Hormones are important signaling molecules regulating developmental processes and responses to environmental stimuli in higher *** endosperm,the portion of the seed surrounding the embryo,is the main determinant of rice grain shape and yield;how-ever,the dynamics and exact functions of phyto-hormones in developing endosperm remain *** a systemic study including transcriptome analysis,hormone measurement,and transgene-based endosperm-specific expression of phytohormone bio-synthetic enzymes,we demonstrated that dynamic phytohormone levels play crucial roles in the developing rice endosperm,particularly in regard to grain shape and *** detected diverse,differential,and dra-matically changing expression patterns of genes related to hormone biosynthesis and signaling during endosperm development,especially at early devel-opmental *** chromatography measure-ments confirmed the dynamic accumulation of hor-mones in developing *** transgenic analysis performed on plants expressing hormone bio-synthesis genes driven by an endosperm-specific pro-moter revealed differential effects of the hormones,especially auxin and brassinosteroids,in regulating grain shape and *** studies help elucidate the dis-tinct roles of hormones in developing endosperm and provide novel and useful tools for influencing crop seed shape and yield.

As offshore wind farms expand into deeper and farther ocean regions and the unit capacity of offshore wind turbines(OWTs)increases,there is a pressing need for a new foundation structure that can accommodate deep-sea conditions and support large capacities while maintaining economical and *** meet this goal of integrated transportation and one-step installation,a novel five-bucket jacket foundation(FBJF),with its suction installation and leveling methods in sand,has been proposed,analyzed and experimentally ***,seepage failure experiments of the FBJF at various depths were conducted,and a formula for calculating the critical suction of seepage failure suitable for the FBJF in sand was chosen and recommended for use with a range of values for the permeability coefficient ***,through leveling experiments of the FBJF at different depths,the maximum adjustable leveling angle during the sinking process was defined using seepage failure and the adjustable leveling angle of the foundation as control *** leveling control strategies were proposed and ***,an automatic sinking and leveling control system for the FBJF was developed and experimentally verified for feasibility.

On account of the complicated magnetic exchange interactions between lanthanide ions,binuclear lanthanide complexes have broad application prospect in the field of single-molecule ***,it is necessary to develop reasonable bridging ligands to manipulate the directional assembly of binuclear lanthanide ***,we selected the macrocyclic ligand L^(N_(8)O_(2))to build up two new dilanthanide complexes[Ln_(2)(LN_(8)O_(2))(OpyO)_(2)(H_(2)O)2](NO_(3))_(2)(1-Ln,Ln=Dy,Tb;LN_(8)O_(2)=hexamethyl-tetraaza-dioxe-dipyrazolacycloicosaphane-2,9,12,19-tetraene;OpyOH=2-pyridinol-1-oxide).Dynamic magnetic studies show that 1-Dy exhibits slow relaxation behavior under a 1 kOe applied *** fitting analysis of relaxation times gives the effective energy barrier of 38.2 cm^(−1),and reveals that the slow magnetic relaxation behavior is dominated by the Orbach and Raman ***-resolution luminescence emission spectrum indicates the energy gap of 36.8 cm^(−1)between the ground state and the first excited state,consistent with the magnetic measurement results.1-Tb exhibits brilliant characteristic green light emission under UV light *** absolute quantum yield of 1-Tb is 44.8%,and its first-order fitted decay lifetime is 779.21μs at room *** study provides the way for directional construction of high-performance molecular materials with magnetic and optical dual-function.

This paper presents a comprehensive overview of the historical trajectory and development in biophoton studies over the past 100 years,with a particular focus on the recent progress regarding the pivotal role of biophoton in mediating radiation-induced bystander effects(RIBE).The exploration of biophoton mystery starts from the initial observation of mitogenetic radiation and continues to develop to the contemporary science of *** properties and underlying mechanisms of biophoton emission are described with illustrative examples from diverse biological systems such as plants,animals and *** conclusive evidence of cell-to-cell commu-nication facilitated by biophoton signaling is presented,followed by an elaborate interpretation of potential mechanisms through which biophoton mediates *** engagement of mitochondria and exosomes in this process is extensively clarified,by highlighting their significant roles in biophoton-mediated *** advances in biophoton research in respect of bystander response to ionizing radiation may offer profound insights into radiobiology and provide for possible future applications as well in radiation medicine and protection.

To explore the kinetic adsorption under continuous and nonequilibrium states, an integration of continuous measurement and adsorption platform kinetics method was proposed, which was initially called the ICM-AP kinetics method, and a corresponding kinetic adsorption experimental method was developed. Adsorption experiments of europium(Eu) on Ca-bentonite,Na-bentonite, and the D231 cation exchange resin were performed using the ICM-AP kinetics method and continuous measurements. Because the kinetic experimental results observed in this study were different from those of traditional batch adsorption data, pseudo-first-order or pseudo-second-order kinetic models were unsuitable for fitting the experimental ***, a liquid membrane diffusion(LMD) model was developed based on the assumption of simultaneous adsorption/desorption to discuss the mechanism of kinetic adsorption. The kinetic adsorption mechanism was also studied by using *** results indicated that the proposed adsorption model can fit the experimental data more suitably, and the adsorption/desorption behaviors of Eu on bentonite and the D231 resin were simultaneously observed, suggesting that the adsorption kinetics of Eu(Ⅲ) was mainly dominated by hydrated Eu(Ⅲ) ions on the liquid membrane.
