Natural.enzymes,such as horseradish peroxidase(HRP),are a cl.ss of important biocatal.sts with the high specificity,but their catal.tic efficiency is usual.y ***,the higher catal.tic efficiency induced by the confinement effect is promising in optical.sensing *** this work,a dark-fiel. l.ght scattering sensing pl.tform was fabricated by the confinement effect of HRP from hybridization chain reaction(HCR)and then rel.ased to sol.tion by the toehol.-mediated strand displ.cement reaction(TSDR).Then,HRP catal.zed the 3,3,5,5-tetramethyl.enzidine(TMB)to TMB^(2+)with the assistance of hydrogen peroxide,which etched the gol. nanorods(Au NRs)with the weakened l.ght *** singl.-particl. assay was establ.shed based on the decreased l.ght scattering intensity of AuNRs under dark-fiel. *** proposed assay reveal.d excel.ent anal.tical.performance within a l.near range from 25 pmol.l.to 600 pmol.l.and a l.w l.mit of detection of 3.12 pmol.***,it al.o manifested satisfactory recovery of mi RNA-21 in human serum *** high sensitivity,excel.ent specificity,and universal.appl.cabil.ty make this sensing pl.tform promising for disease diagnosis.

Humic acids(HAs) are widel. used as fil.rate and viscosity reducers in dril.ing fl.ids. However, their practical.util.ty is l.mited due to poor stabil.ty in sal. resistance and high-temperature resistance. Hightemperature coal.pitch(CP) is a by-product from coal.pyrol.sis above 650.C. The substance's mol.cul.r structure is characterized by a dense arrangement of aromatic hydrocarbon and al.yl.substituents. This unique structure gives it unique chemical.properties and excel.ent dril.ing performance, surpassing traditional.humic acids in dril.ing operations. Potassium humate is prepared from CP(CP-HA-K) by thermal.catal.sis. A new type of high-qual.ty humic acid temperature-resistant viscosity-reducer(Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer) is synthesized with CP-HA-K, hydrol.zed pol.acryl.nitril. sodium sal.(Na-HPAN),urea, formal.ehyde, phenol.and acryl.mide(AAM) as raw material.. The experimental.resul.s demonstrate that the most favorabl. conditions for the catal.tic preparation of CP-HA-K are 1 wt% catal.st dosage, 30 wt% KOH dosage, a reaction temperature of 250.C, and a reaction time of 2 h, resul.ing in a maximum yiel. of CP-HA-K of 39.58%. The temperature resistance of the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer is measured to be 177.39.C, which is 55.39.C higher than that of commercial.HA-K. This is due to the abundant presence of amide, hydroxyl. and amine functional.groups in the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer,which increase the l.ngth of the carbon chains, enhance the el.ctrostatic repul.ion on the surface of sol.d particl.s. After being aged to 120.C for a specified duration, the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer demonstrates significantl. higher viscosity reduction(42.12%) compared to commercial.HA-K(C-HA-K). Furthermore,the Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer can tol.rate a high sal. concentration of 8000 mg.l.1, measured after the addition of optimum amount of 3 wt% Graft CP-HA-K pol.mer.
