The quercetin and copper complex was prepared by quercetin and copper chloride reacted with each other under certain conditions,then it was joined in the Fe3.4.nanometer ethanol in 3. ℃and reacted 24.,the paramagnetic quercetin-Cu metal complexes can be *** last the antioxidant activity of quercetin-copper complexes modified by nano Fe3.4.was determinated by the scavenging of the stable radical *** complex of quercetin and copper modified by nano Fe3.4.was studied by UV,IR spectrophotometry and *** was formed quercetin-copper complex in A and C ring of quercetin,the quercetin hydroxyl and nano Fe3.4.was combined with chitosan,the complex of quercetin and copper modified by nano Fe3.4.is measured by magnetometer,the complex have magnetic *** was formed cladding by nano Fe3.4.and quercetin-Cu metal *** loading capability of drugs was 3.%,sealde rate was 67%.It could be served as a kind of drug load microspheres.

Rnf20 deficiency in adipocyte impairs adipose tissue development and thermogenesis

RNF20,an E3.ligase critical for monoubiquitination of histone H2B at lysine 120(H2Bub),has been implicated in the regulation of various cellar processes;however,its physiological roles in adipocytes remain poorly ***,we report that the adipocyte-specific knockout of Rnf20(ASKO)in mice led to progressive fat toss,organomegaly and *** signs of hyperinsulinemia,normal insulin sensitivity and improved glucose tolerance were observed in the young and aged CD-fed ASKO *** addition,high-fat diet-fed ASKO mice developed severe liver ***,we observed that the ASKO mice were extremely sensitive to a cold environment due to decreased expression levels of brown adipose tissue(BAT)selective genes,including uncoupling protein 1(l/cpf),and impaired mitochondrial *** decreased levels of peroxisome proliterator-activated receptor gamma(Ppary)were observed in the gonadal white adipose tissues(gWAT)from the ASKO mice,suggesting that Rnf20 regulates adipogenesis,at least in part,through ***-treated ASKO mice exhibited increased fat mass compared to that of the non-treated ASKO ***,our results illustrate the critical role of RNF20 in control of white and brown adipose tissue development and physiological function.
