As the first of 15 Healthy China initiatives,the Health Education Initiative has the crucially important goal of improving citizens’health literacy.There are two key activities in the initiative for improving health literacy.The first is to establish a mechanism for dissemination of health sciences knowledge through development of national and provincial databases of health sciences expertise and a national resource of accessible health knowledge.The second is to establish a health education and health promotion performance evaluation mechanism for medical institutions and medical personnel.In this paper,we analyzed the content and strategies of these two health educational activities.

As a core part of the electronic warfare(EW) system,de-interleaving is used to separate interleaved radar signals. The de-interleaving algorithm based on the fuzzy adaptive resonance theory(fuzzy ART) is plagued by the problems of premature saturation and performance improving dilemma. This study proposes a dual fuzzy vigilance ART(DFV-ART) algorithm to address these problems and make the following improvements. Firstly, a correction method is introduced to prevent the network from prematurely saturating;then, the fuzzy vigilance models(FVM) are constructed to replace the conventional vigilance parameter, reducing the error probability in the overlapping region;finally, a dual vigilance mechanism is introduced to solve the performance improving dilemma. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could improve the clustering accuracy(quantization error dropped60%) and the de-interleaving performance(clustering quality increased by 10%) while suppressing the excessive proliferation of categories.

Light regulated ion transport across membranes is central to nature.Based on this,artificial nanofluidics with light driven ion transport behaviors has been developed for both fundamental study and practical applications.Here,we focus on recent progress in photothermal controlled ion transport systems and review the corresponding construction strategies in diverse photothermal nanofluidics with various dimensions and structures.We systematically emphasize the three underlying working principles including temperature gradient,water evaporation induced ion transport blockage,and evaporation gradient.On the basis of these fundamental research,photothermal regulated ion transport has been mainly introduced into ionic devices,desalination,and energy conversion.Furthermore,we provide some perspectives for the current challenges and future developments of this promising research field.We believe that this review could encourage further understanding and open the minds to develop new advances in this fertile research field.

In the research of uncertain information processing,Dempster-Shafer Theory(DST)provides a framework for dealing with uncertain information,where evidence is defined on a Frame of Discernment(FOD)consisting of mutually exclusive elements.However,the requirement of exclusiveness on FOD sometimes is not satisfied,as shown in Dezert-Smarandache Theory(DSm T),a derivative of DST.In DSm T,the non-exclusiveness is expressed by propositions’intersection and the fusion of evidence is realized through a Proportional Conflict Redistribution(PCR)rule.In order to handle non-exclusive FODs,a new framework called D Number Theory(DNT)has been proposed recently,which quantifies the non-exclusive degree between propositions different from DSm T.In previous studies,an Exclusive Conflict Redistribution(ECR)rule has been designed in DNT to implement the fusion of evidence defined on a non-exclusive FOD,but there are some deficiencies in the ECR rule.In this paper,a new rule called ECR-PCR rule is proposed by combining the ECR and PCR rules to better implement the fusion of evidence defined on a nonexclusive FOD.Within the proposed rule,the definition of conflict utilizes the idea of ECR’s exclusive conflict,and the disposal of conflict is following the idea of PCR’s proportional redistribution.Properties of the ECR-PCR rule are presented.The effectiveness of the proposed new rule is verified through numerical examples and applications,in comparison with other fusion methods.

This paper considers a stochastic chemostat model with degenerate diffusion.Firstly,the Markov semigroup theory is used to establish sufficient criteria for the existence of a unique stable stationary distribution.The authors show that the densities of the distributions of the solutions can converge in L^(1)to an invariant density.Then,conditions are obtained to guarantee the washout of the microorganism.Furthermore,through solving the corresponding Fokker-Planck equation,the authors give the exact expression of density function around the positive equilibrium of deterministic system.Finally,numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the theoretical results.

In this paper,we consider Ricci flow on four dimensional closed manifold with bounded scalar curvature,noncollasping volume and bounded diameter.Under such conditions,we can show that the manifold has finitely many diffeomorphism types,which generalizes Cheeger–Naber’s result to bounded scalar curvature along Ricci flow.In particular,this implies the manifold has uniform L^(2) Riemann curvature bound.As an application,we point out that four dimensional Ricci flow would not have uniform scalar curvature upper bound if the initial metric only satisfying lower Ricci curvature bound,lower volume bound and upper diameter bound.

OBJECTIVE To determine the role of ascending aorta dilatation in the relationship between pulse pressure(PP)and left ventricular(LV)hypertrophy.METHODS A total of 1556 Chinese elderly hypertensive patients were retrospectively studied.Transthoracic echocardiography was used to obtain the aortic and cardiac structure measurements.In addition,brachial blood pressure was measured,and total arterial compliance,systemic vascular resistance,arterial elastance,and end-systolic LV elastance were calculated.The participants were divided into four groups according to the status of ascending aortic diameter and PP.RESULTS LV mass index increased in succession in the four groups,i.e.,the group with the normal aorta and lower PP,with the normal aorta and higher PP,with aortic dilatation and lower PP,and with aortic dilatation and higher PP(Ptrend<0.001).Total arterial compliance−1,arterial elastance,and end-systolic LV elastance were slightly higher in the individuals with normal aorta compared to those with aortic dilatation,regardless of PP being lower or higher(P<0.01).Compared to the group with the normal aorta and lower PP,individuals with aortic dilatation had a significantly increased multivariable adjusted risk of LV hypertrophy,and higher PP further exacerbated this risk[aortic dilatation with lower PP(OR=1.75,95%CI:1.01–3.04)and aortic dilatation with higher PP(OR=3.42,95%CI:2.03–5.77)].In the relation between PP and LV mass index(β=0.095,P<0.001),-41.3%of the total effect was attributable to mediation by ascending aortic diameter(P<0.0001).CONCLUSIONS In Chinese elderly patients with hypertension,ascending aorta dilatation could reduce the influence of elevated PP on LV hypertrophy.

Knowledge graph technology has distinct advantages in terms of fault diagnosis.In this study,the control rod drive mechanism(CRDM)of the liquid fuel thorium molten salt reactor(TMSR-LF1)was taken as the research object,and a fault diagnosis system was proposed based on knowledge graph.The subject–relation–object triples are defined based on CRDM unstructured data,including design specification,operation and maintenance manual,alarm list,and other forms of expert experience.In this study,we constructed a fault event ontology model to label the entity and relationship involved in the corpus of CRDM fault events.A three-layer robustly optimized bidirectional encoder representation from transformers(RBT3)pre-training approach combined with a text convolutional neural network(TextCNN)was introduced to facilitate the application of the constructed CRDM fault diagnosis graph database for fault query.The RBT3-TextCNN model along with the Jieba tool is proposed for extracting entities and recognizing the fault query intent simultaneously.Experiments on the dataset collected from TMSR-LF1 CRDM fault diagnosis unstructured data demonstrate that this model has the potential to improve the effect of intent recognition and entity extraction.Additionally,a fault alarm monitoring module was developed based on WebSocket protocol to deliver detailed information about the appeared fault to the operator automatically.Furthermore,the Bayesian inference method combined with the variable elimination algorithm was proposed to enable the development of a relatively intelligent and reliable fault diagnosis system.Finally,a CRDM fault diagnosis Web interface integrated with graph data visualization was constructed,making the CRDM fault diagnosis process intuitive and effective.

As a core part of the electronic warfare(EW) system,de-interleaving is used to separate interleaved radar signals. As interleaved radar pulses become more complex and denser, intelligent classification of radar signals has become very important. The self-organizing feature map(SOFM) is an excellent artificial neural network, which has huge advantages in intelligent classification of complex data. However, the de-interleaving process based on SOFM is faced with the problems that the initialization of the map size relies on prior information and the network topology cannot be adaptively adjusted. In this paper, an SOFM with self-adaptive network topology(SANT-SOFM) algorithm is proposed to solve the above problems. The SANT-SOFM algorithm first proposes an adaptive proliferation algorithm to adjust the map size, so that the initialization of the map size is no longer dependent on prior information but is gradually adjusted with the input data. Then,structural optimization algorithms are proposed to gradually optimize the topology of the SOFM network in the iterative process,constructing an optimal SANT. Finally, the optimized SOFM network is used for de-interleaving radar signals. Simulation results show that SANT-SOFM could get excellent performance in complex EW environments and the probability of getting the optimal map size is over 95% in the absence of priori information.
