Influenza A virus (IAV) shows an ext.nsive host.range and rapid genomic variat.ons, leading t. cont.nuous emergence of novel viruses wit. significant.ant.genic variat.ons and t.e pot.nt.al for cross-species t.ansmission. t.is causes global pandemics and seasonal flu out.reaks, posing sust.ined t.reat. worldwide. t.us, st.dying all IAVs' evolut.onary pat.erns and underlying mechanisms is crucial for effect.ve prevent.on and cont.ol. We developed Flut.ping t. ident.fy IAV genot.pes, t. explore overall genet.c diversit. pat.erns and t.eir rest.ict.on fact.rs. Flut.ping groups isolat.s based on genet.c dist.nce and phylogenet.c relat.onships using whole genomes, enabling ident.ficat.on of each isolat.'s genot.pe. t.ree dist.nct.genet.c diversit. pat.erns were observed: one genot.pe dominat.on pat.ern comprising only H1N1 and H3N2 seasonal influenza subt.pes, mult.-genot.pes co-circulat.on pat.ern including majorit. avian influenza subt.pes and swine influenza H1N2, and hybrid-circulat.on pat.ern involving H7N9 and t.ree H5 subt.pes of influenza viruses. Furt.ermore, t.e IAVs in mult.-genot.pes co-circulat.on pat.ern showed region-specific dominant.genot.pes, implying t.e rest.ict.on of virus t.ansmission is a key fact.r cont.ibut.ng t. dist.nct.genet.c diversit. pat.erns, and t.e genomic evolut.on underlying different.pat.erns was more influenced by host.specific fact.rs. In summary, a comprehensive pict.re of t.e evolut.onary pat.erns of overall IAVs is provided by t.e Flut.ping's ident.fied genot.pes, offering import.nt.t.eoret.cal foundat.ons for fut.re prevent.on and cont.ol of t.ese viruses. © 2024 t.e Aut.ors

Soil CO2 efflux, root.mass, and root.product.on were invest.gat.d in a humid t.mperat. grassland of Japan over a growing season （Apr. t. Sep.） of 2005 t. reveal seasonal changes of soil CO2 efflux, t. separat. t.e respect.ve cont.ibut.ons of root.and microbial respirat.on t. t.e t.t.l soil CO2 eft.ux, and t. det.rmine t.e environment.l fact.rs t.at.cont.ol soil respirat.on. Minimal microbial respirat.on rat. was est.mat.d based on t.e linear regression equat.ons bet.een soil CO2 effiux and root.mass at.different.experiment.l sit.s. Soil CO2 efflux, ranging from 4.99 t. 16.29 μmol CO2 m^-2 s^-1, depended on t.e seasonal changes in soil t.mperat.re. t.e root.mass at.0-10 cm soil dept. was 0.82 and 1.27 kg m^-2 in Apr. and Sep., respect.vely. t.e root.mass at.0-10 cm soil dept. comprised 60% of t.e t.t.l root.mass at.0-50 cm soil dept.. t.e root.product.vit. at.0-30 cm dept. varied from 8 t. 180 g m^-2 mont.^-1. Microbial and root.respirat.on rat.s ranged from 1.35 t. 5.51 and 2.72 t. 12.06μmol CO2 m^-2 s^-1, respect.vely. t.e cont.ibut.on of root.respirat.on t. t.e t.t.l soil CO2 efflux averaged 53%, ranging from 33% t. 72%. t.e microbial respirat.on rat. was exponent.ally relat.d t. soil t.mperat.re at.10 cm dept. （R^2 = 0.9400, P = 0.002, n = 6）, and t.e root.respirat.on rat. was linearly relat.d t. t.e root.product.on at.0-30 cm dept. （R2 = 0.6561, P = 0.042, n = 6）.

Herein, Co/CoO het.rojunct.on nanopart.cles (NPs) rich in oxygen vacancies embedded in mesoporous walls of nit.ogen-doped hollow carbon nanoboxes coupled wit. nit.ogen-doped carbon nanot.bes (P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNt. are well designed t.rough zeolit.-imidazole framework (ZIF-67) carbonizat.on, chemical vapor deposit.on, and O-2 plasma t.eat.ent. As a result. t.e t.ree-dimensional NHCNBs coupled wit. NCNt. and unique het.rojunct.on wit. rich oxygen vacancies reduce t.e charge t.ansport.resist.nce and accelerat. t.e cat.lyt.c react.on rat. of t.e P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNt. and t.ey display exceedingly good elect.ocat.lyt.c performance for oxygen reduct.on react.on (ORR, halfwave pot.nt.al [E-ORR,E- 1/2 = 0.855 V vs. reversible hydrogen elect.ode]) and oxygen evolut.on react.on (OER, overpot.nt.al (et.(OER, 10) = 377 mV@10 mA cm(-2)), which exceeds t.at.of t.e commercial Pt.C + RuO2 and most.of t.e formerly report.d elect.ocat.lyst.. Impressively, bot. t.e aqueous and flexible foldable all-solid-st.t. rechargeable zinc-air bat.eries (ZABs) assembled wit. t.e P-Co/CoOV@NHCNB@NCNt.cat.lyst.reveal a large maximum power densit. and out.t.nding long-t.rm cycling st.bilit.. In t.is paper, we examine t.e cent.al role of feedback processing in bot. t.e primat. brain and AI syst.ms, which has been shown t. be crucial in shaping neural processing. By reviewing t.e key feat.res of feedback processes in t.e primat. brain, which allows t.e brain t. incorporat. prior knowledge, cont.xt.al informat.on, and t.skdemands int. early-st.ge processing, we highlight.t.e divergence in goals and funct.ons bet.een biological and AI *** t.ese differences is crucial for elucidat.ng t.e cognit.ve capabilit.es of t.e primat. brain and for addressing comput.t.onal challenges in AI. In advocat.ng “Cognit.on-Inspired-Comput.t.on”, we suggest.t.at.int.grat.ng insight. from feedback processing in t.e primat. brain int. AI research will offer pot.nt.ally significant.improvement. for t.e advancement.of AI syst.ms.

Drug-t.rget.int.ract.ons(Dt.s) predict.on plays an import.nt.role in t.e process of drug *** comput.t.onal met.ods t.eat.it.as a binary predict.on problem, det.rmining whet.er t.ere are connect.ons bet.een drugs and t.rget. while ignoring relat.onal t.pes informat.on. Considering t.e posit.ve or negat.ve effect. of Dt.s will facilit.t. t.e st.dy on comprehensive mechanisms of mult.ple drugs on a common t.rget. in t.is work, we model Dt.s on signed het.rogeneous net.orks, t.rough cat.gorizing int.ract.on pat.erns of Dt.s and addit.onally ext.act.ng int.ract.ons wit.in drug pairs and t.rget.prot.in pairs. We propose signed het.rogeneous graph neural net.orks(SHGNNs), furt.er put.forward an end-t.-end framework for signed Dt.s predict.on, called SHGNN-Dt.,which not.only adapt. t. signed bipart.t. net.orks, but.also could nat.rally incorporat. auxiliary informat.on from drug-drug int.ract.ons(DDIs) and prot.in-prot.in int.ract.ons(PPIs). For t.e framework, we solve t.e message passing and aggregat.on problem on signed Dt. net.orks, and consider different.t.aining modes on t.e whole net.orks consist.ng of Dt.s, DDIs and PPIs. Experiment. are conduct.d on t.o dat.set. ext.act.d from Drug Bank and relat.d dat.bases, under different.set.ings of init.al input., embedding dimensions and t.aining modes. t.e predict.on result. show excellent.performance in t.rms of met.ic indicat.rs, and t.e feasibilit. is furt.er verified by t.e case st.dy wit. t.o drugs on breast.cancer.
