BACKGROUND Active bleeding due to arterial injury following the acupuncture can sometimes represent a life-threatening *** few reports of an actively bleeding hematoma diagnosed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound,which enables the depiction of vascular,have been *** SUMmaRY Here,we report the case of a 75-year-old woman,who presented with sudden swelling,ecchymosis,and pain in the upper left *** underwent an acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine followed by a deep shoulder massage 2 d before admission to hospital.A few hours after the massage,her left upper arm was red,swollen and progressively *** showed a large hematoma(11.2 cm×3.5 cm×3.4 cm)beside the left brachial *** Doppler ultrasound revealed that blood flow signals of the arteries branched into the *** contrast-enhanced ultrasound showed microbubbles from the brachial artery passing into the hematoma,diffused within the hematoma with the local surge of red blood cells,and disappearing after approximately 17 *** microbubbles were likely due to bleeding from the *** pressure bandaging treatment,the hematoma became smaller(3.1 cm×1.7 cm)and organized according to ultrasonography performed 20 d *** This case highlights the ultimate importance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound for the diagnosis of an actively bleeding hematoma.

目的探究血清血小板活化因子(PAF)和可溶性凝血调节蛋白(sTM)水平与小儿轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)及脱水程度的关系。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2023年1月榆林市星元医院急性腹泻患儿126例为研究对象,根据RV检查结果分为阴性组(n=56)与阳性组(n=70),并进一步根据不同脱水程度将阳性组患儿分为中重度组(n=31)与轻度组(n=39)。收集研究对象临床资料,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清PAF和sTM水平。采用Spearman分析血清PAF、sTM水平与RV肠炎患儿脱水程度的相关性,采用Pearson分析血清PAF与sTM水平的相关性。采用多因素Logistic回归分析筛选小儿RV肠炎的独立危险因素。绘制受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)评估血清PAF和sTM水平对小儿RV肠炎的预测价值。结果阴性组和阳性组患儿喂食前清洁手部、营养不良、RV肠炎接触史、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。阳性组患儿血清PAF和sTM水平显著高于阴性组,且中重度组患儿血清PAF和sTM水平显著高于轻度组(均P<0.001)。相关性分析结果显示,血清PAF和sTM水平与小儿RV肠炎脱水程度均呈显著正相关(均P<0.001);RV肠炎患儿血清PAF与sTM水平也呈显著正相关。Logistic回归分析结果显示,高CK-MB、高PAF、高sTM水平为小儿RV肠炎的独立危险因素(均P<0.05)。ROC结果显示,血清PAF联合sTM预测小儿RV肠炎的AUC为0.933(灵敏度为88.57%,特异度为89.29%),优于两者单独诊断。结论PAF、sTM水平与小儿RV肠炎的脱水程度呈显著正相关,其水平升高是该病的独立危险因素,且二者联合检测,对小儿RV肠炎具有较高的诊断价值。

Atmospheric rivers(ARs)are long,narrow,and transient filaments of strong horizontal water vapor transport that can lead to extreme *** investigate the relationship between ARs and mei-yu rainfall in China,the mei-yu season of 2020 in the Yangtze-Huaihe River basin is taken as an *** adjusted AR-detection algorithm is applied on integrated water vapor transport(IVT)of the ERA5 *** JRA-55 reanalysis and the data from Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for GPM(IMERG)are also utilized to study the impacts of ARs on mei-yu rainfall in *** results reveal that ARs in East Asia have an average length of 5400 km,a width of 600 km,a length/width ratio of 9.3,and a northeastward orientation of 30°.ARs are modulated by the western North Pacific subtropical *** IVT core is located at the south side of low pressure systems,moving eastward with a speed of 10°d−*** the cross sections of ARs in the Yangtze-Huaihe River basin,75%of the total flux is concentrated below 4 km with low-level jets near AR ***,ARs occur mainly in the mei-yu period with a frequency of 20%–60%.The intensity of AR-related precipitation is 6–12 times that of AR-unrelated precipitation,and AR-related precipitation contributes about 50%–80%to total mei-yu *** shown in this case study of summer 2020,ARs are an essential part of the mei-yu system and have great impacts on mei-yu ***,ARs should receive more attention in research and weather forecast practices.

Dear Editor,The dentate gyrus(DG),a subregion of the hippocampus,is involved in multiple physiological functions such as cognition and mood *** granule cells(DGCs),the primary neurons in the DG,are essential for coding spatial and contextual memories in the hippocampal neural *** entorhinal cortex provides a majority of cortical projections to the DG via the perforant path,and forms synaptic connections with DGCs within the outer two-thirds of the molecular layer of the DG[1].The plasticity of the perforant path-to-DGC synapses strengthens the connections of ensembles encoding spatial,contextual,or temporal information,and promotes the recall of related memories when certain perforant path inputs are reactivated[2].

潏河(长安通讯产业园段)河道及水环境治理工程以清淤疏浚、提升防洪功能,整治河道、改善区域生态环境为主,为确保工程顺利实施,需对潏河(长安通讯产业园段)整治河段的设计年径流、设计洪水进行计算分析。通过选定高桥水文站为工程设计代表站,沣河秦渡镇水文站为设计参证站,对高桥河段河道设计径流、设计洪水进行分析计算,并对成果合理性进行对比分析论证,进而推求治理河段设计洪水和分期洪水成果,结果可为河道治理工程初步设计编制和组织实施提供决策支撑。

The three-component reaction of aromatic aldehyde,malononitrile and aliphatic amine in a mixed solvent of methanol and water exhibited very interesting molecular diversity and gave the derivatives of polysubstituted N-methyldihydropyridines,2-dialkylaminopyridines and 2-methoxypyridines as main products according to the structure of aliphatic amines used.

A number of studies have confirmed the existence of tissue-type plasminogen activator-independent roles of neuroserpin, a member of the serine protease inhibitor superfamily. In this review article, we aim to clarify this role. These unique roles of neuroserpin are involved in its neuroprotective effect during ischemic brain injury, its regulation of tumorigenesis, and the mediation of emotion and cognition through the inhibition of urokinase-type plasminogen activator and fibrinolysin, modification of Th cells, reducing plaque formation, promoting process growth and intracellular adhesion, and alterina the expression of cadherin and nuclear factor kaooa B.

Taking the Jurassic Sangonghe Formation in the Mosuowan-Mobei area of the Junggar Basin as an example, this paper provides a method that evaluates paleo hydrocarbon pools and predicts secondary reservoirs. Through Quantitative Grain Fluorescence （QGF） experiments, well-tie seismic correlation, and paleo structure analysis, the scale and distribution of paleo hydrocarbon pools in the study area are outlined. Combining current structural features and fault characteristics, the re-migration pathways of paleo oil and gas are depicted. Based on barrier conditions on the oil re-migration pathways and current reservoir distribution, we recognize three types of secondary reservoirs. By analyzing structural evolution and sand body-fault distribution, the major control factors of secondary reservoirs are specified and, consequently, favorable zones for secondary reservoirs are predicted. The results are mainly as follows. （1） In the primary accumulation period in the Cretaceous, paleo hydrocarbon pools were formed in the Sangonghe Formation of the Mosuowan uplift and their size and distribution were extensive and the exploration potential for secondary reservoirs should not be ignored. Besides, paleo reservoirs were also formed in the Mobei uplift, but just small scale. （2） In the adjustment period in the Neogene, traps were reshaped or destroyed and so were the paleo reservoirs, resulting in oil release. The released oil migrated linearly northward along the structural highs of the Mobei uplift and the Qianshao low-relief uplift and then formed secondary reservoirs when it met new traps. In this process, a structural ridge cooperated with sand bodies and faults, applying unobstructed pathways for oil and gas re-migration. （3） The secondary hydrocarbon pools are classified into three types： low-relief anticlinal type, lithologic pinch-out type and fault block type.
