XOR spin logic operated by unipolar current based on field-free spin-orbit torque switching induced by a lateral interface

Spin logics have emerged as a promising avenue for the development of logic-in-memory *** particular,the realization of XOR spin logic gates using a single spin-orbit torque device shows great potential for low-power stateful logic circuits in the next *** this study,we successfully obtained the XOR logic gate by utilizing a spin-orbit torque device with a lateral interface,which was created by local ion implantation in the Ta/Pt/Co/Ta Hall device exhibiting perpendicular magnetic *** angle of the lateral interface is set at 45°relative to the current direction,leading to the competition between symmetry breaking and current-driven Néel-type domain wall ***,the field-free magnetic switching reversed is realized by the same sign of current amplitude at this *** on this field-free magnetic switching behavior,we successfully proposed an XOR logic gate that could be implemented using only a single spin-orbit torque Hall *** study provides a potentially viable approach toward efficient spin logics and in-memory computing architectures.

Summary of main observation and conclusion Sulfonylation of alkenes through photoredox-catalyzed functionalization of alkenes with thiourea dioxide under visible-ight rradiation is achleved,The reaction of alkenes,thiourea dioxide and electropiles provides a green and fficient access to alkyl sul-fones and sulfonamides.A broad reaction scope is presented with good functional group compat bility and excellent regiaselectivity.A plausible mecha-nism involving a radical addition process with sulfur dioxide rpdical anion(SO2-)derived from the oxidation of sulfur dioxide anion(S02^-2) is proposed,which is supported by fluorescence quenching experiments.

Influence of crystal-transforming agent on the performance and mechanism ofα-high-strength gypsum prepared from FGD gypsum

This paper investigates the impact of flue gas desulfurization(FGD)gypsum's crystal modifier on the characteristics and microcosmic mechanism ofα-high strength *** results demonstrate that all three crystal modifiers can convert FGD gypsum toα-high-strength *** acid(CA)has the most significant influence onα-high-strength gypsum,and the preparedα-high-strength gypsum is short columnar,with an aspect ratio in the range of 1-3,and has a faster setting time,a larger specific surface area,and a smaller standard consistency,higher compressive strength,greater surface hardness,and smaller crystal particle *** initial setting time of theα-high-strength gypsum manufactured with CA crystal modifier was decreased by 36%compared to the blank sample,the final setting time was lowered by 37.5%,and the water consumption of the standard consistency was reduced by 8%.The maximum strength is 32 MPa after 2 h,the absolute dry compressive strength is up to 38 MPa,and the surface hardness is improved by 24.43%.

High-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production in high-flux reactors

We proposed and compared three methods(filter burnup,single energy burnup,and burnup extremum analysis)to build a high-resolution neutronics model for 238Pu production in high-flux *** filter burnup and single energy burnup methods have no theoretical approximation and can achieve a spectrum resolution of up to~1 eV,thereby constructing the importance curve and yield curve of the full energy *** burnup extreme analysis method combines the importance and yield curves to consider the influence of irradiation time on production efficiency,thereby constructing extreme *** three curves,which quantify the transmutation rate of the nuclei in each energy region,are of physical significance because they have similar distributions.A high-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production was established based on these three curves,and its universality and feasibility were *** neutronics model can guide the neutron spectrum optimization and improve the yield of ^(238)Pu by up to 18.81%.The neutronics model revealed the law of nuclei transmutation in all energy regions with high spectrum resolution,thus providing theoretical support for high-flux reactor design and irradiation production of ^(238)Pu.

Spatiotemporal variations in ecosystem services and their trade-offs and synergies against the background of the gully control and land consolidation project on the Loess Plateau,China

Studying the spatiotemporal variations in ecosystem services and their interrelationships on the Loess Plateau against the background of the gully control and land consolidation(GCLC)project has significant implications for ecological protection and quality development of the Yellow River ***,in this study,we took Yan'an City,Shaanxi Province of China,as the study area,selected four typical ecosystem services,including soil conservation service,water yield service,carbon storage service,and habitat quality service,and quantitatively evaluated the spatiotemporal variation characteristics and trade-offs and synergies of ecosystem services from 2010 to 2018 using the Integrated Valuation of Ecosystem Services and Trade-offs(InVEST)*** also analysed the relationship between the GCLC project and regional ecosystem service changes in various regions(including 1 city,2 districts,and 10 counties)of Yan'an City and proposed a coordinated development strategy between the GCLC project and the ecological *** results showed that,from 2010 to 2018,soil conservation service decreased by 7.76%,while the other three ecosystem services changed relatively little,with water yield service increasing by 0.56% and carbon storage service and habitat quality service decreasing by 0.16% and 0.14%,*** ecological environment of Yan'an City developed in a balanced way between 2010 and 2018,and the four ecosystem services showed synergistic relationships,among which the synergistic relationships between soil conservation service and water yield service and between carbon storage service and habitat quality service were *** GCLC project had a negative impact on the ecosystem services of Yan'an City,and the impact on carbon storage service was more *** study provides a theoretical basis for the scientific evaluation of the ecological benefits of the GCLC project and the realization of a win-win situation between food security and e
