某油田地表水资源贫乏,生产生活用水主要来自水源井。但因水源井受季节和地下水资源富集程度等影响,地层产水量不平稳,无法实时监测水位,深井泵易烧毁。该油田开展数字化油田和智慧油田建设以后,水源井相关参数无法读取和接入,且水源井起下管柱和动力电缆极其不便。因此研制并应用了集成动力电缆、信号电缆的敷缆复合连续管和水源井智能控制系统,能实时读取井下动液面、出口压力、井口流量、监测深井泵运行状态等数据,实现智能监控、远程控制、实时调参、缓起缓停、变频运行、干抽保护、深井泵状态调控等多项功能,同时实现了水源井智能控制,达到了节能减排的目的。

This paper presents a topology optimization approach for the surface flows on variable design *** this approach,the matching between the pattern of a surface flow and the 2-manifold used to define the pattern can be optimized,where the 2-manifold is implicitly defined on another fixed 2-manifold named as the base *** fiber bundle topology optimization approach is developed based on the description of the topological structure of the surface flow by using the differential geometry concept of the fiber *** material distribution method is used to achieve the evolution of the pattern of the surface *** evolution of the implicit 2-manifold is realized via a homeomorphous *** design variable of the pattern of the surface flow and that of the implicit 2-manifold are regularized by two sequentially implemented surface-PDE *** two surface-PDE filters are coupled,because they are defined on the implicit 2-manifold and base manifold,*** surface Navier-Stokes equations,defined on the implicit 2-manifold,are used to describe the surface *** fiber bundle topology optimization problem is analyzed using the continuous adjoint method implemented on the first-order Sobolev *** numerical examples have been provided to demonstrate this approach,where the combination of the viscous dissipation and pressure drop is used as the design objective.

Under strong earthquakes, long-span spatial latticed structures may collapse due to dynamic instability or strength failure. The elasto-plastic dynamic behaviors of three spatial latticed structures, including two double-layer cylindrical shells and one spherical shell constructed for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, were quantitatively examined under multi-support excitation （MSE） and uniform support excitation （USE）. In the numerical analyses, several important parameters were investigated such as the peak acceleration and displacement responses at key joints, the number and distribution of plastic members, and the deformation of the shell at the moment of collapse. Analysis results reveal the features and the failure mechanism of the spatial latticed structures under MSE and USE. In both scenarios, the double-layer reticulated shell collapses in the ＂overflow＂ mode, and the collapse is governed by the number of invalid plastic members rather than the total number of plastic members, beginning with damage to some of the local regions near the supports. By comparing the numbers and distributions of the plastic members under MSE to those under USE, it was observed that the plastic members spread more sufficiently and the internal forces are more uniform under MSE, especially in cases of lower apparent velocities in soils. Due to the effects of pseudo-static displacement, the stresses in the members near the supports under MSE are higher than those under USE.

This work is devoted to the aeronautical application of topology optimization for modular structures with multiple assemblies that consist of repeated standard modules and optional *** kinds of structures are widely used owing to their transportability,reconfigurability,low manufacturing and service *** this work,the design of airborne shelves with modular structures characterized by the standard module configuration is formulated for the first time as a topology optimization problem of multiple assemblies and multiple load cases subjected to the volume *** is shown that the weighted compliance design of multiple assemblies is a compromising solution compared to the optimization result of each individual assembly of standard ***,the performance of optimized airborne shelves with the modular structures can effectively be ameliorated with the help of reinforcements.

Sol-gel technology was employed to synthesize nanosized precursors of La-Mg hydrogen storage alloy at different pH values (0.5, 1.5, 8.0 and 9.0) of reaction solution. The effect of pH value on microstructure of the nano precursors of La-Mg hydrogen storage alloy was studied by infrared radiation (IR), thermo-gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). IR results indicate that the chelating agent, citric acid, is not fully ionized, and carboxyl groups are not entirely used to complex metal ions in acidic solutions. The efficiency of complexing metal ions is enhanced in basic solutions. TG/DTA results show that the combustion may take place with low rate of the flame propagation that causes the longer combustion time when pH<1.5. On the contrary, the dry gel synthesized in basic solution combusts at low ignition temperature and combustion reaction is violent; it is easy to form fine particles. XRD and TEM results reveal that the precursor powders are mainly two-phase mixture of La 2 O 3 and MgO. The morphology of the particles is almost flake with the size of ~30 nm when pH is 8.0.

The seismo-electromagnetic(EM)method is an important geophysical method that plays a major role in the observation of seismic anomalies related to earthquake *** is the most promising method for a breakthrough in short-term earthquake *** digital transformation and network upgrading implemented in the“Ninth five-year plan”and“Tenth five-year plan”have optimized the original observation system,improved the quality of observed data,enriched the seismicelectromagnetic information,and enhanced the analysis capability and timeliness of seismic-electromagnetic *** improvements are of major importance for the research on seismo-electromagnetics as well as for the development of new *** the beginning of the 21 st century,China has launched a satellite named CSES that was designed for the generation and study of seismo-electromagnetic data and built a high-power transmitting source and a new CSELF observation network that is used specifically for earthquake *** platform has promoted the full-time three-dimensional EM monitoring and the identification of earthquake *** on the study of anomalies related to earthquake precursors,the physical and numerical simulations,and the study on generation mechanism of anomalies in China,we summarize the characteristics of earthquake EM anomalies and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different EM observation ***,considering the related questions of the seismo-electromagnetic prediction and implementing the recent developments both in China and abroad,we review the current status of seismo-electromagnetic research and propose strategies for future research.

针对利用全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)反演高精度大气可降水量(precipitable water vapor,PWV)时需要获取大气加权平均温度(Tm)从而影响结果精度的问题,在充分探究PWV与对流层天顶湿延迟(zenith wet delay,ZWD)等诸多因子相关性的基础上,利用中国南方地区40个探空站在2015—2017年的探空数据,基于多层感知器(multi layer perceptron,MLP)神经网络及多元回归拟合算法分别建立预测PWV的MLP模型、线性回归(linear regression,LR)模型与非线性回归(non-linear regression,NLR)模型。为充分探究2种建模方法对PWV精度的影响,利用2018年探空数据为参考值进行模型精度检验,并与传统PWV预测模型(PWV-SC2模型)进行精度对比分析。结果表明:MLP模型的年均均方根误差(RMSE)、偏差(bias)和相对误差(RE)分别为0.66 mm、0.06 mm和2.18%,相比LR模型和NLR模型年均RMSE分别降低了0.11 mm(14.6%)和0.17 mm(20.5%),年均bias分别降低了0.04 mm(43.7%)和0.28 mm(82.3%),年均RE分别降低了50.7%和57.3%;相比PWV-SC2模型,年均RMSE和bias分别降低了0.17 mm(20.5%)和0.15 mm(71.4%),年均RE降低了47.7%。因此,MLP模型在中国南方地区有较好的精度及适应性,可应用于中国南方地区高精度PWV预测。

目的:探究木瓜提取物MGE30OA对吲哚美辛诱导的大鼠胃黏膜损伤的保护作用及其可能的机制。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,MGE30OA低、中、高剂量(25、50、100 mg/kg)组,每组5只。模型组灌胃4 mg/kg吲哚美辛;MGE30OA各剂量组灌胃吲哚美辛0.5 h后,灌胃相应剂量的MGE30OA;1次/d,持续14 d。末次给药后取大鼠胃黏膜组织,HE染色观察组织学表现,Western blot法检测胃组织中PI3K/AKT信号通路相关蛋白和MAPK3蛋白的表达;取全血,ELISA法检测血清TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6、TGF-β1、IL-4、IL-10、COX-1、COX-2、PGE2水平。结果:模型组大鼠胃黏膜损伤明显,MGE30OA各剂量组胃黏膜损伤较模型组减轻。与正常组比较,模型组大鼠血清中促炎因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平升高,抗炎因子TGF-β1、IL-4、IL-10水平降低,PGE2和COX-1水平降低,COX-2水平升高(P<0.05);胃组织中磷酸化(p-)PI3K/PI3K和p-AKT/AKT降低,MAPK3表达水平升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,MGE30OA各剂量组血清IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α水平降低,IL-4、IL-10、TGF-β1水平升高(P<0.05);COX-2水平降低,COX-1及PGE2水平升高(P<0.05);p-PI3K/PI3K与p-AKT/AKT升高,MAPK3表达下调(P<0.05)。结论:MGE30OA对吲哚美辛诱导的大鼠胃黏膜损伤有较好的保护作用,其作用机制可能与调节PI3K/AKT、MAPK信号通路有关。
