In situ photoelectric biosensing based on ultranarrowband near-infrared plasmonic hot electron photodetection

Narrowband photodetection is an important measurement technique for material analysis and sensing, for example, nondispersive infrared sensing technique. Both photoactive material engineering and nanophotonic filtering schemes have been explored to realize wavelength-selective photodetection,while most devices have a responsive bandwidth larger than 2% of the operating wavelength, limiting sensing performance. Near-infrared photodetection with a bandwidth of less than 0.2% of the operating wavelength was demonstrated experimentally in Au/Si Schottky nanojunctions. A minimum linewidth of photoelectric response down to 2.6 nm was obtained at a wavelength of 1550 nm by carefully tailing the absorptive and radiative loss in the nanostructures. Multiple functions were achieved on chip with the corrugated Au film, including narrowband resonance, light harvesting for sensing and photodetection, and electrodes for hot electron emission. Benefiting from such a unity integration with in situ photoelectric conversion of the optical sensing signal and the ultranarrowband resonance, self-contained on-chip biosensing via simple intensity interrogation was demonstrated with a limit of detection down to 0.0047%in concentration for glucose solution and 150 ng∕m L for rabbit IgG. Promising potential of this technique is expected for the applications in on-site sensing, spectroscopy, spectral imaging, etc.

PSRDP:A Parallel Processing Method for Pulsar Baseband Data

To address the problem of real-time processing of ultra-wide bandwidth pulsar baseband data,we designed and implemented a pulsar baseband data processing algorithm(PSRDP)based on GPU parallel computing *** can perform operations such as baseband data unpacking,channel separation,coherent dedispersion,Stokes detection,phase and folding period prediction,and folding integration in GPU *** tested the algorithm using the J0437-4715 pulsar baseband data generated by the CASPSR and Medusa backends of the Parkes,and the J0332+5434 pulsar baseband data generated by the self-developed backend of the Nan Shan Radio *** obtained the pulse profiles of each baseband *** experimental analysis,we have found that the pulse profiles generated by the PSRDP algorithm in this paper are essentially consistent with the processing results of Digital Signal Processing Software for Pulsar Astronomy(DSPSR),which verified the effectiveness of the PSRDP ***,using the same baseband data,we compared the processing speed of PSRDP with DSPSR,and the results showed that PSRDP was not slower than DSPSR in terms of *** theoretical and technical experience gained from the PSRDP algorithm research in this article lays a technical foundation for the real-time processing of QTT(Qi Tai radio Telescope)ultra-wide bandwidth pulsar baseband data.

以探讨利用舰炮拦截高超音速导弹(hypersonic missile,HM)的可行性为目的,选取典型武器装备作为攻防对抗原型,开展了利用舰炮拦截HM的研究。通过研究HM破片的动态飞散特性,建立了HM导弹破片的二次杀伤模型,求得了飞散破片的杀伤下界。在此基础上建立了HM三维末制导攻击模型以及舰炮拦截模型,在HM与目标舰艇的动态对抗中全面分析了HM的飞行速度、入射角、战斗部装填系数等与HM平均必须命中数、可达命中数及突防概率之间的关系。结果表明,HM对目标的二次杀伤效果比较明显,对舰炮具有较高的突防概率。

Highly Hydrolysis-Resistant Polyimide Fibers Prepared by Thermal Crosslinking with Inherent Carboxyl Groups

Easy hydrolysis in alkaline environments limits the use of polyimide fibers in environmental protection. The hydrolysis resistance levels of polyimide fibers can be improved by crosslinking of the macromolecular chains. In this work, crosslinked polyimide fibers(CPI fibers) were produced by intrinsic carboxyl decarboxylation for the first time. The thermal stability of the polyimide fibers containing the intrinsic carboxyl groups(PIC fibers) was studied, and the temperature of the decarboxylation-crosslinking reaction was determined to be 450 ℃. The PIC fibers were hotdrawn to initiate thermal crosslinking of the carboxyl groups and molecular chain orientation at high temperature. The CPI fibers had high tensile strengths(0.72-1.46 GPa) and compressive strengths(401-604 MPa). The oriented macromolecules and chemically crosslinked structure improved the tightness of the molecular chains and endowed the CPI fibers with excellent hydrolytic resistance. The CPI-50 fiber did not dissolve in a 0.5 wt% NaOH solution during heating at 90 ℃ for 10 h, and the tensile strength retention reached 87% when treated in 0.5 wt% NaOH solutions at 90 ℃ for 1 h, providing a guarantee for its application in alkaline corrosive environments.

A Cross-matching Service for Data Center of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory

Cross-matching is a key technique to achieve fusion of multi-band astronomical catalogs. Due to different equipment such as various astronomical telescopes, the existence of measurement errors, and proper motions of the celestial bodies, the same celestial object will have different positions in different catalogs, making it difficult to integrate multi-band or full-band astronomical data. In this study, we propose an online cross-matching method based on pseudo-spherical indexing techniques and develop a service combining with high performance computing system(Taurus) to improve cross-matching efficiency, which is designed for the Data Center of Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory. Specifically, we use Quad Tree Cube to divide the spherical blocks of the celestial object and map the 2D space composed of R.A. and decl. to 1D space and achieve correspondence between real celestial objects and spherical patches. Finally, we verify the performance of the service using Gaia 3 and PPMXL catalogs. Meanwhile, we send the matching results to VO tools-Topcat and Aladin respectively to get visual results. The experimental results show that the service effectively solves the speed bottleneck problem of crossmatching caused by frequent I/O, and significantly improves the retrieval and matching speed of massive astronomical data.

Research on Laser Gladded Nickel Based Nanometer Tungsten Carbide Composite Coating

CO2 laser is adopted on the surface of austenitic stainless steel (ICrlSNiQ) to clad nickel based nanometer WC/Co composite coating. SEM, EDAX, XRD, AFM and Scratch Testers are adopted to conduct analysis and research on the microstructure, composition, phase and bonding strength of the coating. Results indicate that the microstructure of coating is metallurgically bonded with stainless steel base, eliminating porosities and cracks. The coating has a considerable quantity of nanometer particles visible with a granularity ^lOOnm under a nanoscope atomic microscope. The bonding strength of the laser cladded coating is remarkably improved respectively compared with conventional hot-sprayed coating and spray welding. The nanometer effect of nanometer WC/Co introduced into the coating plays an important role in the laser cladding processes.

Structural and Electrical Characters of Ba_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)TiO_3/La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)CoO_3 Thin Films by Plus Laser Deposition

Epitaxial Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 （BST） thin films were deposited on LaAlO3 （LAO） substrates with the conductive metallic oxide La0.5 Sr0.5CoO3 （LSCO） film as a bottom electrode by pulsed laser deposition （PLD）. X-ray diffraction 0-20 andФ scan showed that the epitaxial relationship of BST/LSCO /LAO was [001] BST// [001] LSCO//[001] LAO. The atomic force microscope （AFM） revealed a smooth and crack-free surface of BST films on LSCO-coated LAO substrate with the average grain size of 120 nm and the RMS of 1.564 nm for BST films. Pt/BST/LSCO capacitor was fabricated to perform Capacitance-Voltage measurement indicating good insulating characteristics. For epitaxial BST film, the dielectric constant and dielectric loss were determined as 471 and 0.03, respectively. The tunabilty was 79.59% and the leakage current was 2.63×10^-7 A/cm^2 under an applied filed of 200 kV/cm. Furthermore, it was found that epitaxial BST （60/40） fdms demonstrate well-behaved ferroelectric properties with the remnate polarization of 6.085μC/cm^2 and the coercive field of 72 kV/cm. The different electric properties from bulk BST （60/40） materials with intrinsic paraelectric characteristic are attributed to the interface effects.
