The NiTip/1060Al composites were prepared using a pre-aging and friction stir method(FSP)to enhance the low-temperature damping performance of the aluminum alloy and accommodate various service *** bonding between NiTi particles and the 1060Al matrix is well established after FSP,and no new phases are formed in the *** phasetransformation peak temperature of NiTip/1060Al composites gradually shifts to lower temperatures with increased aging temperature of NiTi *** room temperature,the 550℃-NiTip/1060Al composite exhibits superior damping performance,with an internal friction value 144%higher than that of the FSP-1060Al ***,at-91℃,the 650℃-NiTip/1060Al composite demonstrates better damping performance,with an internal friction value 158%higher than that of the FSP-1060Al *** NiTip/1060Al composites exhibit the internal friction peak of NiTi phase-transformation in the temperature range from-91℃to 60℃.This characteristic results in significantly better damping performance compared to the FSP-1060Al alloy and other high-damping aluminum matrix composites.

A dual-frequency(DF)dielectric barrier discharge,excited by the superposition of a 50 Hz low frequency(LF)and a 5000 Hz intermediate frequency(IF),is proposed to enhance *** effect of the LF voltage component on the breakdown behaviour of the DF discharge during different periods has been studied both experimentally and *** number of high-current pulses rises as the LF voltage *** statistical analysis shows that the number of the current pulse amplitude above 80 mA in the DF discharge reaches nearly 6 times that in the IF ***,the total discharge energy in the DF discharge is significantly higher than that in the IF *** simulation re-produces the temporal variation of the breakdown behaviours in the DF *** simulated results reveal that the maximal electric field strength of the breakdown process is greater in the DF discharge compared to the IF discharge during a half-period of ***,the comparison between the IF and DF discharges exhibits that the LF voltage regulates the accumulation of residual charged species on the dielectric surface after the breakdown by modulating the residual voltage between the air gap.

The indoor thermal history of residents in the hot summer and cold winter climate zone in China have undergone a significant change in recent years,which also changes their seasonal thermal adaptations and this has formed feed-back effects to the increasing usage of air conditioning units in this *** study the seasonal variations of thermal adaptation,the thermal comfort experiments were conducted on two groups of *** groups included 20 participants who had indoor history mainly with natural ventilation(NV group)and air-conditioning(AC group),*** results demonstrated that the thermal sensation vote(TSV)in warm environments did not differ between AC and NV subjects in ***,the TSV of AC subjects were much lower than that of NV subjects in the same standard effective temperature and skin temperature in a cold environment in ***,the participants who spent most of their time in AC space in winter showed a low level of thermal adaptation with a narrower acceptable skin temperature range of 32.6-33.5℃.Thus,this study presents the basic information regarding the seasonal effects on human thermal adaptation due to different long-term indoor thermal histories.

Heart failure(HF)is a clinical hallmark of cardiovascular syndrome leading to substantial morbidity,repeated hospitalization,and enormous healthcare *** elderly populations continue to increase,biomarker-guided diagnosis and treatment for age-related cardiac decline have become *** evidence demonstrates that N-terminal proBNP(NT-proBNP)can provide a unique window into the diagnosis and risk stratification with ***,a simple yet robust aptasensor is developed for on-site recognizing the NT-proBNP by its targeting aptamer,thus achieving the accurate diagnosis of *** aptasensing system is prepared by absorbing the fluorophore-labeled aptamer strand onto the graphene oxide(GO),leading to efficient quenching without possible off-site signal *** aptamer strand can specifically identify target NT-proBNP molecules via a versatile conformational transformation,resulting in the desorption of the aptamer-NTproBNP complexes from GO and re-generation fluorescence signal,thus allowing sensitive detection of NT-proBNP in 37 clinical blood *** advantage of the high specificity of aptamer-guaranteed recognitions of NT-proBNP,this aptasensor system readily achieves better diagnostic performance for HF than commercially adopted chemiluminescence immunoassay(Siemens,CLIA)in hospitals in terms of accuracy(89.2%vs 83.8%),specificity(89.5%vs 84.2%),and positive predictive value(88.9%vs 83.3%).This work provides a stable option for the diagnosis and treatment of elderly HF-related diseases inclinics.

A Data-Oriented Method to Optimize Hydraulic Fracturing Parameters of Tight Sandstone Reservoirs

Based on the actual data collected from the tight sandstone development zone, correlation analysis using theSpearman method was conducted to determine the main factors influencing the gas production rate of tightsandstone fracturing. An integrated model combining geological engineering and numerical simulation of fracturepropagation and production was completed. Based on data analysis, the hydraulic fracture parameters wereoptimized to develop a differentiated fracturing treatment adjustment plan. The results indicate that the influenceof geological and engineering factors in the X1 and X2 development zones in the study area differs ***, it is challenging to adopt a uniform development strategy to achieve rapid production increase. Thedata analysis reveals that the variation in gas production rate is primarily affected by the reservoir thickness andpermeability parameters as geological factors. On the other hand, the amount of treatment fluid and proppantaddition significantly impact the gas production rate as engineering factors. Among these factors, the influence ofgeological factors is more pronounced in block X1. Therefore, the main focus should be on further optimizing thefracturing interval and adjusting the geological development well location. Given the existing well location, thereis limited potential for further optimizing fracture parameters to increase production. For block X2, the fracturingparameters should be optimized. Data screening was conducted to identify outliers in the entire dataset, and adata-driven fracturing parameter optimization method was employed to determine the basic adjustment directionfor reservoir stimulation in the target block. This approach provides insights into the influence of geological,stimulation, and completion parameters on gas production rate. Recovery of microbial functions is one of the critical processes in the nutrient cycling of bauxite residue for improving *** is considered to be effective to increase microbial diversity and drive the development of the microbial community,but its effect on microbial carbon metabolism has not been *** present study evaluated the effects of phosphogypsum(PG),straw(SF)and phosphogypsum plus straw(PGSF)on physicochemical properties,enzyme activities,and microbial carbon metabolism activities in bauxite *** 180 days incubation,PG,SF and PGSF treatment significantly reduced the residue pH from 10.85 to 8.64,9.39 and 8.06,*** to CK treatment,SF treatment significantly increased the content of total organic carbon(TOC)and organic carbon fractions(DOC,MBC,EOC,and POC).In addition,straw addition significantly increased glucosidase,cellulose,urease,and alkaline phosphatase by 7.2-9.1 times,5.8-7.1 times,11.1-12.5 times,and 1.1-2.2 times,*** Biolog results showed that straw addition significantly increased microbial metabolic activity(AWCD)and diversity in bauxite *** analysis indicated total nitrogen(TN)and carbon fractions(POC,MBC and DOC)were the most important environmental factors affecting microbial metabolic activity and diversity in bauxite *** findings provided us with a biogeochemical perspective to reveal soil formation in bauxite residue and suggested that nutrient supplement and regulation of salinity-alkalinity benefit the establishment of microbial communities and functions in bauxite residue.

Norovirus is an infectious disease that can cause non-bacterial gastroenteritis,which has a low infectious dose,rapid onset,and strong transmission ability;therefore,rapid and sensitive detection is essential to reduce the transmission of *** the study,a norovirus GII loop-mediated isothermal amplification assay was developed and prepared into freeze-drying microspheres,and a closed-cassette-based,integrated,reagent-ambient storage,on-site instant detection platform for norovirus GII was constructed using a commercial,fully automated nucleic acid analyzer with integrated magnetic bearing based nuclear acid extraction and nucleic acid detection,with a sensitivity of 10 copies/μL,with no cross-reactivity with other 5 *** 28 simulated samples,the integrated assay platform was consistent with the experimental results of reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)assays after conventional laboratory nucleic acid *** entire process can be finished in about 1 h,which is ideal for immediate rapid detection.
