Poor permeability and low sintering productivity restrict the development of high-bed *** efficient method of the double-layer sintering process(DLSP)was proposed to achieve high-bed sintering and solve the aforementioned *** calculation and sintering pot experiments were implemented to investigate the double-layer sintering *** sintering process and DLSP were compared in terms of sintering indices,metallurgical properties and morphology *** the condition of traditional sintering process,DLSP successfully realized fast velocity and highly productive sintering of 1000-mm high *** the sintering bed is charged and ignited twice,the air permeability of the bed has been greatly *** time is shortened significantly by simultaneous sintering of the upper and lower feed *** the condition of bed height proportion of 350/650 mm and pre-sintering time of 20 min,the yield,tumbler strength,productivity and solid fuel consumption are 69.96%,65.87%,1.71 t(m^(2)h)^(-1)and 56.71 kg/t,***,hematite,calcium ferrite and complex calcium ferrite are the main phases of DLSP *** metallurgical properties of DSLP products meet the requirement of *** indicates that DLSP is an effective method to solve the disadvantages of bad permeability and low sintering productivity in high-bed sintering.

Depression is a prevalent mental disorder with limited effective treatments， posing a significant global issue. This study explored L-theanine and geniposide， key components in "food-medicine homology" materials， to determine if their combination (TG) could alleviate depression-like behaviors and hippocampal neuronal damage in a chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) mouse model. Male C57BL/6J mice were divided into control， CUMS model， and CUMS+TG groups with varying doses. The CUMS group displayed depression-like behaviors， including reduced activity and sucrose preference. TG treatment partially reversed these changes， significantly increasing antioxidant enzyme activities， decreasing pro-inflammatory cytokine levels， and improving neuromodulator levels. RNA-seq analysis identified the transthyretin (TTR) gene， upregulated in the model group but downregulated after TG treatment. TG treatment modulated intestinal microbiota composition compared to the CUMS group， including increased Firmicutes， reduced Bacteroidetes and Prevotella， and variable changes in Bifidobacterium abundance. In conclusion， our study indicates that CUMS exposure upregulates stress hormones and TTR expression， associated with neuroinflammation， oxidative stress， monoamine depletion， depression-like behaviors， and intestinal microbiota dysbiosis. TG treatment alleviates these effects and modulates intestinal microbiota， suggesting L-theanine and geniposide’s potential as a novel depression therapy.

Background and aims: Dexamethasone is a common glucocorticoid medication with adverse effects that can cause muscle atrophy， but no drug intervention has been approved or recommended for this condition. KF-8 is a rice bran-derived anti-oxidant peptide that extends the life span of Caenorhabditis elegans. Methods: We established a C. elegans model of dexamethasone-induced myopathy to evaluate the potential therapeutic effects of KF-8 in this model. C. elegans muscle function was assessed in terms of locomotory behaviors including crawling， swimming， burrowing， pharyngeal pumping， and head swing. Muscle actin filament integrity was evaluated using fluorescence imaging. The molecular mechanisms of KF-8 were investigated using transcriptome sequencing， qRT-PCR， RNA interference， and western blot analysis. Results: Dexamethasone disrupted actin filaments in the striated muscles of the body wall and inhibited C. elegans crawling， swimming， burrowing， pharyngeal pumping， and head swing. KF-8 reversed the actin filament disruption and locomotor dysfunction induced by dexamethasone. Transcriptome sequencing， pathway enrichment， and qRT-PCR analyses revealed that KF-8 regulated the locomotion-related genes W04G5.10， vha-12， and ddr-1， as well as age-1 (the catalytic subunit ortholog of PI3K)， and akt1. RNA interference， conducted using a genetically engineered E. coli HT115 strain as a food source， confirmed age-1 as a key regulator of locomotor function of C. elegans. Further mechanistic studies with C2C12 myotubes showed that KF-8 regulated the IRS-PI3K-Akt pathway， the master regulator of protein synthesis and degradation. Conclusion: Together， these findings suggest that KF-8 protects against dexamethasone-induced myopathy in C. elegans by regulating locomotion-related genes and the IRS-PI3K-Akt pathway.

Two kinds of bronze-graphite-MoS_(2) self-lubricating materials with copper-coated MoS_(2) and uncoated MoS_(2) were prepared by powder *** and wear experiments were carried out under 4 N and 10 N loads respectively,and the effects of copper-coated MoS_(2) on the friction performances of the materials were *** showed that the way of copper-coated on the surface of MoS_(2) could reinforce the bonding between MoS_(2) and matrix,and inhibited the formation of MoO_(2).Moreover,both materials formed a MoS_(2) lubricating film on the surface during the friction *** the lubricating film formed after copper coating on MoS_(2) was thicker and had uneven morphology,it was more conducive to improving the friction performance of the *** with conventional materials,the wear rate of copper-coated materials was reduced by one order of magnitude,and the friction coefficient was also reduced by 22.44% and 22.53%,respectively,when sliding under 4 N and 10 N *** shows that copper-coated MoS_(2)can improve friction properties of bronze-graphite-MoS_(2)self-lubricating materials furtherly.

肺癌作为全球发病率排名第二、死亡率居高不下的癌种威胁全人类生命健康。通过开展临床试验,肺癌的治疗手段逐渐丰富,治疗时机的把握和认知更为清晰,肺癌患者的预后也得到了显著改善,然而仍然存在未被满足的临床需求。本文回顾了全球肺癌治疗领域的临床研究发展情况,阐述了临床试验在设计、实施和监管等方面的变化:研究终点的变革有利于缩短研发周期、加速药物上市,研究人群、药物靶点的细化有利于实现精准治疗的最大化疗效,综合多元化的治疗手段、防治结合有利于改善生存、减少社会负担,并对未来发展方向提出展望。

目的:建立卡前列素氨丁三醇合理使用评价细则,为临床合理使用该药提供参考。方法:以卡前列素氨丁三醇的说明书为基础,参考有关指南和文献,通过专家咨询法,制定药物的合理性评价细则,采用基于层次属性模型的加权TOPSIS法对福建省妇幼保健院2022年度563例产科住院患者使用该药的情况进行评价。结果:根据加权TOPSIS法评价的结果,563份病例中,143例(占25.40%)用药合理,376例(占66.79%)用药基本合理,44例(占7.82%)用药不合理。不合理用药主要表现在适应证、禁忌证、药物慎用情况、给药时机、药物相互作用等方面,其中适应证、给药方式、给药时机方面存在超说明书用药现象。结论:基于加权TOPSIS法的卡前列素氨丁三醇药物利用评价方法可用于该药的利用评价,评价结果显示,该药使用基本合理,但仍存在不合理使用现象,需加强管理,进一步规范该药的合理使用。
