总结1例因皮下出血致肺栓塞患者抗凝不充分,发生下肢血栓脱落导致急性肺栓塞加重患者的急救护理。护理要点:动态评估患者肺栓塞危险分层,采取个性化护理措施;动态调整抗凝药物剂量,密切观察出血情况;加强抗凝不充分期间的观察与护理,警惕下肢血栓脱落。在多学科肺栓塞快速反应小组参与下,半小时内将患者转入ICU进一步治疗。经积极抢救,该患者于9 d后转回呼吸内科普通病房,好转出院。

The long-term sea-level trend in the Bering Sea is obtained by the analysisof TOPEX/Poseidon altimeter data, including the data of two tide gauges. The averaged sea-level inthe Bering Sea rises at a rate of 2.47 mm/a from 1992 to 2002. The mean sea-level is falling in themost part of the Bering Sea, especially in its central basin, and it is rising in the northeasternpart of the Bering Sea. during the 1998/99 change, the sea-level anomaly differences exhibit asignificant sea-level anomaly fall in the deep basin of the Bering Sea, which is roughly in the sameposition where a prominent SST fall exists. The maximal fall of sea-level is about 10 cm in thesouthwestern part of the Bering Sea, and the maximal fall of about 2℃ in the SST also appeared inthe same region as the sea level did. The steric sea-level change due to temperature variations isdiscussed. The results are compared with the TOPEX/Poseidon altimeter data at the different spatialscales. It is indicated that the seasonal amplitude of the steric height is about 35% of theobserved TOPEX/Poseidon amplitude, which is much smaller than the 83% in the mid-latitudes area. Thesystematic difference between the TOPEX/Poseidon data with the range of about 7.5 cm and thethermal contribution with the range of about 2.5 cm is about 5 cm. This indicates that the thermaleffect on the sea level is not as important as the case in the mid-latitudes area. In the BeringSea, the phase of the steric height leads the observed sea level by about three months.

This work focuses on the effect of the interval between two shocks on the ejecta formation from the grooved aluminum(Al_(1100))surface by using smoothed particle hydrodynamics numerical *** unsupported shocks are obtained by the plate-impact between sample and two flyers at interval,with a peak pressure of approximately 30 GPa for each *** the shock interval varies from 2.11 to 7.67 times the groove depth,the bubble velocity reduces to a constant,and the micro jetting factor R_(J) from spike to bubble exhibits a non-monotonic change that decreases initially and then *** a shock interval of 3.6 times the groove depth,micro jetting factor R_(J) from spike to bubble reaches its minimum value of approximately ***,the micro jetting factor R_(F) from spike to free surface decreases linearly at first,and stabilizes around 0.25 once the shock interval surpasses 4.18 times the groove *** the shock interval is less than 4.18 times the groove depth,the unloading wave generated by the breakout of the first shock wave is superimpose with the unloading part of the second shock wave to form a large tensile area.

Porous materials are widely used in the field of protection because of their excellent energy absorption *** this work,a series of polyurethane microscopic models are established and the effect of porosity on the shock waves is studied with classical molecular dynamics ***,shock Hugoniot relations for different porosities are obtained,which compare well with the experimental *** pores collapse and form local stress wave,which results in the complex multi-wave structure of the shock *** microstructure analysis shows that the local stress increases and the local velocity decreases gradually during the process of pore collapse to complete ***,it leads to stress relaxation and velocity *** shock stress peaks can be fitted with two exponential functions,and the amplitude of attenuation coefficient decreases with the increase of ***,the pore collapse under shock or non-shock are discussed by the entropy increase rate of the *** energy is dissipated mainly through the multiple interactions of the waves under *** energy is dissipated mainly by the friction between atoms under non-shock.

Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is a typical inland arid area in China with a sparse and uneven distribution of meteorological stations,limited access to precipitation data,and significant water *** and integrating precipitation datasets from different sources to accurately characterize precipitation patterns has become a challenge to provide more accurate and alternative precipitation information for the region,which can even improve the performance of hydrological *** study evaluated the applicability of widely used five satellite-based precipitation products(Climate Hazards Group InfraRed Precipitation with Station(CHIRPS),China Meteorological Forcing Dataset(CMFD),Climate Prediction Center morphing method(CMORPH),Precipitation Estimation from Remotely Sensed Information using Artificial Neural Networks-Climate Data Record(PERSIANN-CDR),and Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission Multi-satellite Precipitation Analysis(TMPA))and a reanalysis precipitation dataset(ECMWF Reanalysis v5-Land Dataset(ERA5-Land))in Xinjiang using ground-based observational precipitation data from a limited number of meteorological *** on this assessment,we proposed a framework that integrated different precipitation datasets with varying spatial resolutions using a dynamic Bayesian model averaging(DBMA)approach,the expectation-maximization method,and the ordinary Kriging interpolation *** daily precipitation data merged using the DBMA approach exhibited distinct spatiotemporal variability,with an outstanding performance,as indicated by low root mean square error(RMSE=1.40 mm/d)and high Person's correlation coefficient(CC=0.67).Compared with the traditional simple model averaging(SMA)and individual product data,although the DBMA-fused precipitation data were slightly lower than the best precipitation product(CMFD),the overall performance of DBMA was more *** error analysis between DBMA-fused precipitation dataset and the more advanced Inte

Abandoned chemical smelting sites containing toxic substances can seriously threaten and pose a risk to the surrounding ecological *** samples were collected from different depths(0 to 13 m)and analyzed for metal(loid)s content and fractionation,as well as microbial *** potential ecological risk indices for the different soil depths(ordered from high to low)were:1 m(D-1)>surface(S-0)>5 m(D-5)>13 m(D-13)>9 m(D-9),ranging between 1840.65-13,089.62,and representing extremely high environmental risks,of which Cd(and probably not arsenic)contributed to the highest environmental risk.A modified combined pollution risk index(MCR)combining total content and mobile proportion of metal(loid)s,and relative toxicities,was used to evaluate the degree of contamination and potential environmental *** the near-surface samples(S-0 and D-1 layers),the MCR considered that As,Cd,Pb,Sb,and Zn achieved high and alarming degrees of contamination,whereas Fe,Mn,and Ti were negligible or low to moderate pollution *** microcalorimetry and enzymatic activity measurements of contaminated soil samples were used to assess the microbial metabolic activity *** analysis elucidated the relationship between metal(loid)s exchangeable fraction or content and microbial activity characteristics(pdue to heavy metal *** activity indicators and microcalorimetric growth rate(k)measurements were considered sensitive indicators to reflect the soil microbial activities in abandoned chemical smelting sites.

Polyethylene oxide(PEO)-based solid-state polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are limited by their poor cyclic stability and inferior ionic conductivity for applicating in high-safety,long-cycling and high-energy-density lithium metal ***,porous boron nitride nanofibers(BNNFs)are filled into PEO-based SPE,which significantly suppresses Li dendrites growth and enhances the electrochemical performance of Li metal *** with high porosity have more active sites to connect with PEO,which can effectively reduce the crystallinity of the PEO matrix and enhance its ionic ***,owing to the hardness and good stability of BNNFs,BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI electrolyte exhibits a wider electrochemical window,better mechanical property and higher thermal stability compared with PEO/Li TFSI ***,the Li symmetric cell composed of 1%BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI performs good cyclic stability(>1800 h),and the Li||1%BNNFs/PEO/Li TFSI||LFP full battery shows obviously improved performances in charge-discharge polarization voltage,discharge specific capacity,rate performance and cyclic stability than the Li||PEO/Li TFSI||LFP battery.

We consider the interior transmission eigenvalue problem corresponding to the scattering for an anisotropic medium of the scalar Helmholtz equation in the case where the boundary?Ωis split into two disjoint parts and possesses different transmission *** the variational method,we obtain the well posedness of the interior transmission problem,which plays an important role in the proof of the discreteness of *** we achieve the existence of an infinite discrete set of transmission eigenvalues provided that n≡1,where a fourth order differential operator is *** the case of n■1,we show the discreteness of the transmission eigenvalues under restrictive assumptions by the analytic Fredholm theory and the T-coercive method.
