Acute ischemic stroke is a clinical emergency and a condition with high morbidity,mortality,and *** predictive,diagnostic,and prognostic biomarkers and effective therapeutic targets for acute ischemic stroke remain *** innovations in high-throughput gene sequencing analysis,many aberrantly expressed non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)in the brain and peripheral blood after acute ischemic stroke have been found in clinical samples and experimental *** expressed ncRNAs in the post-stroke brain were demonstrated to play vital roles in pathological processes,leading to neuroprotection or deterioration,thus ncRNAs can serve as therapeutic targets in acute ischemic ***,distinctly expressed ncRNAs in the peripheral blood can be used as biomarkers for acute ischemic stroke prediction,diagnosis,and *** particular,ncRNAs in peripheral immune cells were recently shown to be involved in the peripheral and brain immune response after acute ischemic *** this review,we consolidate the latest progress of research into the roles of ncRNAs(microRNAs,long ncRNAs,and circular RNAs)in the pathological processes of acute ischemic stroke–induced brain damage,as well as the potential of these ncRNAs to act as biomarkers for acute ischemic stroke prediction,diagnosis,and *** from this review will provide novel ideas for the clinical application of ncRNAs in acute ischemic stroke.

Studying molecular recognition in aqueous environments is crucial for understanding biological processes. Herein, we present a series of N-doped endo-functionalized anthracene-based cavities by introducing inward-directed pyridine units. The subtle modifications can significantly affect the binding properties of these receptors, which is similar to the mutations in biological systems. Combining theoretical calculations and molecular recognition experiments demonstrated that these “mutations” have an impact on the hydrophobicity and charge distribution of the hosts, consequently significantly influencing molecular *** is crucial for understanding the intricate mechanisms of molecular-level interactions in biological receptors.

Anomaly monitoring and early warning of electric moped charging device with infrared image

Potential high-temperature risks exist in heat-prone components of electric moped charging devices, such as sockets,interfaces, and controllers. Traditional detection methods have limitations in terms of real-time performance and monitoring scope. To address this, a temperature detection method based on infrared image processing has been proposed:utilizing the median filtering algorithm to denoise the original infrared image, then applying an image segmentation algorithm to divide the image.

Solar flare forecasting based on a Fusion Model

Solar flare prediction is an important subject in the field of space *** learning technology has greatly promoted the development of this *** this study,we propose a novel solar flare forecasting model integrating Deep Residual Network(ResNet)and Support Vector Machine(SVM)for both≥C-class(C,M,and X classes)and≥M-class(M and X classes)*** collected samples of magnetograms from May 1,2010 to September 13,2018 from Space-weather Helioseismic and Magnetic Imager(HMI)Active Region Patches and then used a cross-validation method to obtain seven independent data *** then utilized five metrics to evaluate our fusion model,based on intermediate-output extracted by ResNet and SVM using the Gaussian kernel *** results show that the primary metric true skill statistics(TSS)achieves a value of 0.708±0.027 for≥C-class prediction,and of 0.758±0.042 for≥M-class prediction;these values indicate that our approach performs significantly better than those of previous *** metrics of our fusion model’s performance on the seven datasets indicate that the model is quite stable and robust,suggesting that fusion models that integrate an excellent baseline network with SVM can achieve improved performance in solar flare ***,we also discuss the performance impact of architectural innovation in our fusion model.

Accurate manipulation of anthropomorphic robotic arm based on 3D human eye gazing with posture error compensation

As humans and robots work closer together than ever, anthropomorphic robotic arms with intuitive human-robot interaction interfaces have drawn massive attention to improving the quality of robot-assisted manipulation. In pursuit of this,we designed a dedicated 7-degrees-of-freedom (DoF) anthropomorphic robotic arm having three compact differential joints and a head-mounted gaze tracker enabling head-pose-tracked 3D gaze estimation. Moreover, two key challenges were addressed to achieve accurate robot-assisted manipulation of the object indicated by the direction of human gaze. First, a novel predictive pupil feature was proposed for 3D gaze estimation. Differing from most existing features subjected to the common paraxial approximation assumption, the proposed novel predictive pupil feature considered the light refraction at two corneal surfaces with a more realistic eye model, significantly improving the 3D gaze estimation accuracy when the eyeball rotates at large angles. Second, a novel optimization-based approach was developed to efficiently compensate for the posture errors of the designed 7-DoF anthropomorphic robotic arm for accurate manipulation. Compared with the existing Jacobian-based or optimization-based approaches with nominal joint values as iteration initial, the proposed approach computed the optimal iteration initial and realized faster convergence for real-time posture error compensation. With the posture error compensation in real time and 3D gaze estimated accurately, the human can command accurate robot-assisted manipulation using his eyes intuitively. The proposed system was successfully tested on five healthy subjects.

目的了解新疆医科大学医学检验专业输血检验技术和临床输血医师师资队伍现状及存在的问题,为新疆输血医学高等教育及输血专业人才培养提供切实可行的实施依据。方法对2010-2015年新疆医科大学(含厚博学院、工程学院)招收的医学检验专业(含民考民、民考汉)授课临床医学院的师资学历、年龄、专业技术职称、教学职称、专业进修经历等数据进行统计分析。结果医学检验专业技术人员占90%以上,高年资专业技术职称较高者总体学历层次不高;教师梯队建设不完善,仅1人具有高级教学职称。结论加强对输血检验技师和临床输血医师师资队伍的专业化、系统化建设及培养,尤其是年轻输血专业师资队伍的培养要给予高度重视。

Can patients with mild non-neoplastic lesions diagnosed at baseline screening be safely exempt from surveillance: evidence from multicenter community-based cohorts

Surveillance recommendations for gastric cancer（GC） in current guidelines focused on advanced precancerous lesions and were based on precise diagnosis of severity/extent of baseline lesions. We aimed to develop a less endoscopy-related equipment-dependent risk-stratification tool, and assessed whether mild-precursor-lesion patients can be safely exempt from surveillance. In the multicenter communitybased cohort, 75,051 participants receiving baseline endoscopy were enrolled during 2015–2017 and followed-up until 2021. Cumulative incidence rates（CIRs） of GC for precancerous-conditions were calculated by Kaplan-Meier method and compared by Log-rank tests. Mixedeffects Cox regression models were used to detect potential factors for progression towards GC. A risk score was calculated as counts of selected factors. An independent cohort, including 26,586 participants was used for external validation. During a median follow-up of 6.25 years, CIRs of GC were 0.302%, 0.436%, and 4.756% for normal group, non-neoplastic（atrophic gastritis/intestinal metaplasia） and neoplastic lesions（low-grade/high-grade dysplasia）, respectively(Ptrendlimited vegetable consumption, were selected for risk-stratification. High-risk patients（≥3 risk factors） with non-neoplastic lesions showed higher GC risks（adjusted HR=7.73, 95%CI: 4.29–13.92）, and their four-year CIR reached the one-year CIR of neoplastic lesions. Further categorizing non-neoplastic lesions by histological grade, both patients with moderate-to-severe lesions（aHR=3.07, 95%CI: 1.67–5.64） and high-risk patients with mild lesions（aHR=7.29, 95%CI: 3.58–14.86） showed higher risks. Consistent trends were observed in validation cohort. High-risk mild-precursor-lesion patients should receive surveillance within 3–5 years after baseline screening. Our study provides evidence on supplementing current guideline recommendations.

Systematicly tuning the porosities of porous materials is crucial for targeted gas mixture separation,yet it remains a longstanding *** a common strategy,altering the phenylene ring count in the organic building units has been exploited to adjust pore apertures in metal organic frameworks （MOFs） and covalent organic frameworks （COFs）,resulting in only a stepwise pore size variation of approximately 2.8?.Unlike MOFs and COFs,the porosities for supramolecular assembly frameworks are highly dependent on the packings of the molecular building units in the *** above strategy cannot be applied to supramolecular assembly frameworks and other strategies are required to adjust pore apertures in supramolecular frameworks,especially to achieve porous materials with the optimal pore size for D2/H2separation （～3?）.Here,we successfully modulate the porosity of supramolecular frameworks of[CoII1+12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]1clusters （L=mono-deprotonated 1-iminoisoindole-3-amine,X=ClO?4or Cl?） by controlling the duration of self-assembly *** simply adjusting the reaction time,we obtain three[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]11+supramolecular frameworks:[CoII12CoIII8（μ3-OH）24（ClO4）L12)]·（Cl）4·（HCO2）7（1）,[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（Cl）]·（ClOI4）4·（Cl）6·（HCO2）·（H2O）10（2）,and[CoI12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（Cl）]·（Cl）11·（H2O）12（3）.The different stacking patterns of the[CoII12CoIII8L12（μ3-OH）24（X）]11+clusters in these frameworks lead to significantly varied stabilities and *** 1 exhibits permanent porosity with interconnected channels and maintains stability under harsh *** contrast,compound 2 is nearly nonporous,and compound 3 becomes unstable upon *** pores of compound 1 show higher affinity to D2than H2,and the pore aperture diameter of compound 1 （～3.06?） meets the optimal porosity for D2/***,compound 1 demonstrates moderate D2/H2separation at 77 K (retention time:～7 min/g for D2/H2/Ne （10/10/80 vol%） in a flow of 5 mL
