Cancer is a severe disease,which have troubled human being for a long *** development of nanotechnology has provided a new way for cancer *** is a promising strategy to integrate imaging and therapeutic functions into one single nanoplatform to achieve efficient combination of diagnosis and ***,we exploited novel CuMo_(2)S_(3)-PEG-Gd nanocomposites(NCs)for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),guiding the photothermal therapy(PTT)/photodynamic therapy(PDT)/chemodynamic therapy(CDT).The experimental results showed that CuMo_(2)S_(3)-PEG-Gd NCs have a high photothermal conversion efficiency(40.6%),excellent biocompatibility and good *** CuMo_(2)S_(3)-PEGGd NCs exhibited a clear MRI performance for tumor due to connecting Gd,which can guide in vivo therapy to improve the therapeutic ***,both in vitro and in vivo therapeutic results of CuMo_(2)S_(3)-PEG-Gd NCs exhibited that the PTT/PDT/CDT achieved a remarkably synergistic effect,which could efficiently inhibit the tumor ***,CuMo_(2)S_(3)-PEG-Gd NCs,which integrated imaging with multiple therapies,have a good potential as theranostic agent for tumor.

AIM:To assess glaucoma patient satisfaction and follow-up adherence in case management and identify associated predictors to improve healthcare quality and patient ***:In this cross-sectional study,a total of 119 patients completed a Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire-18 and a sociodemographic *** data was obtained from the case management ***-up adherence was defined as completing each follow-up within±30d of the scheduled time set by ophthalmologists during the study ***:Average satisfaction scored 78.65±7,with an average of 4.39±0.58 across the seven *** negatively correlated with satisfaction(P=0.008),whilst patients with follow-up duration of 2 or more years reported higher satisfaction(P=0.045).Multivariate logistics regression analysis revealed that longer follow-up durations were associated with lower follow-up adherence(OR=0.97,95%CI,0.95-1.00,P=0.044).Additionally,patients with suspected glaucoma(OR=2.72,95%CI,1.03-7.20,P=0.044)and those with an annual income over 100000 Chinese yuan demonstrated higher adherence(OR=5.57,95%CI,1.00-30.89,P=0.049).CONCluSION:The case management model proves effective for glaucoma patients,with positive adherence *** implementation of this model can be optimized in the future based on the identified factors and extended to glaucoma patients in more hospitals.

BACKGROUND Infiltrative adenosquamous carcinoma(ASC) of the extrahepatic bile duct is reported infrequently, which is an unusual variant of the ordinary adenocarcinoma. The simultaneous development of ASC and cystadenocarcinoma in the extrahepatic biliary tree is rare. In addition, the accurate preoperative diagnosis of concomitant carcinoma in the multiple biliary trees at an early stage is often difficult. Thus, awareness of the risk of the multiplicity of biliary tumors is perhaps the most important factor in identifying these *** SUMMARY Here, we report a case of a 63-year-old female with jaundice, who was referred to Shuguang Hospital because of abdominal pain for 1 mo. An abdominal contrastenhanced computed tomography revealed a type I choledochal cyst and intraluminal masses suggestive of adenoma of the common bile duct. In addition,a preoperative diagnosis of a concomitant Klatskin tumor and type I choledochal cyst was made. The patient underwent anti-inflammatory therapy, followed by radical surgery due to hilar cholangiocarcinoma and resection of the choledochal cyst. Examination of the surgical specimen revealed a papillary tumor of the common bile duct, which arose from the malignant transformation of a preexisting cystadenoma. Histologic examination confirmed a special type of cholangiocarcinoma; the tumor in the hilar bile duct was an ASC, whereas the tumor in the common bile duct was a moderately differentiated cystadenocarcinoma. The keto-enol tautomerization of ethyl acetoacetate (EAA) in supercritical CO2-ethanol mixture has been investigated at 308.15 K and at different pressures using UV-Visspectroscopy. A method for calculating the local composition about EAA has been developed based on the relationship between the equilibrium constant and dielectric property of the mixing solvent. The results indicate that the local concentration of ethanol surrounding EAA is much higher than that in the bulk.

Background Although transient ischemic attacks （TIA） is a clinical diagnosis, imaging findings are important for its diagnosis and treatment. This study evaluated the value and limitations of conventional CT, CT cerebral perfusion imaging and transcranial Doppler sonography （TCD） in patients with TIA. Methods Conventional CT, CT cerebral perfusion imaging and TCD were performed in 20 patients with TIA. After regular CT examination, d-0-second dynamic scans were performed on selected slice, while 40 ml of nonionic contrast materials was bolus-injected through antecubital vein with power injector. These dynamic images were processed with the perfusion software package on workstation. Cerebral blood flow （CBF） and time to peak （3~FP） were measured in specific regions of the brain. TCD was also performed in 20 patients with TIA. Comparative analysis was made on the basis of the results of conventional CT, CT cerebral perfusion imaging and *** In the 20 patients with TIA, conventional CT turned out to be normal. However, persisting abnormal perfusion changes corresponding to clinical symptoms were found in 13 cases with the prolonged TFP. The other 7 cases were normal. TFP of the affected side （ 11.6 ± 3.0） s was significantly prolonged （ t =4. 782 ,P 〈0. 01 ） in comparison with the contralateral side （8.8 ± 1.5 ） s. The difference in CBF was not statistically significant （t = 1. 912, P =0. 073） between the affected side [ （223.9 ±19.6） ml ·min^-1 ·L^-1 ] and the contralateral side [ （227.7 ± 19. 8） ml · min^-1· L^-1 ] . TCD revealed severe stenosis or occlusion of the carotid artery in 10 patients, arteriosclerosis in 6 patients, blood speed decrease in 2 patients, vasospasm in 1 patient. Conclusions Conventional CT can exclude intracerebral diseases. Perfusion CT provides valuable hemodynamic information and shows the extent of perfusion disturbances. TCD can demonstrate abnormalities of the involved arteries in patients with TIA. The combination of these three
