基于创新生态系统理论,聚焦陕西省14次哲学社会科学优秀成果奖评奖数据,分别从获奖总量等级分布、获奖成果所属类别、获奖高校研究竞争力、获奖成果学科分布等维度进行分析,总结近年来陕西省高校哲学社会科学工作建设发展成效,为新时代高校哲学社会科学工作高质量发展提供参考。结果表明:获奖成果数量经历了高峰期、波动期和稳定期3个阶段,评奖体系对具有学理深度和学术厚度的高水平、高等级研究成果的重视程度不断提高,为党和政府决策提供咨询服务的对策建议类研究成果日益受到重视;相较于社会学科,人文学科获奖成果数量相对偏少且获奖等级不高,而理工类高校哲学社会科学建设成果逐步凸显。基于分析结果,提出推动在陕高校哲学社会科学科研工作高质量发展的建议,包括进一步强化研究成果的创新质量、学术贡献和学科特色;提高调研报告类成果获奖占比;培育和产出更多具有原创性、引领性的研究成果;推动构建多元化的学术话语体系等。

利用地震波速估算长江江堤浅地表孔隙度

孔隙度是涉及岩土稳定性的重要参数,由于岩石物理建模的复杂性,估算岩土孔隙度相对困难.本研究采取岩石物理学中微分等效介质(DEM)模型和自适应(SCA)模型计算江堤浅地表岩土的弹性模量,将地震横波速度与孔隙度联系起来.通过浅地表瑞雷波,反演得到横波速度,在测井资料和实测孔隙度数据的约束下,进而估算出孔隙度剖面.研究结果表明,研究区域堤防结构稳定,仅在浅部人工填埋层孔隙度较大,结构较为松散.随后,分别利用实测数据和Biot模型验证了孔隙度的准确性,结果表明,基于SCA的孔隙度剖面更为可靠.本研究建立并验证了地震波速度与孔隙度的关系,提出了一种高效率无损估算浅地表孔隙度空间分布的方法,并揭示利用地震资料对浅地表岩土进行水文解释的机理.此外,基于江堤岩土孔隙压力在汛期可能发生的剧烈变化,我们针对防洪减灾提出了相应的岩土工程建议.

Interplay between the atomic structures and superconductivity of two-monolayer Pb films

Superconductors with reduced dimensionality have been widely explored for their exotic superconducting ***,at the two-dimensional limit,two-monolayer Pb films with two types of structures provide an ideal platform to unveil the underlying superconducting mechanism[Science 324,1314(2009)].Here,by combining scanning tunneling microscopy(STM)with the first-principle calculations,we successfully identify that these two types have different atomic lattice structures with varying stacking phases,which further enables us to calculate the phonon spectrum and electron phonon coupling strength of each *** theoretical calculations are in good agreement with tunneling spectroscopy measurements of the superconducting transition temperatures(T_(c)),which established a correlation between atomic structures and ***,it was observed that the higher T_(c)of these two types also possess higher out-of-plane upper critical magnetic fields(Hc2).These findings will provide important new insights into two-dimensional superconductivity at the atomic level.

Electrocatalysis provides an optimal approach for the conversion of carbon dioxide(CO2) into high-value chemicals, thereby presenting a promising avenue toward achieve carbon neutrality. However, addressing the selectivity and stability challenges of metal catalysts in electrolytic reduction remains a daunting task. In this study, the electrospinning method is employed to fabricate porous carbon nanofibers loaded with bismuth nanoparticles with the help of in situ pyrolysis. The porous carbon nanofibers as conductive support would facilitate the dispersion of bismuth active sites while inhibiting their aggregation and promoting the mass transfer, thus enhancing their electrocatalytic activity and stability. Additionally, nitrogen doping induces electron delocalization in bismuth atoms through metal-support interactions, thus enabling efficient adsorption of intermediates for improving selectivity based on the theoretical calculation. Consequently, Bi@PCNF-500 exhibits the exceptional selectivity and stability across a wide range of potential windows. Notably, its faradaic efficiency(FE) of formate reaches 92.7% in H-cell and94.9% in flow cell, respectively, with good electrocatalytic stability. The in situ characterization and theoretical calculations elucidate the plausible reaction mechanism to obtain basic rules for designing efficient electrocatalyst.

Comparison of the Minimum Bounding Rectangle and Minimum Circumscribed Ellipse of Rain Cells from TRMM

Based on the TRMM dataset, this paper compares the applicability of the improved MCE(minimum circumscribed ellipse), MBR(minimum bounding rectangle), and DIA(direct indexing area) methods for rain cell fitting. These three methods can reflect the geometric characteristics of clouds and apply geometric parameters to estimate the real dimensions of rain cells. The MCE method shows a major advantage in identifying the circumference of rain cells. The circumference of rain cells identified by MCE in most samples is smaller than that identified by DIA and MBR, and more similar to the observed rain cells. The area of rain cells identified by MBR is relatively robust. For rain cells composed of many pixels(N> 20), the overall performance is better than that of MCE, but the contribution of MBR to the best identification results,which have the shortest circumference and the smallest area, is less than that of MCE. The DIA method is best suited to small rain cells with a circumference of less than 100 km and an area of less than 120 km^(2), but the overall performance is mediocre. The MCE method tends to achieve the highest success at any angle, whereas there are fewer “best identification”results from DIA or MBR and more of the worst ones in the along-track direction and cross-track direction. Through this comprehensive comparison, we conclude that MCE can obtain the best fitting results with the shortest circumference and the smallest area on behalf of the high filling effect for all sizes of rain cells.

Laser anti-drone technology is entering the sequence of actual combat,and it is necessary to consider the vulnerability of typical functional parts of *** the concept of"vulnerability"was proposed,a variety of analysis programs for battlefield targets to traditional weapons have been developed,but a comprehensive assessment methodology for targets'vulnerability to laser is still *** on the shotline method,this paper proposes a method that equates laser beam to shotline array,an efficient vulnerability analysis program of target to laser is established by this method,and the program includes the circuit board and the wire into the vulnerability analysis category,which improves the precision of the vulnerability *** the UAV engine part as the target of vulnerability analysis,combine with the"life-death unit method"to calculate the laser penetration rate of various materials of the UAV,and the influence of laser weapon system parameters and striking orientation on the killing probability is quantified after introducing the penetration rate into the vulnerability analysis *** quantitative analysis method proposed in this paper has certain general expansibility,which can provide a fresh idea for the vulnerability analysis of other targets to laser.

Extracellular vesicles are nano-to micro-scale,membrane-bound particles released by cells into extracellular space,and act as carriers of biomarkers and therapeutics,holding promising potential in translational ***,the challenges remain in handling and detecting extracellular vesicles for disease diagnosis as well as exploring their therapeutic capability for disease ***,we review the recent engineering and technology advances by leveraging the power of sound waves to address the challenges in diagnostic and therapeutic applications of extracellular vesicles and biomimetic *** first introduce the fundamental principles of sound waves for understanding different acoustic-assisted extracellular vesicle *** discuss the acoustic-assisted diagnostic methods including the purification,manipulation,biosensing,and bioimaging of extracellular ***,we summarize the recent advances in acoustically enhanced therapeutics using extracellular vesicles and biomimetic ***,we provide perspectives into current challenges and future clinical applications of the promising extracellular vesicles and biomimetic nanovesicles powered by sound.
