Minimum temperatures have remarkable impacts on tree growth at high-elevation sites on the Tibetan Plateau,but the shortage of long-term and high-resolution paleoclimate records inhibits understanding of recent minimum temperature *** this study,a warm season(April–September)reconstruction is presented for the past 467 years(1550–2016)based on Sabina tibetica ring-width chronology on the Lianbaoyeze Mountain of the central eastern Tibetan *** warm periods and eight cold periods were ***-term minimum temperature variations revealed a high degree of coherence with nearby *** correlations between our reconstruction and global sea surface temperatures suggest that warm season minimum temperature anomalies in the central eastern Tibetan Plateau were strongly influenced by large-scale ocean atmospheric circulations,such as the El Ni?o-Southern Oscillation and the Atlantic Multidecadal Oscillation.

Global warming will affect growth strategies and how trees will *** compare the response of tree radial growth to climate warming in different slope directions,samples of Pinus armandii Franch were collected and treering chronologies developed on northern and western slopes from the Lubanling in the Funiu *** analyses showed that two chronologies were mainly limited by temperatures in the previous June–August and the combination of temperatures and moisture in the current May–*** difference of the climate response to slopes was small but not *** growth of the LBL01 site on the northern slope was affected by the combined maximum and minimum temperatures,while that of the LBL02 site was affected by maximum *** regards to moisture,radial growth of the trees on the north slope was influenced by the relative humidity in the current May–July,while on the western slope,it was affected by the relative humidity in the previous June–August,the current May–July and the precipitation in the current May–*** the change in climate,the effects of the main limiting factors on growth on different slopes were visible to a certain extent,but the differences in response of trees on different slopes gradually decreased,which might be caused by factors such as different slope directions and the change in diurnal temperature *** results may provide information for forest protection and ecological construction in this region,and a scientific reference for future climate reconstruction.

A set of standard chronologies for tree-ring width(TRW),earlywood width(EWW)and latewood width(LWW)in Pinus tabuliformis *** an altitudi-nal gradient(1450,1400,and 1350 m a.s.l.)on Baiyunshan Mountain,Central China to analyze the effect of varying temperature and precipitation on growth along the *** analyses showed that at all three altitudes and the TRW and EWW chronologies generally had signifi-cant negative correlations with mean and maximum tem-peratures in the current April and May and with minimum temperatures in the prior July and August,but significant positive correlations with precipitation in the current *** were generally significantly negative between LWW chronologies and all temperatures in the prior July and August,indicating that the prior summer temperature had a strong lag effect on the growth of *** that increased with *** correlation with the standard-ized precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI)confirmed that wet conditions in the current May promoted growth of TR and EW at all *** altitudinal differences were also found;at 1400 m,there were significant positive correlations between EWW chronologies and SPEI in the current April and significant negative correlations between LWW chronologies and SPEI in the current September,but these correlations were not significant at 1450 *** 1350 m,there were also significant negative correlations between the TRW and the EWW chronologies and SPEI in the prior October and the current July and between LWW chronology and SPEI in the current August,but these cor-relations were not significant at 1400 *** correlation results showed a stable response of EWW in relation to the SPEI in the current May at all three altitudes and of LWW to maximum temperature in the prior July-August at 1400 m from 2002 to *** EWW chronology at 1400 m and the LWW chronology at 1450 m were identified as more suitable for climate reconstruction.T

The Tongbai Mountains is an ecologically sensi-tive region and the northern boundary of Pinus massoniana *** analyze the effect of different microenvironments on tree growth response to climate factors,we developed standard chronologies for earlywood width(EWW),late-wood width(LWW),and total ring width(TRW)of *** at two sampling sites on slopes with different orientations,then analyzed characteristics of the chronolo-gies and their correlations with climate variables from five stations in the region and with a regional normalized differ-ence vegetation index(NDVI).Statistical results showed that the TRW/EWW/LWW chronology consistency and charac-teristics(mean sensitivity,signal to noise ratio,expressed population signal)for trees growing on the southeastern slope were much higher than for trees on the northeastern *** indicated that temperature in current March and August has a significant positive effect on TRW/EWW/LWW formation,and the effect on the northeastern slope was weaker than on the southeastern *** to temperature,precipitation has more complicated effects on tree growth,but the effect on the northeastern slope was also generally weaker than on the southeastern ***-wise linear regression analyses showed that temperature in August was the main limiting factor at the two sampling ***,the response of tree growth on the southeast-ern slope as determined by the NDVI is better than on the northeastern slope,and the TRW/EWW/LWW chronologies for the southeastern slope explained over 50%of the total NDVI variances in ***,the results indicate that the difference in the climate response of *** at two sampling sites is clearly caused by differences in the microenvironment,and such differences should be properly considered in future studies of forest dynamics and climate reconstructions.

沉水植物苦草(Vallisneria natans L.)作为水生态系统中的重要初级生产者,在治理富营养化水体方面发挥着至关重要的作用.然而,目前关于水下补光的研究主要集中在实验室内,采用LED灯进行实验.在面对水文条件复杂的户外自然环境和受污染水体时,相关的光补偿实验研究相对较少.本文运用一种新型的水下自然光补偿设备,通过设置不同强度的水下光补偿条件:高补光(30.5%自然光)、低补光(15.7%自然光)和对照组(2.8%自然光),研究在户外自然河道条件下苦草幼苗的生长形态、光合作用及抗氧化和毒性胁迫指标.研究发现,与对照组相比,高、低补光组株高分别增加了120%和80%,叶片数分别增加了83.3%和33.3%,叶绿素a含量分别提高了49.4%和30%.实验结果表明,光补偿对苦草幼苗的抗氧化酶活性有显著影响,幼苗对氧化毒性胁迫的抗性平均提升23.9%~48.6%,但光照强度变化对苦草幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量影响并不明显.研究结果可为受污染水体中沉水植物种群恢复提供一定理论依据.

全球变暖影响着树木的结构和功能,反之影响着树木生长对气候变化的响应。秦岭是我国南北方的分界线,同时也是亚热带气候和温带气候的过渡带,作为区域气候变化的敏感地带,已有许多学者在该地区开展树轮气候学研究。基于秦岭东缘伏牛山龙池曼顶部的华山松(Pinus armandii Franch.)树轮宽度建立了不同年表,分析该地区树木生长对嵩县站器测气象数据(SX)和格点气象数据(CHN)的响应。结果表明:(1)树轮差值年表(RES)的统计参数优于标准年表(STD),含有较丰富的环境信息,适于树轮气候学研究;(2)RES年表与SX器测数据和CHN格点数据的相关分析结果都表明,龙池曼顶部华山松径向生长受上一年的气候条件影响较大,且对气温的响应高于降水,与上年7—8月和当年1月的平均气温以及上年5月降水量呈显著负相关,与上年8月的降水呈显著正相关;(3)CHN格点数据能更全面地揭示月平均最高温对华山松径向生长的影响,RES年表对两个数据集当年夏季(7—9月)的降水量都呈负相关,但达到显著负相关的月份有差异;(4)多源气候数据均表明该地区存在暖干化趋势,升温不利于华山松的生长。若未来暖干化持续,秦岭东缘龙池曼地区华山松生长会进一步受限,从而影响该地区的森林植被生产力和固碳潜力。

Microbial responses to the use of NaClO in sediment treatment

Chlorine is often used in algal removal and deodorization of landscape waters,and occasionally used as an emergency treatment of heavily polluted ***,the ecological impact of this practice has not been fully studied and *** this study,NaClO at 0.1 mmol/g based on dry weight sediment was evenly mixed into the polluted sediment,and then the sediment was incubated for 150 days to evaluate its microbial *** showed that NaClO addition enhanced the release of TOC,TN,Cr and Cu from the *** microbial richness in the examined sediment decreased continuously,and the Chao1 index declined from 4241 to 2731,in 150 *** microbial community composition was also *** abundance of Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes increased to 54.8%and 4.2%within 7 days compared to the control,and linear discriminant analysis(LDA)showed gram-negative bacteria and aerobic bacteria enriched after *** functional prediction with PICRUSt2 showed the functions of the microbial community underwent major adjustments,and the metabolic-related functions such as carbon metabolism,including pyruvate and methane metabolisms were significantly inhibited;besides,15 out of 22 analyzed key enzymes involved in C cycling and 6 out of 12 key enzymes or genes involved in N cycling were strongly impacted,and the enzymes and genes involved in carbon degradation and denitrification showed remarkable *** can be concluded that chlorination posed a seriously adverse effect on microbial community structure and *** study deepens the understanding of the ecological effects of applying chlorine for environmental remediation.

目前建筑行业大力推广高层、超高层建筑,对具有更优的抗震性能结构体系研发工作显得更为迫切和重要,为此,提出了组合框架双开孔钢板约束混凝土墙结构的高效新型双重抗震防线抗侧力结构体系,考虑组合剪力墙不同连接方式、轴压比两个设计参数,采用ABAQUS对该结构体系的抗震性能进行研究分析。研究结果显示:①四边连接试件相较两边连接试件周边整体约束强、整体性好,钢板拉力带的发展更为均匀且充分,四边连接试件的承载力、抗侧刚度、耗能能力均高于两边连接试件;②随着轴压比的增大,承载力、抗侧刚度略微增强,但耗能发展减缓。
