Core and cast sections observation and description,and logging,scanning electron microscope and core lab analysis data etc. were applied to the present research of the characteristics and mechanism of low permeability beach-bar sandstone reservoir of Es4 in Dongying sag. The results indicated the reservoir has the characteristics of middle-low pores,low-permeability,low compositional and structural maturity,and thin throat. The low-permeability is mainly due to sedimentation (fine particles and argillaceous inter beds) and diagenesis (compaction,cementation,and dissolution). The cementation reduced the physical property of the reservoir mainly by carbonate cementation,quartz autogeny and enragement,and autogeny clay. Clay minerals usually jam the pores by filling holes,close-fitting the wall of hole,bridging,wrapping grains,and separate attaching the pores and so on. The dissolution is insufficient so as not to improve the porosity and permeability of the reservoir obviously. So it is also an important factor of forming low-permeability reservoir.

Background Percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） had become the major therapeutic procedure for coronary artery disease （CAD）, but the high rate of in-stent restenosis （ISR） still remained an unsolved clinical problem in clinical practice. Increasing evidences suggested that diabetes mellitus （DM） was a major risk factor for ISR, but the risk predictors of ISR in CAD patients with DM had not been well characterized. The aim of this study was to investigate the clinical and angiographic characteristic predictors significantly associated with the occurrence of ISR in diabetic patients following coronary stenting with drug-eluting stent （DES）. Methods A total of 920 patients with diabetes who diagnosed CAD and underwent coronary DES implantation at Beijing Anzhen Hospital in China were consecutively enrolled from January 2012 to December 2012. Of these, 440 patients underwent the second angiography within ≥ 6 months due to the progression of treated target lesions. Finally, 368 of these patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were followed up by angiography after baseline PCI. According to whether ISR was detected at follow-up angiography, patients were divided into the ISR group （n = 74） and the non-ISR group （n = 294）. The independent predictors of ISR in patients with DM were explored by multivariate Cox＇s proportional hazards regression models. Results A total of 368 patients （260 women and 108 men） with a mean ages of 58.71 ± 10.25 years were finally enrolled in this study. Of these, ISR occurred in 74/368 diabetic patients （20.11%） by follow-up angiography. Univariate analysis showed that most baseline characteristics of the ISR and non-ISR group were similar. Patients in the ISR group had significantly higher serum very low density lipoprotein cholesterol （VLDL-C）, triglyceride （TG） and uric acid （UA） levels, more numbers of target vessel lesions, higher prevalence of multi-vessel disease, higher SYNTAX score, higher rate of previous but lower r

Primary leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava(IVC)is a rare disease,accounting for 0.5%of soft tissue sarcomas in adults[1].A diversity of therapeutic methods have been applied to treat this type of *** average survival time of patients who are not treated is merely 3-4 months[2].The effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy remains unclear and controversial[3].On the other hand,the en-bloc resection with negative margins may be the only potentially curative treatment and therefore,can contribute to the long-term survival of the patients[4].During the operation,a reconstruction graft for the defected IVC needs to be chosen[5]as the graft-related complications are the surgeons’major concern,which include graft thrombosis and infection[6].Growing evidence has suggested that an allogeneic vein from donation after brain death or cardiac death is a better choice to avoid these complications[7].An allogeneic vein has been reported to be safely used in patients with pancreatic cancer in case of the portal vein and/or superior mesenteric vein invasion[8].A cryopreserved allograft can even be applied in the management of native and prosthetic aortic infections[7].Herein,we present a case of resection of a retrohepatic leiomyosarcoma of the IVC combined with partial caudate lobectomy and reconstruction with an allogeneic vein.

As a result of intensive greenhouse vegetable production in northern China, the potential risk of nitrogen （N） fertilizer over-applied is increasingly apparent and is threatening ecosystem and the sustainability of food production. An experiment was carried out in Shouguang, Shangdong Province, China to evaluate agronomic benefit and soil quality under different N applications, including the conventional chemical N rate （1000 kg N ha^（-1） season^（-1）, N1）, 70% of N1 （N2）, 70% of N1 ＋ maize straw （N3）, 50% of N1 ＋ maize straw ＋ drip irrigation （N4）, and 0% of N1 （NO）, during two successive growing seasons of autumn-winter （AW） and winter-spring （WS）. The maximum yields for N4 were 1.1 and 1.0 times greater than those for N1 in the AW and WS seasons, respectively. N agronomic efficiency （AEN） and apparent N recovery efficiency （REN） were greatest with the N4. A significant relationship was found between soil NO3-N content and electrical conductivity （EC）（R^2 = 0.61 in the AW season and R^2= 0.29 in the WS season）. Reducing N fertilizer decreased soil NO3-N accumulation （20.9%-37.8% reduction in the AW season and 11.7%-20.1% reduction in the WS season） relative to the accumulation observed for N1 within the 0-100 cm soil layer. Soil urease and invertase activities were not significantly different among N treatments. The N4 treatment would be practical for reducing excess N input and maintaining the sustainability of greenhouse-based intensive vegetable systems in Shouguang.

Effect of resveratrol on Treg/Th17 signaling and ulcerative colitis treatment in mice

AIM: To determine the therapeutic efficacy of resveratrol on ulcerative colitis (UC) and its underlying mechanisms. METHODS: The mouse UC model was developed using 5% dextran sulfate sodium. Mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control, UC model group, resveratrol low-dose group (RLD; 50 mg/kg per day), and resveratrol high-dose group (RHD; 100 mg/kg per day). RESULTS: The results showed that RLD regulates Treg/Th17 balance mainly through reducing the number of Th17 cells, whereas RHD regulates Treg/Th17 balance through both downregulating the number of Th17 cells and upregulating the number of Treg cells. Resveratrol can also regulate the level of plasma and intestinal mucosal cytokines including interleukin (IL)-10, transforming growth factor-beta 1, IL-6, and IL-17. The expressions of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1 alpha, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR), and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 were significantly decreased in the intestinal tissues of mice treated with resveratrol. CONCLUSION: The therapeutic efficacy of resveratrol in UC is dose dependent and closely associated with the regulation of Treg/Th17 balance and the HIF-1 alpha/mTOR signaling pathway.
