Three-dimensional(3D)imaging is essential for understanding intricate biological and biomedical systems,yet live cell and tissue imaging applications still face challenges due to constrained imaging speed and strong scattering in turbid ***,we present a unique phase-modulated stimulated Raman scattering tomography(PM-SRST)technique to achieve rapid label-free 3D chemical imaging in cells and *** accomplish PM-SRST,we utilize a spatial light modulator to electronically manipulate the focused Stokes beam along the needle Bessel pump beam for SRS tomography without the need for mechanical z *** demonstrate the rapid 3D imaging capability of PM-SRST by real-time monitoring of 3D Brownian motion of polystyrene beads in water with 8.5 Hz volume rate,as well as the instant biochemical responses to acetic acid stimulants in MCF-7 ***,combining the Bessel pump beam with a longer wavelength Stokes beam(NIR-II window)provides a superior scattering resilient ability in PM-SRST,enabling rapid tomography in deeper tissue *** PM-SRST technique providestwofold enhancement in imaging depth in highly scattering media(e.g.,polymer beads phantom and biotissue like porcine skin and brain tissue)compared with conventional point-scan *** also demonstrate the rapid 3D imaging ability of PM-SRST by observing the dynamic diffusion and uptake processes of deuterium oxide molecules into plant *** rapid PM-SRST developed can be used to facilitate label-free 3D chemical imaging of metabolic activities and functional dynamic processes of drug delivery and therapeutics in live cells and tissue.

Dynamic simulation plays a fundamental role in security evaluation of distribution networks(DNs).However,the strong stiffness and non-linearity of distributed generation(DG)models in DNs bring about burdensome computation and noteworthy instability on traditional methods which hampers the rapid response of simulation ***,a novel L-stable approximate analytical method with high accuracy is proposed to handle these *** method referred to as multistage discontinuous Galerkin method(MDGM),first derives approximate analytical solutions(AASs)of state variables which are explicit symbolic expressions concerning system ***,in each time window,it substitutes values for symbolic variables and trajectories of state variables are obtained *** paper applies MDGM to DG models to derive ***-truncation-error-based variable step size strategy is also developed to further improve simulation *** addition,this paper establishes detailed MDGM-based dynamic simulation *** case studies on a numerical problem,a modified 33-bus system and a practical large-scale DN,it can be seen that proposed method demonstrates fast and dependable performance compared with the traditional trapezoidal method.

This paper proposes an enhanced Edge Matching Rate (EMR) to gain good image regis-tration based on Generalized Acreage (GA). Traditional EMR considers only matched pixels sum without concerns of the cause of unmatched pixels and the relationship between matched pixels. The modified EMR introduces the new concept of generalized acreage to measure the overlaying parts between the target image and the model. It also defines similarity of local occlusion and of local dithering to measure interference degree. Not only edge points are considered but also non-edge points, occlusion, and dithering. Using the same preprocessing, the experiments match images based on tra-ditional EMR and the proposed EMR separately. Based on the proposed EMR the paper achieves more stable registration and higher precision.

热成像技术具有广泛的应用领域,随着红外焦平面探测器及数字图像处理技术的发展,新型热成像模式及其图像处理技术成为国内外发展的重要方向。介绍了近年来研究的几个典型进展,其中改进的基于场景特征的时域高通与空域低通滤波结合的非均匀性校正方法能够有效滤除制冷热成像系统观察低温天空场景时的水波纹固定图案噪声,并在FPGA硬件平台上实现了算法移植;研制出红外分焦平面偏振片阵列,实现了中波制冷和长波非制冷红外焦平面探测器的耦合成像,并通过考虑偏振片效应的偏振成像模型,滤除光路中偏振片的辐射影响;研制出基于常规制冷长波红外焦平面探测器的超频高动态热成像系统,在FPGA实现了多积分时间图像融合-细节增强级联的HDR图像融合方法,实现了对高动态场景的实时成像;研究了“田”字型四孔径和“十”字型四/五孔径等三类紧凑型视场部分重叠仿生复眼热成像模式,研制了2套实验系统来验证该方法的有效性;提出一种基于双生成对抗网络的非配对热红外-可见光图像转换算法TIV-Net,该方法能够将热图像有效地转化为类彩色可见光图像,并在无人机等平台实现了不低于20 Hz的实时处理。以上具有创新性的技术突破或已获得应用或展现良好的应用前景,将是进一步研究完善的重要方向。

The genus Bolbochromus Boucomont,1909 includes 3 subgenera(Bolbochromops Krikken&Li,2013;Metabolbochromus Krikken&Li,2013 and Bolbochromus Boucomont,1909)and 27 species(Krikken&Li,2013;Li et al.,2019;Selking,2019).Its geographic distribution is known ranging eastward from India and Sri Lanka in the Himalayas to Southeast Asia,Southern China,the Greater Sunda Islands,the Philippines,and its neighboring islands(Li et al.,2013).The genus is distinguished from other beetles of Bolboceratinae by:imagoes body usually bicolored with brownish yellow or reddish-brown markings;body length 5.8–13.0mm(Li et al.,2019);ocular canthi completely bisecting the eyes;arcuate anterior clypeal margin;pronotum lack tubercles(Krikken&Li,2013);distal antennomere lacking grooves,and inner surface of first antennomere with a polished,glabrous disc(Selking,2019).The members of Bolbochromus can be occasionally attracted to light(Krikken&Li,2013),the feature can be used to set up flight interception traps to obtain specimens.

Based on a strong inter-diagonal matrix and Taylor series expansions,an oversample reconstruction method was proposed to calibrate the optical micro-scanning error. The technique can obtain regular 2 ×2 microscanning undersampling images from the real irregular undersampling images,and can then obtain a high spatial oversample resolution image. Simulations and experiments show that the proposed technique can reduce optical micro-scanning error and improve the system＇s spatial resolution. The algorithm is simple,fast and has low computational complexity. It can also be applied to other electro-optical imaging systems to improve their spatial resolution and has a widespread application prospect.

To improve the quality of the infrared image and enhance the information of the object,a dual band infrared image fusion method based on feature extraction and a novel multiple pulse coupled neural network(multi-PCNN)is *** this multi-PCNN fusion scheme,the auxiliary PCNN which captures the characteristics of feature image extracting from the infrared image is used to modulate the main PCNN,whose input could be original infrared ***,to make the PCNN fusion effect consistent with the human vision system,Laplacian energy is adopted to obtain the value of adaptive linking strength in *** that,the original dual band infrared images are reconstructed by using a weight fusion rule with the fire mapping images generated by the main PCNNs to obtain the fused *** to wavelet transforms,Laplacian pyramids and traditional multi-PCNNs,fusion images based on our method have more information,rich details and clear edges.
