Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is believed to be caused by various factors,including abnormalities in disease susceptibility genes,environmental factors,immune factors,and intestinal *** pump inhibitors(PPIs)are the primary drugs used to treat acid-related *** are also commonly prescribed to patients with *** studies have suggested a potential association between the use of certain medications,such as PPIs,and the occurrence and progression of *** this review,we summarize the potential impact of PPIs on IBD and analyze the underlying *** findings may provide insights for conducting further investigations into the effects of PPIs on IBD and serve as an important reminder for physicians to exercise caution when prescribing PPIs to patients with IBD.

Abstract The development of physically crosslinked hydrogels with excellent mechanical and sensing properties is of importance for expanding the practical applications of intelligent soft hydrogel ***,after copolymerization of hydroxyl-containing amino acid derivative N-acryloyl serine(ASer)with acrylamide(AM),we introduce Zr4+through an immersion strategy to construct metal ion-toughened non-covalent crosslinked hydrogels(with tensile strength of up to 5.73 MPa).It is found that the synergistic coordination of hydroxyl and carboxyl groups with Zr^(4+)substantially increases the crosslinking density of the hydrogels,thereby imparting markedly superior mechanical properties compared to hydroxyl-free Zr^(4+)-crosslinked hydrogels,such as N-acryloyl alanine(AAla)copolymerized with AM hydrogels(with tensile strength of 2.98 MPa)Through the adjustment of the composition of the copolymer and the density of coordination bonds,the mechanical properties of the hydrogels can be modulated over a wide ***,due to the introduction of metal ions and the dynamic nature of coordination bonds,the hydrogels also exhibit excellent sensing performance and good self-recovery properties,paving the way for the development of flexible electronic substrates with outstanding comprehensive performances.

Aiming at the issue of crystallization and blockage of drainage system due to the massive calcium loss from the tunnel shotcrete,a selfdesigned tunnel seepage crystallization modelling system was *** system was produced in conjunction with the initial tunnel support shotcrete construction and drainage pipe installation,and is capable of simulating both the seepage process of groundwater in the shotcrete and the process of crystallization in the drainage *** on three different mechanisms of anti-crystallization,which include absorbing free calcium,reducing the porosity and increasing hydrophobicity,antialkali agent,nano-calcium carbonate,and silane were selected to test,***,the suitable dosing ranges of these three external admixtures for resisting calcium loss in shotcrete were determined by single factor tests,which were 7%–11%,4%–8%,and 0.3%–0.5%,***,the response surface method was employed to evaluate the interaction of antialkali agent,nano-calcium carbonate and silane on calcium loss in shotcrete,and to establish the relationship between them,and thus to determine the admixture ratio that can effectively reduce calcium loss crystallization in shotcrete,with the optimal admixture amounts of antialkali agent being 9.2.2.,nano-calcium carbonate 4.889%and silane 0.366%.Lastly,the reliability of the model test results was verified by the microscopic analysis,and the results showed that the total amount of calcium dissolution in the optimized group could be reduced by 75%compared with the blank control group,and was basically consistent with that derived from the response surface regression model,validating the high accuracy of the buildup response surface regression *** present study can provide some ideas and references for reducing the seepage crystallization behavior of groundwater in the initial tunnel support shotcrete.

Emerging therapeutic methods represented by targeted therapy are effective supplements to traditional first-line chemoradiotherapy *** epidermal growth factor receptor 2.HER2.is one of the most important targets in targeted therapy for gastric *** combined with chemotherapy has been used as the first-line treatment for advanced gastric *** safety and efficacy of pertuzumab and margetuximab in the treatment of gastric cancer have been ***,monoclonal antibodies,due to their large molecular weight,inability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier,and drug resistance,lead to decreased therapeutic efficacy,so it is necessary to explore the efficacy of other HER2.targeting therapies in gastric ***-molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors,such as lapatinib and pyrrotinib,have the advantages of small molecular weight,penetrating the blood-brain barrier and high oral bioavailability,and are expected to become the drugs of choice for perioperative treatment and neoadjuvant therapy of gastric cancer after validation by large-scale clinical trials in the ***-drug conjugate,such as T-DM1 and T-DXd,can overcome the resistance of monoclonal antibodies despite their different mechanisms of tumor killing,and are a supplement for the treatment of patients who have failed the treatment of monoclonal antibodies such as ***,after more detailed stratification of gastric cancer patients,various gastric cancer drugs targeting HER2.are expected to play a more significant role.

Based on the in-situ self-reduction and chemical stability,graphdiyne(GDY)and graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)are used as trapping agents to investigate the ability for recovering Au^(3+),Ag^+,and Pd^(2.)under different pH values and interfering *** strong acidity at pH=1,these two agents demonstrate high select recovery towards the three precious metal ions,which could be insitu reduced to nanoparticles(NPs).In addition,superparamagnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs are deposited on the surfaces of GDY and *** magnetic responses enable GDYFe_(3)O_(4)to recover precious metals conveniently and efficiently by the aid of an external magnetic *** study also confirms the antibacterial activity of the as-recovered NPs deposited on GDY and GDYO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(1×10^(5)colony-forming unit(CFU)·mL^(-1)),and the antibacterial rates are 100%.This strategy of recovering precious metals and subsequently reusing to combat pathogens will be of great significance for environmental remediation and biomedical applications.

Refractories have an important effect on the cleanliness of molten *** interaction between CeAlO_(3) refractories and Ce treated steel was explored and compared with that between Al_(2.O_(3) refractories and Ce treated *** results show that the Ce content in steel decreases sharply after contact with Al_(2.O_(3) refractories and the pick-up of dissolved Al *** with the test of Al_(2.O_(3) refractories,the loss of Ce content is less in the test of CeAlO_(3) refractory,and the total oxygen content and dissolved Al content in steel increase *** dense and continuous Ce_(2.O_(2.S interface layer is observed at the CeAlO_(3) refractories/steel interface,which can serve as the metallurgical isolation layer and hinder the further interaction between refractories and ***,the higher steel cleanliness and less penetration of refractories by molten steel are obtained in the test of CeAlO_(3) *** CeAlO_(3) refractories show a promising prospect in the production of clean Ce treated steel.

In recent years,nanogenerators(NGs)have attracted wide attention in the energy field,among which triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)have shown superior *** reports of electrospinning(ES)-based TENGs have been reported,but there is a lack of deep analysis of the designing method from microstructure,limiting the creative of new ES-based *** TENGs use polymer materials to achieve corresponding design,which requires structural design of polymer *** existing polymer molding design methods include macroscopic molding methods,such as injection,compression,extrusion,calendering,etc.,combined with liquid-solid changes such as soluting and melting;it also includes micro-nano molding technology,such as melt-blown method,coagulation bath method,ES method,and nanoimprint *** fact,ES technology has good controllability of thickness dimension and rich means of nanoscale structure *** present,these characteristics have not been ***,in this paper,we combine recent reports with some microstructure regulation functions of ES to establish a more general TENGs design *** on the rich microstructure research results in the field of ES,much more new types of TENGs can be designed in the future.

This paper investigates the semi-online scheduling problem with the known largest size on two uniform machines. The objective is to maximize the minimum machine completion time. Both lower bounds and algorithms are given. Algorithms are optimal for the majority values of s≥1, where s is the speed ratio of the two machines. The largest gap between the competitive ratio and the lower bound is about 0.064. Moreover, the overall competitive ratio 2.matches the overall lower bound.

Let B^Hi,Ki ={ Bt^Hi,Ki, t ≥ 0}, i= 1, 2.be two independent bifractional Brownian motions with respective indices Hi ∈ （0, 1） and K∈ E （0, 1]. One of the main motivations of this paper is to investigate f0^Tδ（Bs^H1 ,K1 - the smoothness of the collision local time, introduced by jiang and Wang in 2.09, IT = f0^T δ（Bs^H1,K1）ds, T 〉 0, where 6 denotes the Dirac delta function. By an elementary method, we show that iT is smooth in the sense of the Meyer-Watanabe if and only if min{H-1K1, H2.2. 〈-1/3.
