The metal-to-insulator transition(MIT) as usually achieved in 3d-orbital transitional metal(TM) compounds opens up a new paradigm in correlated electronics via triggering abrupt variations in their transportation *** to such 3d-orbital TM compounds,the MIT within the platinum group(Pg) element compounds based on the 4d-and 5d-orbital configurations is more complicated,owing to their elevation in the spinorbit coupling and meanwhile weakened intra-atomic Coulomb *** brings in a new freedom to regulate the balance in their metallic or semiconductive orbital configurations,while their MIT properties can be potentially combined with their spintronic properties to enable new electronic ***,we review the electronic transport and MIT behaviors within the existing family of Pg-containing compounds,particularly those showing first-order MIT behaviors that can be useful in correlated *** is also hoped that summarizing the presently reported Pg-containing MIT compounds will lead to the discovery of more new material families and/or new mechanisms associated with the Pg-containing compounds showing MIT properties.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)are widely used due to their effectiveness in treating various ***-related adverse events(irAEs)are defined as adverse effects resulting from ICI *** irAEs are a common type of irAEs characterized by intestinal side effects,such as diarrhea and colitis,which may lead to the cessation of *** irAE gastritis is rarely reported,it may lead to serious complications such as ***,irAE gastritis is often difficult to identify early due to its diverse *** steroid hormones and immunosuppressants are commonly used to reverse irAEs,the best regimen and dosage for irAE gastritis remains *** addition,the risk of recurrence of irAE gastritis after the reuse of ICIs should be *** this editorial,strategies such as early identification,pathological diagnosis,mana-gement interventions,and immunotherapy rechallenge are discussed to enable clinicians to better manage irAE gastritis and improve the prognosis of these patients.

Biomass-based carbon materials with hierarchical porous structures have attracted attention for their ability to provide more channels and shorten ion transport ***,we developed a simple method based on confined nanospace ***-ing high-temperature treatment,the mesoporous silica layer wrapped around the outside of the crab shells acted as a closed nanospace and effectively suppressed the severe deformation of the crab shell structure by shrinking *** prepared carbon material has a layered porous structure with abundant and stable N and O co-doping(N 7.32%,O 3.69%).The specific capacitance of the three-electrode system was 134.3 F/g at a current density of 0.5 A/g in a 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte,and the assembled aqueous symmetric supercapacitors exhibited an excellent cycling stability of 98.81%even after 5000 cycles.

To address the challenge of achieving both high sensitivity and a high quality factor in quartz crystal microbalance(QCM)humidity sensors,a nanodiamond(ND)/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was *** material characteristics of ND,Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene,and ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite were analyzed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)*** experimental results demonstrated that the hydrophilic ND nanoparticles coated on Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene nanosheet prevented the self-stacking of Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene and enhanced the sensitivity of Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene-based QCM humidity ***,the high mechanical modulus of Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene material helped ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor to achieve a high quality factor(>20,000).ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene compositecoated QCM humidity sensor exhibited a sensitivity of 82.45 Hz/%RH,a humidity hysteresis of 1.1%RH,fast response/recovery times,acceptable repeatability,and good stability from 11.3%RH to 97.3%*** response mechanism of ND/Ti_(3)C_(2) MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was analyzed in combination with a bi-exponential kinetic adsorption ***,the potential application of ND/Ti_(3)C_(2)MXene composite-coated QCM humidity sensor was demonstrated through its frequency response to wooden blocks with different moisture contents.

Supporting sustainable green energy systems,there is a big demand gap for grid energy *** storage,especially sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),have advanced significantly and are now emerging as a feasible alternative to the lithium-ion batteries equivalent in large-scale energy storage due to their natural abundance and prospective inexpensive *** various anode materials of SIBs,beneficial properties,such as outstanding stability,great abundance,and environmental friendliness,make sodium titanates(NTOs),one of the most promising anode materials for the rechargeable ***,there are still enormous challenges in application of NTO,owing to its low intrinsic electronic conductivity and collapse of *** research on NTOs is still in its infancy;there are few conclusive reviews about the specific function of various modification ***,we summarize the typical strategies of optimization and analysis the fine structures and fabrication methods of NTO anodes combined with the application of in situ characterization *** work provides effective guidance for promoting the continuous development,equipping NTOs in safety-critical systems,and lays a foundation for the development of NTO-anode materials in SIBs.

The treatment of PML/RARA+acute promyelocytic leukemia(APL)with all-trans-retinoic acid and arsenic trioxide(ATRA/ATO)has been recognized as a model for translational medicine *** an altered microenvironment is a general cancer hallmark,how APL blasts shape their plasma composition is poorly ***,we reported a cross-sectional correlation network to interpret multilayered datasets on clinical parameters,proteomes,and metabolomes of paired plasma samples from patients with APL before or after ATRA/ATO induction *** study revealed the two prominent features of the APL plasma,suggesting a possible involvement of APL blasts in modulating plasma *** was characterized by altered secretory protein and metabolite profiles correlating with heightened proliferation and energy consumption in APL blasts,and the other featured APL plasma-enriched proteins or enzymes catalyzing plasma-altered metabolites that were potential trans-regulatory targets of PML/***,results indicated heightened interferon-gamma signaling characterizing a tumor-suppressing function of the immune system at the first hematological complete remission stage,which likely resulted from therapy-induced cell death or senescence and ensuing supraphysiological levels of intracellular ***,our work sheds new light on the pathophysiology and treatment of APL and provides an information-rich reference data cohort for the exploratory and translational study of leukemia microenvironment.

The Xingluokeng deposit is the largest gran-ite-related tungsten deposit within the Wuyi metallogenic belt in South *** Xingluokeng intrusion primarily consists of porphyritic biotite granite,biotite granite,andfine-grained *** deposit is represented by veinlet-disseminated mineralization with K-feldspathization and biotitization,alongside quartz-vein mineralization with gre-isenization and *** study investigates in-situ analyses of quartz compositions from both the intrusion and hydrothermal veinlets and *** element correlations indicate that trivalent Al^(3+)and Fe^(3+)replace Si^(4+)within the quartz lattice,with monovalent cations(such as Li^(+),Na^(+),and K^(+))primarily serving as charge *** Ge/Al ratios(<0.013)of quartz from granites suggest a mag-matic *** low Al/Ti and Ge/Ti ratios,accompanied by high Ti contents in quartz,suggest that the porphyritic biotite granite and biotite granite are characterized by rela-tively low levels of differentiation and high crystallization *** contrast,thefine-grained granite exhibits a higher degree of fractionation,lower crystallization tem-peratures,and a closer association with tungsten *** contents in quartz from quartz veins indicate Qz-Ⅰformed at temperatures above 400°C,while Qz-Ⅱto Qz-Ⅴformed at temperatures below 350°*** in different generations of quartz,as indicated by Al content and(Al+Fe)/(Li+Na+K)ratio,suggest that Qz-Ⅰprecipi-tated from a less acidicfluid with a stable pH,whereas Qz-Ⅱto Qz-Ⅴoriginated from a more acidicfluid with notable pH ***,alkaline alteration and acidic alteration supplied the essential Ca and Fe for the precipita-tion of scheelite and wolframite,respectively,highlighting a critical mechanism in tungsten mineralization at the Xin-gluokeng deposit.

Video colorization is a challenging and highly ill-posed *** recent years have witnessed remarkable progress in single image colorization,there is relatively less research effort on video colorization,and existing methods always suffer from severe flickering artifacts(temporal inconsistency)or unsatisfactory *** address this problem from a new perspective,by jointly considering colorization and temporal consistency in a unified ***,we propose a novel temporally consistent video colorization(TCVC)*** effectively propagates frame-level deep features in a bidirectional way to enhance the temporal consistency of ***,TCVC introduces a self-regularization learning(SRL)scheme to minimize the differences in predictions obtained using different time *** does not require any ground-truth color videos for training and can further improve temporal *** demonstrate that our method can not only provide visually pleasing colorized video,but also with clearly better temporal consistency than state-of-the-art methods.A video demo is provided at https://***/watch?v=c7dczMs-olE,while code is available at https://***/lyh-18/TCVC-Tem porally-Consistent-Video-Colorization.
