor (FRLSM) with the optimal number of attachment permanent magnets (PMs) was presented. The optimal model of 2 000 N was designed to reduce the detent force by redesigning the air-gap structure and skewing. The design parameters,mover PMs and stator core,were selected for optimal design by DOE. The thrust and the detent force of the designed optimal models were compared by finite element analysis (FEA). As a result,the thrust of the optimal model is slightly decreased by 1.97% compared with the basic model,and the detent force of the optimal model is greatly decreased by 88.47% compared with the basic model.

Despite the excellent merits of lead perovskite solar cells, their instability and toxicity still present a bottleneck for practical applications. Bismuth perovskite has emerged as a candidate for photovoltaic (PV) applications, because it not only has a low toxicity but is also stable in air. however, the power conversion efficiency (PCE) remains an unsolved problem. We performed band gap tuning experiments to improve the efficiency. The absorption of ABi3I10 structure films was extended within the visible region, and the optical band gap was decreased considerably compared to that for Cs3Bi2I9. Furthermore, we explained the correlation between the structure and the optical properties via a first-principles study. A device employing CsBi3I10 as a photoactive layer exhibits a PCE of 1.51% and an excellent ambient stability over 30 days.

Objective：To assess the effects of traditional herbal formulae Sijunzi Decoction（四君子汤,Sagunja-tang,SJZD）,Siwu Decoction（四物汤,Samul-tang,SWD）,Bawu Decoction（八物汤,Palmul-tang,BWD）and Shiquan Dabu Decoction（十全大补汤,Sipjeondaebo-tang,SDD）on the activities of human cytochrome P450（CYP450）,a drug-metabolizing ***：Herbal formula water extracts were filtered and lyophilized after the powder extracts were dissolved in distilled *** activities of major human CYP450isozymes（CYP3A4,CYP2C19,CYP2D6 and CYP2E1）were measured using in vitro fluorescence-based enzyme *** inhibitory effects of the herbal formulas on the activities of CYP450 were characterized as half maximal inhibition concentration（IC50）***：All the tested herbal formulae inhibited CYP2C19activity（IC50：SJZD,83.28μg/m L;SWD,235.54μg/m L;BWD,166.82μg/m L;SDD,178.19μg/m L）;SJZD（IC50=196.46μg/m L）,SWD（IC50=333.42μg/m L）and SDD（IC50=163.42μg/m L）inhibited CYP2E1-mediated metabolism;whereas BWD exhibited comparatively weak inhibition of CYP2E1（IC50=501.78μg/m L）.None of the four herbal formulas significantly affected CYP3A4 or ***：These results suggest that SJZD,SWD,BWD and SDD could potentially inhibit the metabolism of co-administered synthetic drugs whose primary route of elimination is via *** addition,clinically relevant pharmacokinetic interactions could occur when SJZD,SWD or SDD is co-administered with drugs metabolized by *** findings provide information for the safety and effective clinical use of these four classic herbal formulas.

Although bone defects can be restored spontaneously,bone reconstruction with sufficient strength and volume continues to be a challenge in clinical *** recent years,the use of a variety of biomaterials with bioactivity has been attempted to compensate for this ***,we fabricated a pDNA(encoding for BMP-2)-loaded asymmetrically porous polycaprolactone(PCL)/Pluronic F127 membrane as a bioactive guided bone regeneration(GBR)membrane,using a modified immersion-precipitation *** was observed that the GBR membrane allows continuous release of pDNA for more than20 *** pDNA was sufficiently transfected into human bone marrow stem cells(h BMSCs)without significant cytotoxicity and the gene-transfected cells showed prolonged synthesis of *** in vitro osteogenic differentiation and in vivo animal studies,the effective induction of osteogenic differentiation of h BMSCs and enhanced bone regeneration by the pDNA-loaded asymmetrically porous PCL/Pluronic F127 membrane was observed,suggesting that the pDNA-loaded membrane as a bioactive GBR membrane can be an alternative therapeutic technique for effective bone regeneration.

Invar alloy consisting of 64% iron and 36% nickel has been widely used for the production of shadow masks for organic light emitting diodes（OLEDs） because of its low thermal expansion coefficient（1.86 × 10^-6cm/°C）.To fabricate micro-hole arrays on 30 lm invar alloy film,through-mask electrochemical micromachining（TMEMM） was developed and combined with a portion of the photolithography etching *** precise hole shapes,patterned photoresist（PR） film was applied as an insulating *** investigate the relationship between the current density and the material removal rate,the principle of the electrochemical machining was studied with a focus on the *** finite element method（FEM） was used to verify the influence of each parameter on the current density on the invar alloy film *** parameters considered were the thickness of the PR mask,inter-electrode gap（IEG）,and electrolyte *** of experiments（DOE） was used to figure out the contribution of each parameter.A simulation was conducted with varying parameters to figure out their relationships with the current *** was conducted to select the suitable *** experiment was carried out to verify the simulation *** was possible to fabricate micro-hole arrays on invar alloy film using TMEMM,which is a promising method that can be applied to fabrications of OLEDs shadow masks.

Efficacy of 14-d vs 7-d moxifloxacin-based triple regimens for second-line Helicobacter pylori eradication

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of the 14-d moxifloxacinbased triple therapy for the second-line eradication of Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) ***: Between 2011 and 2013, we conducted a retrospective review of the medical records of 160 patients who had experienced failure of their first-line proton pump inhibitor-based eradication therapy and subsequently received the moxifloxacin-based triple therapy as a second-line eradication treatment regimen. The patients who were treated with the moxifloxacinbased triple therapy(oral 20 mg rabeprazole b.i.d., 1000 mg amoxicillin b.i.d., and 400 mg moxifloxacin q.d.) for 7 d were assigned to the RAM-7 group(n = 79) while those who took them for 14 days were assigned to RAM-14 group(n = 81). The eradication rates for both groups were determined by intentionto-treat(ITT) and per-protocol(PP) analyses. ITT analysis compared the treatment groups as originally allocated while the PP analysis including only those patients who had completed the treatment as originally allocated. Successful eradication therapy for H. pylori infection was defined as the documentation of a negative 13C-urea breath test 4 wk after the end of the eradication ***: The overall ITT eradication rate was 76.2%(122/160). The final ITT eradication rates were 70.8%(56/79; 95%CI: 63.3%-77.1%) in the RAM-7 group and 81.4%(66/81; 95%CI: 74.6%-88.3%) in the RAM-14 group(P = 0.034). The overall PP eradication rate was 84.1%(122/145), and the final PP eradication rates were 77.7%(56/72; 95%CI: 70.2%-85.3%) in the RAM-7 group and 90.4%(66/73; 95%CI: 82.8%-98.1%) in the RAM-14 group(P = 0.017). The H. pylori-eradication rates in the RAM-14 group were significantly higher compared with that of the RAM-7 group according to both the ITT(P = 0.034) and the PP analyses(P = 0.017). Solid-state fiber dye-sensitized solar cells(SS-FDSSCs) have been the subject of intensive attention and development in recent years. Although this field is only in its infancy, metal–organic frameworks(MOFs) are one such material that has been utilized to further improve the power conversion efficiency of solar cells. In this study, MOF-integrated DSSCs were shown to have potential in the development of solar cell devices with efficiency comparable to or better than that of conventional solar cells. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of SS-FDSSCs was improved by embedding MOF-801 into a mesoporous-TiO_(2)(mp-TiO_(2)) layer, which was used as a photoanode in SS-FDSSCs, which are inherently flexible. The PCE of the MOF-integrated SS-FDSSCs was 6.50%, which is comparable to that of the reference devices(4.19%).The MOF-801 enhanced SS-FDSSCs decreased the series resistance(R_(s)) value, resulting in effective electron extraction with improved short-circuit current density(J_(SC)), while also increasing the shunt resistance(R_(sh)) value to prevent the recombination of photo-induced electrons. The result is an improved fill factor and, consequently, a higher value for the PCE.
