γδT cells represent one unique recognition pattern,the limited recognition,which distinguishes from the specificrecognition for αβT cells and pattern recognition for macrophages.Vδ1 γδT cell is the major subset of human γδT cells,which predominates in mucosal tissue including the intestinal ***,a few antigens thathuman Vδ1TCR can recognize have been *** them,MHC class I chain-related molecules A (MICA)have been studied most *** Vδ1TCR,MICA is also the ligand of NKG2D,a C-type lectin-likeactivating *** human,only Vδ1 cells can simultaneously express both types of receptors of MICAwhile NK cells,αβT cells and other subsets of γδT cells likewise express *** the precisemechanisms are still enigmatic,this distinct pattern of Vδ1 cells recognizing MICA predicts unique biologicalsignificance of Vδ1 cells in immune *** years,some progresses have been made in this *** thisreview we summarize the related reports and put forward some novel views based on our group’s ***& Molecular Immunology.2005;2(4):253-258.

Spermatogonial stem cells(SSCs)have important applications in both reproduction and regenerative ***,specific genes and signaling transduction pathways in mediating fate decisions of human SSCs remain ***,we have demonstrated for the first time that OIP5(Opa interacting protein 5)controlled the self-renewal and apoptosis of human *** sequencing identified that NCK2 was a target for OIP5 in human SSCs,and interestingly,OIP5 could interact with NCK2 as shown by Co-IP(co-immunoprecipitation),IP-MS(mass spectrometry),and GST pulldown ***2 silencing decreased human SSC proliferation and DNA synthesis but enhanced their ***,NCK2 knockdown reversed the influence of OIP5 overexpression on human ***,OIP5 inhibition decreased the numbers of human SSCs at S and G2/M phases,while the levels of numerous cell cycle proteins,including cyclins A2,B1,D1,E1 and H,especially cyclin D1,were remarkably ***,whole-exome sequencing of 777 patients with nonobstructive azoospermia(NOA)revealed 54 singlenucleotide polymorphism mutations of the OIP5 gene(6.95%),while the level of OIP5 protein was obviously lower in testes of NOA patients compared to fertile ***,these results implicate that OIP5 interacts with NCK2 to modulate human SSC self-renewal and apoptosis via cell cyclins and cell cycle progression and that its mutation and/or lower expression is correlated with *** such,this study offers novel insights into molecular mechanisms underlying the fate determinations of human SSCs and the pathogenesis of NOA,and it provides new targets for treating male infertility.

Future Sixth-Generation (6G) mobile communication networks extremely require the global connectivity and the ground Base Stations (BSs) are difficult to develop in some specific areas,such as mountainous ***,the aerial networks are the key framework for the future communications,in which the aerial vehicle could act as the access ***,Mobile Edge Computing (MEC) is also essential to enhance the data processing capabilities of aerial *** this paper,we study a comprehensive communication-computation resource management problem for jointly optimizing user pairing,power and time allocation in the MEC aided Cognitive Radio (CR) aerial networks,namely CR-MEC aerial ***,this multilevel optimization problem could be decomposed into the user pairing and power allocation as well as time allocation *** the conceived CR-MEC aerial networks,we propose a User Pairing and Computation Offloading Management Algorithm (UPCOMA) based on three-sided matching theory,aiming to minimize the system’s energy *** the first step of UPCOMA,multiple Primary Users (PUs) and Cognitive Users (CUs) on the ground negotiate to each other with the suitable power allocation coefficients and construct the stable user ***,the stable user pairs would match to a high altitude platform who act as the base station,which is for appropriately allocating Transmission Time Slots (TSs) at the second step of ***,a hybrid offloading mode is proposed in our conceived networks in order to support ground users to offload their tasks adaptively according to their individual ***,the simulation results reveal that the relative performance of UPCOMA is close to that of the Brute-Force Search Algorithm (BFSA) with low ***,the hybrid offloading mode with less energy consumption supports much more ground user pairs to offload tasks compared to the binary mode.

lipids are an important global commodity and industrial raw *** of the lipids consumed worldwide are derived from *** 2017,the total production of vegetable oils and animal fats was estimated at 206.1 million tons per year,with vegetable oils accounting for∼87%of this total(Mielke,2017).Oilseed crops,a major source of vegetable oils,store triglycerides primarily in seeds and fruits,with variation in the specific types of oils produced(Zanetti et al.,2013).A comprehensive understanding of the genes and mechanisms associated with lipid biosynthesis in various oilseed crops is essential for improving oil content traits in these crops through molecular biology and breeding(Xu and Shanklin,2016).

The ever-growing energy demand and environmental issues have stimulated the development of sustainable energy ***,an efficient and environmentally friendly electrochemical transformation technology was proposed to prepare highly graphitized carbon materials from an abundant natural resource-lignin （LG）.The preparation process mainly includes pyrolytic carbonization of raw LG material and electrochemical conversion of amorphous carbon ***,with the assistance of Co catalyst,the graphitization degree of the products was significantly improved,in which the mechanism was the removal of heteroatoms in LG and the rearrangement of carbon atoms into graphite ***,tunable microstructures （nanoflakes） under catalytic effects could also be observed by controlling the electrolytic *** with the products CN1 （without catalyst） and CN5 （with 10%catalyst）,the specific surface area are 158.957 and202.246 m2g-1,*** used as the electrode material for lithium-ion batteries,CN5 delivered a competitive specific capacity of～350 m Ah g-1（0.5 C） compared with commercial *** strategy proposed in this work provides an effective way to extract value-added graphite materials from lignin and can be extended to the graphitization conversion of any other amorphous carbon precursor materials.

Rectangular microchannel heat sinks(MCHS)are widely used to cool high-heat-flux electronic ***,previous studies focused mainly on MCHS with uniform channels(UCs).This study considers a microchannel heat sink with non-uniform channels(NUCs).A mathematical model is developed based on energy equations and the Darcy flow *** expressions for total thermal resistance and coolant pressure drop are derived using the thermoelectric *** and numerical simulations are performed to verify the mathematical *** non-uniformity increases,total coolant pressure drop decreases but at the cost of higher thermal *** overall performance of NUCs is better than that of UCs because of their lower ratio of pumping power to cooling *** transfer performance of NUCs changes little for more than 120 channels and depends mainly on channel arrangement.A multi-objective optimization is conducted to minimize the thermal resistance and pumping power of an *** optimal NUC saves 64%pumping power compared with a conventional UC for the total thermal resistance of 0.1℃/W,indicating that the use of non-uniform channels could be very helpful to reduce the flow resistance of MCHS.

BACKGROUND:There are currently no effective drugs to mitigate the ischemia/reperfusion injury caused by fluid resuscitation after hemorrhagic shock(HS).The aim of this study was to explore the potential of the histone deacetylase 6(HDAC6)-specific inhibitor tubastatin A(TubA)to suppress nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome activation in macrophages under hypoxia/reoxygenation(H/R)***:The viability of RAW264.7 cells subjected to H/R after treatment with different concentrations of TubA was assessed using a cell-counting kit-8(CCK8)***,2.5μmol/L TubA was used with RAW264.7 cells under H/R ***264.7 cells were divided into three groups,namely the control,H/R,and TubA *** levels of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the cells were detected using fluorescence *** protein expression of HDAC6,heat shock protein 90(Hsp90),inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS),NLRP3,gasdermin-D(GSDMD),Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 was detected by western *** levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and IL-18 in the supernatants were detected using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA).RESULTS:HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOS expression levels were significantly higher(Phe H/R group than in the control group,but lower in the TubA group than in the H/R group(Phen comparing the H/R group to the control group,ROS levels were significantly higher(Phe TubA group(Phe H/R group had higher NLRP3,GSDMD,Caspase-1,GSDMD-N,and Caspase-1 p20 expression levels than the control group(Phe TubA group had significantly lower expression levels than the H/R group(Phe supernatants were significantly higher in the H/R group compared to the control group(Phe TubA group compared to the H/R group(Phe expression of HDAC6,Hsp90,and iNOS in macrophages

With the increasing attention paid to battery technology,the microscopic reaction mechanism and macroscopic heat transfer process of lithium-ion batteries have been further studied and understood from both academic and industrial ***,as one of the key parameters in the physical fra mework of batteries,affects the performa nce of the multi-physical fields within the battery,a nd its effective control is *** the heat generation in the battery is determined by the real-time operating conditions,the battery temperature is essentially controlled by the real-time heat dissipation conditions provided by the battery thermal management *** battery thermal management systems have basic temperature control capabilities for most conventional application ***,with the current development of la rge-scale,integrated,and intelligent battery technology,the adva ncement of battery thermal management technology will pay more attention to the effective control of battery temperature under sophisticated situations,such as high power and widely varied operating *** this context,this paper presents the latest advances and representative research related to battery thermal management ***,starting from battery thermal profile,the mechanism of battery heat generation is discussed in ***,the static characteristics of the traditional battery thermal management system are ***,considering the dynamic requirements of battery heat dissipation under complex operating conditions,the concept of adaptive battery thermal management system is proposed based on specific research ***,the main challenges for battery thermal management system in practice are identified,and potential future developments to overcome these challenges are presented and discussed.
