Observations of EUV and soft X-ray recurring jets in an active region

We present simultaneous observations of three recurring jets in EUV and soft X-ray （SXR）, which occurred in an active region on 2007 June 5. By comparing their morphological and kinematic characteristics in these two different wavelengths, we found that EUV and SXR jets had similar locations, directions, sizes and velocities. We also analyzed their spectral properties by using six spectral lines from the EUV Imaging Spectrometer （EIS） onboard Hinode and found that these jets had temperatures from 0.05 to 2.0MK and maximum electron densities from 6.6× 10^9 to 3.4× 10^10cm^-3. For each jet, an elongated blue-shifted component and a red- shifted component at the jet base were simultaneously observed in the Fe XII A195 and the He II A256 lines. The three jets had maximum Doppler velocities from 25 to 121 km s-1 in the FexII A195 line and from 115 to 232 km s -1 in the HeII A256 line. They had maximum non-thermal velocities from 98 to 181 km s-1 in the Fe xII A195 line and from 196 to 399 km s-1 in the He II A256 line. We also examined the relationship between averaged Doppler velocities and maximum ionization temperatures of these three jets and found that averaged Doppler velocities decreased with the increase of maximum ionization temperatures. In the photosphere, magnetic flux emergences and cancelations continuously took place at the jet base. These observa- tional results were consistent with the magnetic reconnection jet model, implying that magnetic reconnection between emerging magnetic flux and ambient magnetic field occurred in the lower atmosphere.

采用传统粉末冶金方法制备了不同Mo_(2)C添加量的YG6细晶硬质合金。通过对合金显微结构的观察及物理力学性能的检测,研究了Mo_(2)C添加量对YG6细晶硬质合金组织结构及性能的影响。结果表明:随着Mo_(2)C添加量的增加,合金中WC晶粒度逐渐细化并趋于稳定。当合金中Mo_(2)C添加量超过3.5%时,Mo_(2)C对WC晶粒形貌具有球化作用。另外,添加Mo_(2)C会降低合金致密度,合金矫顽磁力随Mo_(2)C含量的增加而逐渐增加。Mo_(2)C添加量为5.0%时,合金综合力学性能最好,其硬度达92.7 HRA,抗弯强度为3 600 MPa,磨粒磨损值为0.81 cm^(3)/(10^(5)r)。

We investigate the solution self-assembly of a mixture of positively charged homopolymers and AB diblock copolymers,in which the A blocks are negatively charged,and the B blocks are *** electrostatic complexation between oppositely charged polymers drives the formation of many ordered *** microstructures and phase diagrams are calculated using self-consistent field theory(SCFT)based on an ion-pair model with an equilibrium constant K to characterize the strength of binding between positively and negatively charged *** effects of the charge ratio,representing the ratio of charges from the homopolymer over all charges from polymers in the system,on the ordered structure are systematically studied,both for hydrophobic and hydrophilic A *** charge ratio plays an important role in determining the phase boundaries in the phase diagram of salt concentration versus polymer *** also provide information about the varying tendency of the domain spacing and core size of the spherical phase when the charge ratio is changed,and the results are in good agreement with *** studies provide a deep understanding of the self-assembled microstructures of oppositely charged diblock copolymer-homopolymer systems.

The use of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)as solid adsorption materials for carbon capture is promising,but achieving efficient and reversible adsorption with a balance of capacity and selectivity for carbon dioxide(CO_(2))over N_(2) remains a *** take full advantage of the strong channel traffic and robustness of MOFs with relatively small pores,it is highly necessary to employ a defect-engineering strategy to construct a broader channel structure that can facilitate the loading of functional motif-rich amino acids(AAs).This strategy can greatly enhance the CO_(2) adsorption performance of *** this study,motif-rich amino acids are loaded into the defective and robust porous frameworks via combined defect-engineering and post-synthetic *** defective Zr/Hf-MOF-808s modified with AAs,especially for the 18 mol%4-nitroisophthalic acid,generated defective products allowing for the loading of L-serine(L-Ser).This modification resulted in a significant improvement in both the adsorption capacity(248%improvement at 298 K,100 kPa)and the selectivity of CO_(2)/N_(2) using the ideal adsorbed solution theory(IAST),with the selectivity increasing to 120.55 and 38.27 at 15 and 100 kPa,respectively,while maintaining good cycling *** functional theory(DFT)simulation,CO_(2) temperature-programmed desorption(CO_(2)-TPD),and in situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)were further employed to have a better understanding of the enhanced CO_(2) adsorption ***,unlike the AAs loaded pristine MOF-808s that showed the best CO_(2) adsorption capacity with the loading of short and small glycine(Gly),the broadened channel size in our work enables the loading of functional motif-rich L-serine,which brings more active binding sites,improving CO_(2) adsorption.

Proper function of the centromeres ensures correct attachment of kinetochores to spindle microtubules and faithful chromosome segregation in *** in the integrity and function of centromeres can result in chromosome missegregation and genomic ***1 is essential for the mitotic centromere dynamics,yet the underlying molecular mechanisms remain largely ***,we demonstrate that TIP60 acetylates Bub1 at K424 and K431 on kinetochores in early *** acetylation increases the kinase activity of Bub1 to phosphorylate centromeric histone H2A at T120(H2Ap T120),which recruits Aurora B and Shugoshin 1(Sgo1)to regulate centromere integrity,protect centromeric cohesion,and ensure the subsequent faithful chromosome *** of the nonacetylated Bub1 mutant reduces its kinase activity,decreases the level of H2Ap T120,and disrupts the recruitment of centromere proteins and chromosome congression,leading to genomic instability of daughter *** cells exit mitosis,HDAC1-regulated deacetylation of Bub1 decreases H2Ap T120 levels and thereby promotes the departure of centromeric CPC and Sgo1,ensuring timely centromeres ***,our results reveal a molecular mechanism by which the acetylation and deacetylation cycle of Bub1 modulates the phosphorylation of H2A at T120 for recruitment of Aurora B and Sgo1 to the centromeres,ensuring faithful chromosome segregation during mitosis.
