A great number of pipelines in China are in unsatisfactory condition and faced with problems of corrosion and cracking,but there are very few approaches for underwater pipeline *** detection autonomous underwater vehicle(PDAUV) is hereby designed to solve these problems when working with advanced optical,acoustical and electrical sensors for underwater pipeline *** is a test bed that not only examines the logical rationality of the program,effectiveness of the hardware architecture,accuracy of the software interface protocol as well as the reliability and stability of the control system but also verifies the effectiveness of the control system in tank experiments and sea *** motion control system of PDAUV,including both the hardware and software architectures,is introduced in this *** software module and information flow of the motion control system of PDAUV and a novel neural network-based control(NNC) are also ***,a real-time identification method based on neural network is used to realize system *** tank experiments and sea trials are carried out to verify the feasibility and capability of PDAUV control system to complete underwater pipeline detection task.

While presenting biological characteristics of vaccinia virus and laboratory-acquired infections during related research processes, this paper focuses on benefits and risks of vaccinia virus immunization in relation to laboratory-acquired infections, describes characteristics and the adaptation of vaccinia virus vaccine, analyses the role vaccinia virus immunization plays in the prevention and control of laboratory-acquired infections, and finally proposes solutions and countermeasures to further promote and implement immune control strategies. The problem related to immune strategy and laboratory- acquired infections which is being raised, analyzed and explored plays an active and instructive role in vaccinia virus related researches and laboratory- acquired infections, and also helps to recommend and develop relevant immune strategy for future vaccine control of such infections.

BACKGROUND Electroacupuncture(EA) at ST36 can significantly improve gastrointestinal symptoms, especially in promoting gastrointestinal motility. The automatic nervous system plays a main role in EA, but few studies exist on how vagovagal and sympathetic reflexes affect EA to regulate gastrointestinal *** To study the role of vagovagal and sympathetic reflexes in EA at ST36, as well as the associated receptor subtypes that are *** Gastric motility was measured with a manometric balloon placed in the gastric antrum area in anesthetized animals. The peripheral nervous discharge was measured using a platinum electrode hooking the vagus or greater splanchnic nerve, and the central nervous discharge was measured with a glass microelectrode in the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus(DMV). The effects and mechanisms of EA at ST36 were explored in male Sprague-Dawley rats which were divided in to a control group, vagotomy group, sympathectomy group, and microinjection group [including an artificial cerebrospinal fluid group, glutamate(L-Glu) group, and γ-aminobutyric acid(GABA) group] and in genetically modified male mice [β1β2 receptor-knockout(β1β2^(-/-)) mice, M2M3 receptorknockout(M2M3^(-/-)) mice, and wild-type control mice].RESULTS EA at ST36 promoted gastric motility during 30-120 s. During EA, both vagus and sympathetic nerve discharges increased, with a much higher frequency of vagus nerve discharge than sympathetic discharge. The gastric motility mediated by EA at ST36 was interdicted by vagotomy. However, gastric motility mediated by EA at ST36 was increased during 0-120 s by sympathectomy, which eliminated the delay effect of EA during 0-30 s, but it was lower than the control group during 30-120 s. Using gene knockout mice and their wild-type controls to explore the receptor mechanisms, we found that EA at ST36 decreased gastric motility in M2/3^(-/-) mice, and promoted gastric motility in β1/2^(-/-) mice. The bastnaesite used in hydrometallurgy usually contains 7%-11% fluorine,and the conversion of fluorine into high-value products is the key to achieving green production of rare earths and improving the comprehensive utilization of *** order to recover fluorine from bastnaesite in the form of KBF4,the mechanism of F^(-)conversion to BF^(4-)in sulphuric acid leaching solution of roasted bastnaesite was studied by using Eh-pH diagram and simulation *** shows that the formation of BF^(4-)is affected by pH in the absence of rare ***^(4-)is hydrolyzed to BF3 OH-and F-when the pH is greater than 3.9,and part of F-exists as HF^(2-)when pH is lower than *** the presence of La^(3+),the formation of BF^(4-)is mainly affected by LaF_(3) when pH is greater than 0,and in the case that the pH is lower than 2,it is mainly affected by HF^(2-).When Ce4+is present in solution,CeF_(2)^(2+) can exist stably in sulphuric acid *** down the pH can reduce the stability of CeF_(2)^(2+) and increase the BF^(4-)conversion *** on these results,KBF4 was prepared in the alkaline solution of bastnaesite,and the conversion of BF^(4-)is 84.31%.This provides a theoretical basis for the recovery of fluorine from bastnaesite in the form of KBF_(4).

Changes in the metabolites of table grapes(Vitis vinifera) reportedly occur during postharvest senescence. The aim of this study was to determine the metabolomic differences in postharvest table grapes(‘Red Globe’) after being subjected to different senescence periods. To this end, we used widely targeted metabolomics based on ultra-performance liquid chromatography and tandem mass spectrometry. A total of 135 differential metabolites were identified. During postharvest senescence, the levels of most differential flavonoids(e.g., pelargonidin 3-O-glucoside, quercetin-3-O-glucoside, and cyanidin 3-O-glucoside) and L-aspartic acid decreased, while the levels of phenolic acids(e.g., trans-4-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester) and pantothenol increased. During early and late senescence, the levels of most differential lipids, especially LysoPC, as well as those of nucleotides and their derivatives, such as uridine, decreased and increased, respectively. Collectively, the findings of this study provide fundamental insights into the reasonable control of table grape fruit postharvest senescence and lay a solid foundation for further research.
