The flow regimes below an aerator influence directly the air entrainment and the cavitation damage control. Based on the theoretical considerations, the experiments of the aerator for a discharge tunnel were conducted, and the relationships between the flow regime and hydraulic and geometric parameters were investigated. The results showed that, there are two kinds of threshold values for the flow regime conversions. One is Fr1-2 standing for the conversion from the fully filled cavity to the partially filled cavity, and the other is Fr2-3 which shows the change from the partially filled cavity to the net air cavity. Two empirical expressions were obtained for the conversions of the flow regimes, which can be used in the designs of the aerators.

Objective To verify the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction(BHD)in ameliorating erectile dysfunction(ED)after radical prostatectomy(RP).Methods The composition of BHD was verified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS)*** cavernous nerve crush injury(BCNI)in rats was used to mimic the neurovascular injury occurring after *** the envelope method,forty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups as follows:sham(cavernous nerves exposed only),model(BCNI),low-dosage BHD[LBHD,12.8 g/(kg·d)],and high-dosage BHD[HBHD,51.2 g/(kg·d)]groups,10 rats in each group,feeding for 3 weeks *** function was evaluated by measuring intracavernosal pressure(ICP).Changes in the histopathology of corpus cavernosum(CC)were examined by hematoxylin-eosin ***,the fibrosis of CC was measured by masson’s trichrome staining and Western blot was used to detect the expressions of collagen I,transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)andα-smooth muscle actin(α-Sma).Apoptosis index was detected by terminal-deoxynucleoitidyl transferase mediated nick end labeling(TUNEL)and Western blot for determining the expressions of B-cell lymphoma 2(Bcl-2)and Bcl-2-associated X(Bax).The oxidative stress in the CC were assessed by the superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)*** proteins expression of c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)and c-Jun were detected by Western *** addition,the expression ofα-Sma and p-c-Jun in the CC was observed by double immunofluorescence *** The UPLC-QTOF-MS/MS analysis showed that BHD contained calycosin-7-O-β-D-glucoside,ononin,calycosin and *** with the model group,LBHD and HBHD treatment improved the ICP and the circumference,area,and weight of CC(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Furthermore,LBHD and HBHD treatments increased CC smooth muscle content and decreased apoptosis index(P<0.05 or P<0.01).LBHD and HBHD also e

Diamidine （A） was identified in our in vitro bio-assay as a possible inhibitor of ketol-acid reductoisomerase （KARI） from the ACD database search based on the known three-dimensional crystal structure of KARI. An investigation on interaction of A on KARI active sites, led to the design and synthesis of 15 novel monoamidines. Some of those showed better biological activity than A on rice KARI （in vitro） and in greenhouse herbicidal tests （in vivo）. The structure-biological activity relationship was investigated, which provides valuable information to further study of potential KARI inhibitors.

Topological materials, hosting topological nontrivial electronic band, have attracted widespread attentions. As an application of topology in physics, the discovery and study of topological materials not only enrich the existing theoretical framework of physics, but also provide fertile ground for investigations on low energy excitations, such as Weyl fermions and majorana fermions, which have not been observed yet as fundamental particles. These quasiparticles with exotic physical properties make topological materials the cutting edge of scientific research and a new favorite of high tech. As a typical example, majorana fermions, predicted to exist in the edge state of topological superconductors, are proposed to implement topological error-tolerant quantum computers. Thus, the detection of topological superconductivity has become a frontier in condensed matter physics and materials science. Here, we review a way to detect topological superconductivity triggered by the hard point contact: tip-induced superconductivity(TISC) and tip-enhanced superconductivity(TESC). The TISC refers to the superconductivity induced by a non-superconducting tip at the point contact on non-superconducting materials. We take the elaboration of the chief experimental achievement of TISC in topological Dirac semimetal Cd_3As_2 and Weyl semimetal Ta As as key components of this article for detecting topological superconductivity. Moreover, we also briefly introduce the main results of another exotic effect, TESC, in superconducting Au_2Pb and Sr_2RuO_4 single crystals, which are respectively proposed as the candidates of helical topological superconductor and chiral topological superconductor. Related results and the potential mechanism are conducive to improving the comprehension of how to induce and enhance the topological superconductivity.

There are two source plants for the traditional Chinese medicine Murrayae Folium et Cacumen(MFC)in Chinese Pharmacopoeia,*** exotica *** ***(L.)***,a chemical comparison of *** and *** by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)fingerprint analysis coupled with chemometrics and network pharmacology was *** main peaks in the fingerprints were identified by liquid chromatography coupled with ion trap/time-of-flight mass spectrometry(LC-IT-TOF-MS)and authenticated by *** chemometrics results showed that the HPLC fingerprints of these two species were clearly divided into two categories using hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)and principal component analysis(PCA),and a total of 13 significantly differentiated markers were screened out by orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).However,the following network pharmacology analysis showed that these discriminated markers were found to act via many common targets and metabolic pathways,indicating the possibly similar pharmacological effects and mechanisms for *** and *** above results provide valuable evidence for the equivalent use of these two plants in clinical ***,the chromatographic fingerprint analysis coupled with chemometrics and network pharmacology supplies an efficient approach for the comparative analysis of multi-source TCMs like MFC.

Dietary Exposure of the Chinese Population to Acrylamide

Objective To assess the current status of the acrylamide in the Chinese food supply, the dietary acrylamide exposure in the Chinese population and to estimate the public health risks of the current consumption. Methods The acrylamide content in the total diet study （TDS） food samples was analyzed using an LC-MS/MS method. Based on the analytical results, the dietary exposure calculations were performed using a deterministic method, combining mean acrylamide concentrations from the food group composite with their associated food consumptions. Results Acrylamide was detected in 43.7% of all samples collected and acrylamide concentration varied from ND to 526.6 I^g/kg. The estimated dietary intakes of acrylamide among Chinese general population given as the mean and the 95th percentile （P95） were 0.286 and 0.490 ***1 ***1, respectively. The margins of exposure （MOEs） for the population calculated using both benchmark dose lower confidence limit for a 10% extra risk of tumors in animals （BMDL10） 0.31 and 0.18 i^g.k8-1 bw-dayz, were 1069 and 621 for the mean dietary exposure, and 633 and 367 for the high dietary exposure respectively. Conclusion These MOE values might indicate a human health concern on acrylamide for Chinese population. Efforts should continue to reduce acrylamide levels in food in order to reduce the dietary risks to the human health.

The regularity of the Cauchy problem for a generalized Camassa-Holm type equation is investigated. The pseudoparabolic regularization approach is employed to obtain some prior estimates under certain assumptions on the initial value of the equation. The local existence of its solution in Sobolev space Hs （R） with 1 〈 s ≤ 3/2 is derived.

Single-atom catalyst has garnered widespread attention to mimic mature enzymes due to its well-defined atomic structure and coordination environments. However, since the carbon–carbon（C–C） coupling reactions require synergistic catalysis of multiple sites, single-atom catalysts suffer from insufficient active sites and unclear reaction mechanisms. Controlling the reaction intermediates in a precisely targeted pocket through careful metal–organic cage design is therefore crucial. Here, we prepare a tetrahedral [Cu6L4]-type boron–imidazolate cage integrating highly active Cu sites and optimized cavity, which exhibits enzyme like specific catalytic performance in electrochemical CO2reduction reaction（CO2RR） to enhance the selectivity of *** analyses and computational calculations suggest that the single Cu site together with neighboring boron–imidazolate ligands provides suitably synergistic effects that enable the energetically favorable formation of an *COCHO intermediate, a key step determining selectivity. As a result, the [Cu6L4]-type cage of BIC-145 achieves a Faradaic efficiency of 28% for C2H4maintaining an average current density of -3.54 ma cm-2over a 5-hour electrolysis period. This work represents the first example for studying single-metal site catalysts with ultra-low coordination numbers through the rational design of metal–organic cages.

Measurement error of unbalance＇s vibration response plays a crucial role in calibration and on-line updating of influence coefficient（IC）. Focusing on the two problems that the moment estimator of data used in calibration process cannot fulfill the accuracy requirement under small sample and the disturbance of measurement error cannot be effectively suppressed in updating process, an IC calibration and on-line updating method based on hierarchical Bayesian method for automatic dynamic balancing machine was proposed. During calibration process, for the repeatedly-measured data obtained from experiments with different trial weights, according to the fact that measurement error of each sensor had the same statistical characteristics, the joint posterior distribution model for the true values of the vibration response under all trial weights and measurement error was established. During the updating process, information obtained from calibration was regarded as prior information, which was utilized to update the posterior distribution of IC combined with the real-time reference information to implement online updating. Moreover, Gibbs sampling method of markov Chain Monte Carlo（MCMC） was adopted to obtain the maximum posterior estimation of parameters to be estimated. On the independent developed dynamic balancing testbed, prediction was carried out for multiple groups of data through the proposed method and the traditional method respectively, the result indicated that estimator of influence coefficient obtained through the proposed method had higher accuracy; the proposed updating method more effectively guaranteed the measurement accuracy during the whole producing process, and meantime more reasonably compromised between the sensitivity of IC change and suppression of randomness of vibration response.
