通过一种复合诱导方法,结合神经行为学、宏观表征以及客观病理评价指标,构建并确证小鼠肝郁化火证抑郁模型。采用睡眠剥夺结合光照和隔天给粮刺激的方法进行构建,并从表观效度、结构效度和预测效度3个层次展开评估,再经由方剂反证所建立的肝郁化火型抑郁模型。表观效度中,与空白组相比,模型小鼠神经行为学表现为典型的抑郁样症状;一般状态观察显示模型组小鼠毛发乱而无光泽,且反应迟钝易激惹,饮水量大幅增加;小鼠睡眠时相检测中,模型小鼠睡眠觉醒期所占时间比显著上升,非快速眼动睡眠期和快速眼动睡眠期所占时间比显著下降;颈内动脉平均血流速度、血流量、舌、尿液、爪色r值等生理性指标变化有显著性差异;结构效度显示,与空白组相比,模型小鼠海马中五羟色胺、多巴胺、γ-氨基丁酸显著下降,乙酰胆碱、色氨酸、谷氨酸水平显著上升,给予丹栀逍遥散治疗后,以上神经递质皆有不同程度回调。预测效度中,治疗药物帕罗西汀可有效改善模型小鼠的抑郁样行为;肝郁化火经典方丹栀逍遥散可不同程度回调抑郁及相关证候各项指标。本研究建立了一种新型肝郁化火型抑郁动物模型,扩充了中医证候抑郁模型的种类,为今后中医药防治抑郁症的科学内涵研究、药效评价以及药物筛选提供了更多选择。动物实验获得江西中医药大学动物伦理实验委员会的批准和监督(伦理编号:20230313040)。

Seed aging during storage is one of the main factors that influence the quality of wheat *** detection methods based on NIR spectra were mostly for group seeds,they had poor stability for single seed detection because of sample *** this study,the characteristic changes of single wheat seed during storage procedure were measured through hyperspectral imaging ***,hyperspectral imaging data of wheat grain including six years from 2007 to 2012 had been *** original spectra showed clear difference in the band of 1400-1600 nm,which may be caused by the decreasing of moisture and protein content during storage;principal component analysis(PCA)was applied to analyze the spectral data of wheat grain including six years,the clustering chart of the principal components indicated that the grain between same or similar year have an clustering characteristic,and the characteristic difference would become obviously with the increasing of storage time;soft independent modeling of class analogy(SIMCA)was applied to classify the grain of different years,results showed that the classification accuracy of the dichotomy between adjacent years could reach 97.05%,and the accuracy of the mixed classification of six years could also reach 82.5%.These results indicated that hyperspectral imaging technology could be used to differentiate the quality change of wheat seed during different storage time,which could provide support for the intelligent monitoring of stored wheat seeds.

BACKGROUND Previous studies reported that most of the intracranial dermoid cyst ruptures were spontaneous,and only a few were traumatic,with asymptomatic much rarer than the symptomatic ***,how to deal with the asymptomatic traumatic rupture of intracranial dermoid cyst remains a challenge in the *** SUMMARY A 59-year-old man was accidentally diagnosed with intracranial dermoid cyst through a cranial computed tomography(CT)scan due to a car accident.A mixed-density lesion with fat and a calcified margin was observed in the midline of the posterior fossa,accompanied with lipid droplet drifts in brain sulci,fissures,cisterns,and *** 1 wk of conservative observation,no change was observed on the updated cranial CT *** 2 wk of conservative observation,magnetic resonance imaging examination confirmed that the lesion was a traumatic rupture of a posterior fossa dermoid cyst with lipid droplet *** the patient exhibited no adverse symptoms throughout the 2 wk,a 6-mo follow-up visit was arranged for him instead of aggressive ***,the patient did not show any abnormal neurological symptoms in the 6 mo of follow-up *** Asymptomatic traumatic rupture of intracranial dermoid cyst could be just followed or treated conservatively rather than treated aggressively.

Polymyxin B(PB),as the last-line of defense against multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria,has caused resistance to *** ***,synergistic treatment could preserve the last class of antibiotics and reduce the emergency of drug ***,we performed a screen of 970 approved drugs synergized with PB against the *** DK2,which is severely resistant to PB,MIC=512μg/***,we found fluoroquinolones could synergy with PB and achieved an obvious reduction in MIC of PB below the clinical susceptible breakpoint(2 μg/mL).Especially,gemifloxacin achieved the highest synergistic effect with PB,leading to a 4096-fold MIC reduction(reduced from512 μg/mL to 0.125 μg/mL).Furthermore,synergistic effect was also observed in the combination of gemifloxacin and ***,outer membrane permeabilization assay showed that gemifloxacin could increase the permeability of bacterial cell membranes for *** which partly explained the synergy *** results indicate that fluoroquinolones represent attractive synergists to address the emerging threat of polymyxin-resistant infections.

AIM:To investigate the relationship between 579 G>T polymorphisms in the DNMT3B gene, which is involved in de novo methylation and associated with the risk of esophagus cancer (EC) in Chinese. METHODS:DNMT3B 579 G>T genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP in 194 EC patients and 210 healthy controls matched for age and sex, who did not receive radiotherapy or chemotherapy for newly diagnosed and histopathologically confirmed EC. RESULTS:In control subjects, the frequency of T/T and G/T genotypes, and T and G alleles was 81.4%, 18.1%, 90.05% and 9.55%, respectively. The distribution of genotypes and allelotypes in the EC patients was not significantly different from that in the controls. When stratified by sex and age, there was still no significant association between the risks of EC and GT and GG genotypes. This study also showed a distinct difference in the distribution of DNMT3B and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) between Chinese and ***:DNMT3B 579 G>T polymorphism may not be a stratification marker to predict the susceptibility to EC, at least in Chinese. DNMT3B promoter SNP is diverse in ethnic populations.

Micro-scale and nano-scale dispersed gel particles(DPG)are capable of deep migration in oil reservoirs due to their deformability,viscoelasticity,and suitable particle ***,it has been widely studied and applied in reservoir conformance control in recent ***,for highly permeable channels,their plugging performance is still *** addition,conventional in situ cross-linked polymer gels(ISCPGs)have fast gelation time under extremely high-temperature conditions,which often causes problems such as difficulty in ***,a re-cross linkable dispersed particle gel(RDPG)system applied for conformance control in highly permeable channels of extremely high-temperature petroleum reservoirs was *** particle size distribution,gelation time,gel strength,injection performance,and perfo rmance strength in po rous media were investigated using a laser particle size meter,the Sydansk bottle test method,rheometer,and core displacement experiments,*** show that the RDPG suspension can be stable for more than 6 months at room temperature with storage modulus G’much lower than 10 *** can pass through the pore throat by elastic deformation effect and does not cause strong ***,it can undergo re-crosslinking reaction at 150℃to form a strong bulk *** gel strength G’of re-crosslinked RDPG can be as high as 69.3 Pa,which meets the strength requirement of conformance *** RDPG suspension has the properties of easy injection,and it also has strong plugging,and high-temperature resistance after re-crosslinked in the core,which can be a very promising material for conformance improvement in extremely high-temperature reservoirs.

Background： Due to absence of visible endobronchial target, the diagnostic yield of flexible bronchoscopy for peribronchial lesions has been unsatisfactory. Convex probe endobronchial ultrasound （CP-EBUS） has allowed for performing real-time transbronchial needle aspiration （TBNA） of enlarged hilar and mediastinal lymph nodes and therefore could also be used as a means of diagnosing proximal peribronchial lesions. Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the results related to 72 patients who underwent CP-EBUS for peribronchial lesions without endobronchial involvement and adjacent to three-grade bronchi based on chest computed tomography （CT） scan. We recorded the images during EBUS as well as the diagnostic results of TBNA and conventional-transbronchial lung biopsy/brush （C-TBLB/b）, and final diagnoses were based on pathologic analysis and follow-up. Results： In all cases, the mass was able to be identified using EBUS in 97.2% patients （70/72） who were performed with EBUS-TBNA ＋ C-TBLB/b. Sixty-six patients had a final diagnosis, 80.0% patients （56/70） had malignancies, and 14.3% patients （10/70） had benign disease. In malignancies, the diagnostic yield of C-TBLB/b was 57.1% （32/56） and in EBUS-TBNA was 85.7% （48/56）, whereas pathologic diagnosis reached 94.6% when EBUS-TBNA was combined with C-TBLB/b. C-TBLB/b ＋ EBUS-TBNA also exhibited stronger potency of histolytic diagnosis for malignancies than either EBUS-TBNA or C-TBLB/b alone. Furthermore, there are data supporting the value of EBUS-TBNA for the diagnosis of benign lung disease. Conclusion： The combined endoscopic approach with EBUS-TBNA and C-TBLB/b is an accurate and effective method for the evaluation of peribronchial lesions, with better results than using each technique alone.
