AIM: To evaluate the effects of positive regulation of recombinant human interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (rhIL-1Ra) on hepatic tissue recovery in acute liver injury in mice induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl 4 ). METHODS: Acute liver damage was induced by injecting 8-wk-old mice with CCl 4 1 mL/kg (1:3 dilution in corn oil) intraperitoneally (ip). Survival after liver failure was assessed by injecting 8-wk-old mice with a lethal dose of CCl 4 2.6 mL/kg (1:1 dilution in corn oil) ip. Mice were subcutaneously injected with 1 mg/kg recombinant human IL-1Ra twice a day after CCl 4 treatment for 5 d. Serum alanine amino transferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels were determined with a commercial assay kit. Serum IL-1β, IL-1Ra levels were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit. Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction was used to determine liver IL-1β, IL-1Ra and IL-6 expression during CCl 4-induced acute liver injury. Liver sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin. A histology-injury grading system was used to evaluate the degree of necrosis after acute liver injury. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) staining was used to evaluate the role of rhIL-1Ra in promoting hepatocyte proliferation. RESULTS: Quantitative analysis showed a higher level of IL-6 mRNA expression and reduced serum AST and ALT levels in the livers of the rhIL-1Ra-treated group at the early phase of CCl 4-induced acute liver injury. Histological examination indicated a decrease in centrilobular necrotic areas in mice treated with rhIL-1Ra, and a novel role of rhIL-1Ra in promoting hepatocyte proliferation was also supported by an increase of PCNA staining. All these results, accompanied by a strong survival benefit in rhIL-1Ra-treated vs PBS-treated groups, demonstrated that rhIL-1Ra administration ameliorated the histological damage and accelerated the regeneration and recovery process of the liver. Conditional and unconditional QTLs mapping of gluten strength in common wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

Dissecting the genetic relationships among gluten-related traits is important for high quality wheat breeding. Quantita- tive trait loci （QTLs） analysis for gluten strength, as measured by sedimentation volume （SV） and gluten index （GI）, was performed using the QTLNetwork 2.0 software. Recombinant inbred lines （RILs） derived from the winter wheat varieties Shannong 01-35xGaocheng 9411 were used for the study. A total of seven additive QTLs for gluten strength were identi- fied using an unconditional analysis. QGi1D-13 and QSv1D-14 were detected through unconditional and conditional QTLs mapping, which explained 9.15-45.08% of the phenotypic variation. QTLs only identified under conditional QTL mapping were located in three marker intervals： WPT-3743-GLU-D1 （1D）, WPT-7001-WMC258 （1B）, and WPT-8682-WPT-5562 （1B）. Six pairs of epistatic QTLs distributed nine chromosomes were identified. Of these, two main effect QTLs （QGi1D-13 and QSvlD-14） and 12 pairs of epistatic QTLs were involved in interactions with the environment. The results indicated that chromosomes 1B and 1D are important for the improvement of gluten strength in common wheat. The combination of conditional and unconditional QTLs mapping could be useful for a better understanding of the interdependence of different traits at the QTL molecular level.

目的通过网状Meta分析评估中药注射液对卒中后抑郁(PSD)的治疗效果。方法检索知网、万方数据、维普、中国生物医学文献、PubMed、Web of Science和Cochrane图书馆等中英文数据库,搜集有关研究。审阅并提取符合纳入标准的文献数据,使用Cochrane偏倚风险评估工具进行质量评估,使用RevMan5.4.1、Stata15.1和R软件gemtc程序包进行数据分析。结果共纳入14项研究,涉及刺五加注射液、银杏达莫注射液、醒脑静注射液、天麻素注射液、银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液和血塞通注射液6种中药注射液。网状Meta分析结果表明,总有效率方面,中药注射液的疗效排名前3为天麻素注射液、醒脑静注射液、银杏达莫注射液;汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分方面,中药注射液的疗效排名前3为醒脑静注射液、刺五加注射液、血塞通注射液;抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分方面,中药注射液的疗效排名前3为:醒脑静注射液、银杏达莫注射液、天麻素注射液。在治疗过程中,6种中药注射液均未出现严重不良反应。结论中药注射液联合西医常规治疗可提高治疗卒中后抑郁的疗效,改善神经功能及日常生活能力,其中以醒脑静注射液总体治疗效果最好。

目的:探究机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术在肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻治疗中的优势。方法:回顾性分析2013年12月至2020年12月中部战区总医院泌尿外科收治的56例肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻患者的临床资料,其中30例患者接受机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术(机器人组),26例患者接受腹腔镜肾盂成形术(腹腔镜组)。对比分析两组患者的临床资料。结果:两组手术均成功完成,均无转开放手术患者。机器人组的术中出血量、手术时间、引流管留置时间、术后住院时间、术后下床时间少于腹腔镜组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者术后1年患侧肾功能较术前有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与腹腔镜肾盂成形术比较,机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术的手术时间更短、术后出血量更少、术后恢复更快,更加安全可行,值得临床推广。

Extract of Cycas revoluta Thunb. enhances the inhibitory effect of 5-fluorouracil on gastric cancer cells through the AKT-mTOR pathway

Previous studies have reported that Sotetsuflavone from Cycas revoluta Thunb. can markedly suppress lung cancer cell proliferation by apoptosis,though its effect on gastric cancer remains *** To investigate the inhibitory effect of Cycas revoluta Thunb. and to determine whether it can overcome gastric cancer cell drug resistance to *** Cell viability was examined to determine whether the natural extract of Cycas revoluta Thunb. induced gastric cancer cell death. The half-maximal effective concentration and the half-maximal lethal concentration were ***-healing and transwell assays were performed to examine gastric cancer cell motility. Clonogenic assays were performed to investigate the synergistic effects of Cycas revoluta Thunb. with 5-Fu, and apoptotic bodies were detected by Hoechst staining. Western blotting was performed to examine the expression of related proteins and to investigate the molecular mechanism of Cycas revoluta Thunb.-induced cancer cell apoptosis. Observation on the efficacy of acupoint massage plus moxibustion for refractory insomnia

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage plus moxibustion in treating refractory insomnia. 〈br〉 Methods：Sixty patients with refractory insomnia were randomized into two groups, 30 in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint massage on the face and head plus moxibustion at yongquan （KI 1）;the control group was intervened only by the same acupoint massage. For both groups, the treatment was given once a day, and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after 4-week treatment. 〈br〉 Results：The total effective rate was 93.3%in the treatment group versus 80.0%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 〈br〉 Conclusion：Acupoint massage plus moxibustion can produce a better efficacy than acupoint massage alone in treating refractory insomnia.
