The creep behavior of Fe–17 Cr–1.2 Cu–0.5 Nb–0.01 C ferritic heat-resistant stainless steel was investigated at temperatures ranging from 973 to 1123 K and stresses from 15 to 90 *** evolution of precipitates after creep deformation was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,energy dispersion spectrum,and transmission electron *** minimum creep rate decreased with the decrease in the applied load and temperature,thereby extending the rupture ***-rich phase and Nb-rich Laves particles were generated in dominant quantities during the creep process,and the co-growth relationship between them could be *** rupture was featured by ductile fracture with considerable *** increasing the temperature and decreasing the stress,the softening of the metal matrix was accelerated,showing more obvious plastic fl *** true stress exponent and activation energy were 4.9 and 375.5 kJ/mol,respectively,indicating that the creep deformation was dominated by the diffusion-controlled dislocation creep mechanism involving precipitate-dislocation *** on the creep rupture data obtained,the Monkman–Grant relation and Larson-Miller parameter were established,which described the creep rupture life for the studied steel well.

背景:压力性损伤的发生机制复杂,哪些因素在其发生中起到核心作用,这些因素具体又是如何发生的尚不完全清楚。目的:探讨压电型机械门控离子通道组件1(piezo-type mechanosensitive ion channel component 1,PIEZO1)与压力性损伤发生的关系。方法:①细胞实验:采用不同浓度的PIEZO1激动剂Yoda1干预人永生化角质形成细胞(HaCaT),检测细胞活性、钙离子内流及PIEZO1、凋亡相关蛋白的表达。②动物实验:采用随机数字表法将12只SD大鼠随机分为4组,每组3只:对照组大鼠不进行任何处理,1,2,3 mm组分别采用厚度1,2,3 mm的磁铁在大鼠背部两侧压迫1 h,建立压力性损伤模型,造模后切除全部创面组织,分别进行苏木精-伊红、Masson、免疫荧光染色及Western blot检测。结果与结论:①细胞实验:活/死细胞染色结果显示,随着Yoda1浓度(0,2.5,5,10μmol/L)的升高,HaCaT细胞凋亡增加;随着Yoda1浓度(0,5,10μmol/L)的升高,HaCaT细胞钙离子内流增加,并且随着处理时间的延长,钙离子内流增多;Western blot检测结果显示,与对照组(0μmol/L Yoda1干预)比较,5,10μmol/L Yoda1干预可提升HaCaT细胞中BAX、TG2、PIEZO1蛋白的表达,降低Bcl-2蛋白的表达;②动物实验:苏木精-伊红与Masson染色结果显示,3个实验组压迫部位皮肤结构被破坏,皮下脂肪液化坏死,胶原蛋白稀疏且排列紊乱,并且随着磁铁厚度(压力)的增加,压迫部位皮肤组织结构破坏程度加重;免疫荧光染色与Western blot检测结果显示,与对照组比较,3个实验组大鼠BAX、TG2、Yap1与PIEZO1蛋白表达升高,Bcl-2蛋白表达降低,并且随着磁铁厚度(压力)的增加,相关蛋白表达值改变更加明显;③结果表明:皮肤受压会激活PIEZO1使钙离子大量内流,随着所受压力的不断增加,最终导致钙超载后的细胞凋亡。

Wind controls the formation and development of sand ***,understanding the wind regimes is necessary in sand dune *** this study,we combined the wind data from 2017 to 2019 at four meteorological stations(Cherigele and Wuertabulage stations in the lake basins,and Yikeri and Sumujilin stations on the top of sand dunes)in the hinterland of the Badain Jaran Desert in China,with high resolution Google Earth images to analyze the correlation between the wind energy environments and dune *** results of data analysis indicated that both the wind direction and sand drift intensity exhibited notable spatial and temporal *** highest level of wind activity was observed in *** and northeasterly winds were the dominant in the Badain Jaran *** the Cherigele,Wuertabulage,and Yikeri stations,the drift potential(DP)was below 200.00 vector units(VU).The wind energy environments in most areas could be classified as low-energy *** resultant drift direction differed at different stations and in different seasons,but the overall direction was mainly the *** resultant drift potential(RDP)/DP ratio was greater than 0.30 in most parts of the study area,suggesting that the wind regimes mainly exhibited unimodal or bimodal *** between the thermodynamic properties and the unique landscape settings of lakes and sand dunes could alter the local circulation and intensify the complexity of the wind *** wind regimes were weaker in the lake basins than on the top of sand *** dunes were the most dominant types of sand dunes in the study area,and the wind regimes at most stations were consistent with sand dune *** was thus the main dynamic factor affecting the formation of sand dunes in the Badain Jaran Desert *** results of this study are important for understanding the relationship between the wind regimes and aeolian landforms of the dune field in the desert

Metallic ore mining causes heavy metal pollution ***,the fate of heavy metals in agrosystems with long-term contamination has been poorly *** District(Yunnan,southwest China),located at the middle reaches of the Xiaojiang River,is a well-known 2000-year-old copper mining *** this work,a survey on soil heavy metal contents was conducted using a handheld X-ray fluorescence instrument to understand the general contamination of heavy metals in the Xiaojiang River ***,river water,soil,and rice samples at six sites along the fluvial/alluvial fans of the river were collected and analyzed to implement an environmental assessment and an evaluation of irrigated agrosystem.V,Zn,and Cu soil levels(1724,1047,and 696mg·kg-1,respectively)far exceeded background *** geo-accumulation indexes(Igeo)showed that cultivated soils near the mining sites were polluted by Cd and Cu,followed by Zn,V,Pb,Cr,Ni,and *** pollution index(Pi)indicated that rice in the area was heavily polluted with Pb,Cr,Cd,Ni,Zn,and *** difference in orders of metal concentrations between the soil and rice heavy metal contamination was related to the proportion of bioavailable heavy metals in the *** crop consumption risk assessment showed that the hazard quotient exceeded the safe threshold,indicating a potential carcinogenic risk to *** Nemerow integrated pollution index and health index indicated that the middle of the river(near the mining area)was the heaviest polluted site.

Background:Skin aging has recently gained significant attention in both society and skin care *** the biological processes of photoaging caused by long-term skin exposure to ultraviolet radiation is critical for preventing and treating skin ***,it is important to identify genes related to skin photoaging and shed light on their ***:We used data from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)database and conducted bioinformatics analyses to screen and extract microRNAs(miRNAs)and their downstream target genes related to skin photoaging,and to determine possible biological mechanisms of skin ***:A total of 34 differentially expressed miRNAs and their downstream target genes potentially related to the biological process of skin photoaging were *** Ontology enrichment analysis and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analysis showed that these target genes were enriched in pathways related to human papillomavirus infection,extracellular matrix(ECM)-receptor signaling,estrogen receptor,skin development,epidermal development,epidermal cell differentiation,keratinocyte differentiation,structural components of the ECM,structural components of the skin epidermis,and ***:Based on the GEO database-derived findings,we determined that target genes of two miRNAs,namely miR-4667-5P-KRT79 and miR-139-5P-FOS,play an important role in skin *** observations could provide theoretical support and guidance for further research on skin aging-related biological processes.
