The title complex Co（DMSO）2（H2O）2（SCN）2 has been prepared and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a= 5.1981（9）, b = 11.944（2）, c = 12.646（2） A,β = 98.686（2）°, V = 776.2（2） A^3, C6H16CoN2O4S4, Mr = 367.38, Z = 2, De = 1.572 g/cm^3, F（000） = 378 and μ（MoKa） = 1.646 mm^-1. The structure was refined to R= 0.0232 and wR = 0.0645 for 1241 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. In the title complex, each Co（II） atom is octahedrally coordinated by four O atoms from two DMSO ligands and two water molecules as well as two N atoms from SCN^- ions. The title molecules are connected to each other through intermolecular hydrogen bonds to form a 1-D structure extended by eight-membered Co2O4H2 rings.

A new heterometallic complex {[Cu（pic）2（H2O）2][Cd2（Hdipic）2（H2O）2Cl2]}n （Mr = 1007.73） has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group PI^- with a = 5.8397（4）, b = 9.8664（7）, c = 14.1739（10） °A, α= 82.0150（10）, β = 80.4540（10）, γ= 82.3570（10）°, Z= 1, V= 792.47（10）°A^3, Dc = 2.112 g/cm^3,μ（MoKα） = 2.247 mm^-1, F（000） = 495, the final R = 0.0232 and wR = 0.0644 for 2748 observed reflections （I〉 2σ（I））. In the complex, seven-coordinated·Cd ions form a zigzag chain based on the alternated dinuclear Cd units. The neutral [Cu（pic）2（H2O）2] units are located at the centers of the inter space and fasten to the 1-D chain by hydrogen bonds.

The title complex Mn（H2O）2（HNic）2 （C22H12MnN2O8, Mr = 367.18） crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.5735（8）, b = 12.5295（13）, c = 7.6466（8）A.β = 101.2790（10）°, Z = 2, V= 711.59（13） A^3, D, = 1.714 g/cm^3,μ（MoKa） = 0.974 mm^-1, F（000） = 374, R1 （1255 observed reflections （Ⅰ 〉 2σ（Ⅰ）） = 0.0250） and wR2 = 0.0662 （all data）. In this paper, we report the complexation of Mn（Ⅱ） by the bidentate ligand 2-hydroxynicotinic acid （HNic）. In the crystal the Mn（Ⅱ） ion exhibits a deformed octahedron structure. The title complex Mn（H2O）2（HNic）2 has a three-dimensional （3D） network structure extended by hydrogen bonds, which are formed by two typical eight-membered hydrogen-bonded rings.

A novel nickel（Ⅱ） complex Ni（Iz）2（Bdc）（H2O）2 （Iz = imidazole, Bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate） has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P2 1/n with a = 5.5079（5）, b = 15.0973, c = 9.9825（9） A, β = 90.2380（10）°, C14H16N4NiO6, Mr = 395.02, Z = 2, V = 830.08（13） A^3 Dc = 1.580 g/cm^3, μ（MoKa） = 1.208 mm^-1, F（000） = 408, R = 0.0234 and wR = 0.0603 for 1379 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. In the title complex, adjacent nickel（Ⅱ） ions are bridged through the oxygen atoms of carboxylic groups in syn-anti conformation, yielding an infinite one-dimensional chain. These chains are linked to each other to form a 3-D network structure by three kinds of hydrogen-bonding interactions.

The title compound glycin.3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid （GDB） has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray analysis. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pca21 with a = 25.513（10）, b = 4.668（2）, c = 9.150（4） A°, Z= 4, V= 1089.8（8） A°^3, C9H13NO7, Mr= 247.20, Dc = 1.507 g/m^3,/z（MoKa） = 0.132 mm^-1, F（000） = 520, R1 = 0.0322 and wR2 = 0.0611 for 885 observed reflections （I 〉 2σ（I））. The title compound is a 1：1 molecular complex of glycin and 3,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid, which is linked by O-H…O and N-H…O hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework. Test of SHG （second harmonic generation） indicates that NLO generation of the crystal is higher than that of KDP.

The title adduct （C9H11N3O6, Mr= 257.21） was synthesized and it crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P212121 with a = 5.8835（19）, b =9.517（3）, c = 20.399（6） A, V= 1142.2（6） ,A^3 Z = 4, Dc= 1.496 g/cm^3, F（000） = 536,μ（MoKα） = 0.128 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0396 and wR = 0.0800 for 1047 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）. The compound is a 1：1 adduct of dimethylamine and 3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid which are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a two-dimensional network. The dimethylamine is protonated at the nitrogen atom with the proton from the carboxyl of 3,5- dinitrobenzoic acid.

A novel title complex, C23H19N2O19Na4Y （Mr= 808.27）, has been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 13.560（3）, b = 14.016（3）, c = 14.948（4） A, β = 99.492（4）°, Z = 4, V = 2802.2（12） A^3, Dc = 1.916 g/cm^3,μ（MoKα） = 2.241 mm^-1, F（000） = 1624, the final R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0828 for 4044 observed reflections（I〉 2σ（I））. In the crystal, each eight- coordinated Y（Ⅲ） atom is linked by carboxyl groups of BTC to form a one-dimensional helical network structure.

Two diadochy cyanide-bridged bimetallic complexes [Pr(DMSO)2(H2O)3Co(CN)6] ?H2O 1 and [Nd(DMSO)2(H2O)3Co(CN)6]?H2O 2 have been synthesized, and their crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods. Crystal data for 1: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 7.692(2), b = 30.791(10), c = 9.131(3) ?, β =100.645(5)o, V = 2125.4(11) ?3, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0422 and wR = 0.0904 for 3484 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I); and those for 2: monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 7.692(3), b = 30.902(11), c = 9.152(3) ?, β = 100.665(5)o, V = 2137.8(13) ?3, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.0906 for 3268 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The LN atoms are linked to the Co atoms by cyanide bridging, forming a two-dimensional gridding structure. The LN3+ ions are both eight-coordinated by three cyano nitrogen and five oxygen atoms of two DMSO and three water molecules. The X-ray single-crystal structure analysis shows that the unbridged cyanide ligands between the closest layers interact with the coordinated water molecules through hydrogen bonds to connect the two layers. Therefore, the molecular structure is a 3D hydrogen-bonded network derived from LNCo chains.
