A new type of high chromium cast iron(HCCI)was prepared,and its microstructure,mechanical properties,and abrasion resistance were investigated systematically.Results showed that after surface carburizing and chromizing,the microstructure of HCCI mainly consists of martensite,boride(M_(2)B),and carbide(M_(7)C_(3)),accompanied with a large amount of secondary precipitations M_(23)C_(6).Moreover,the morphology and hardness of the carbide and boride in HCCI change little,while the volume fraction of carbide and boride increases from 16.23%to 23.16%.This effectively increases the surface hardness of HCCI from 64.53±0.50 HRC to 66.58±0.50 HRC,with the result that the surface of HCCI possesses a better abrasion resistance compared to the center position.Furthermore,the wear mechanism of HCCI changes from micro-plowing to micro-cutting with the increase of surface hardness.

The utility of statistically downscaled data is in its provision of detailed,high-resolution insights,surpassing global models,which is essential for precise assessments of climate impact.This study delves into the changes in extreme precipitation across the Tibetan Plateau(TP)and its five subregions,thereby deepening our understanding of climate impacts in the region.Employing NASA Earth Exchange Global Daily Downscaled Climate Projections(NEX-GDDP-CMIP6),which are bias-corrected and statistically downscaled,in conjunction with three gauge-based datasets(CN05.1,CMFD,GMFD)spanning from 1979 to 2014,this study conducts an extensive analysis using eight extreme precipitation indices in the TP.The findings reveal significant spatial disparities in extreme precipitation,with the southern subregion experiencing a sig-nificant increase while the two northern subregions show statistically insignificant changes.NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 performs best in the eastern subregion but fails to capture extreme precipitation characteristics in the southern and western subregions.Averaging over the whole period of 1979-2014(climatology),the NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 dataset performs better on the intensity and persistence indices than on the absolute and relative threshold indices.NEX-GDDP-CMIP6's performance on climate trends is significantly below that of climatology.The NEX-GDDP-CMIP6 dataset has limitations over the TP because of its reliance on the underperforming GMFD reference data.This study provides a comprehensive understanding of the variability of extreme precipitation and disparities among different subregions of the TP,laying a robust scientific groundwork for climate impact studies and future projection in this region.

The task assignment on the Internet has been widely applied to many areas, e.g., online labor market, online paper review and social activity organization. In this paper, we are concerned with the task assignment problem related to the online labor market, termed as CLUSTERHIRE. We improve the definition of the CLUSTERHIRE problem, and propose an efficient and effective algorithm, entitled INFLUENCE. In addition, we place a participation constraint on CLUSTERHIRE. It constrains the load of each expert in order to keep all members from overworking. For the participation-constrained CLUSTERHIRE problem, we devise two algorithms, named PROJECTFIRST and ERA. The former generates a participation- constrained team by adding experts to an initial team, and the latter generates a participation-constrained team by removing the experts with the minimum influence from the universe of experts. The experimental evaluations indicate that 1） INFLU- ENCE performs better than the state-of-the-art algorithms in terms of effectiveness and time efficiency; 2） PROJECTFIRST performs better than ERA in terms of time efficiency, yet ERA performs better than PROJECTFIRST in terms of effectiveness.

Objective:To build GPC3 gene short hairpin interference RNA(shRNA)slow virus veclor.observe expression of Huh-7 GPC3 gene in human liver cell line proliferation apoptosis and the effect of GPC3 gene influencing on liver cancer cell growth,and provide theoretical basis for genc therapy of liver cancer.Methods:Hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Huh-7 wsa transfected by a RNA interference technique.GPC3 gene expression in a variety of liver cancer cell lines was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.Targeted GPC3 gene seqnences of small interfering RNA(siRNA)PGC-shRNA-GPC3 were restructured.Stable expression cell linse of siRNA were screened and established with the heplp of liposomes(lipofectamine^(TM2000))as carrier transfcetion of human liver cell lines.In order to validate siRNA interference efficiency.GPC3 siRNA mRNA expression was detected after transfection by using RT-PCR and Western blot.The absorbance value of the cells of blank group,untransfection group and transfection group,the cell cycle and cell apoptosis were calculated,and effects of GPC3 gene nn Huh-7 cell proliferation and apoptosis were observed.Results:In the liver cancer cell lines Huh-7 GPC3 gene showed high expression.PGC-shRNA-GPC3 recombinant plasmid was constructde successfully via sequencing validation.Stable recombinant plasmid transfected into liver cancer cell linse Huh-7can obviously inhibit GPC3 mRNA expression level.Conclusions:The targeted GPC3 siRNA can effectively inhibit the expression of GPC3.

Objective: To study the effect of lipoteichoic acid(LTA) and 5-FU on the expression of caspase-3, EGFR, TGF-α proteins of tumor tissue of H22 cancer bearing mice and its antitumor mechanism. Methods: A total of 40 SPF grade Kunming mice were selected to establish H22 liver cancer model, and then the mice were divided into 4 groups at random with ten mice in each group. Group A was given saline lavage treatment, Group B was treated with 5-FU by intraperitomeal injection, Group C was treated with LTA by lump body injection; Group D was treated with LTA by lump body injection and 5-FU by intraperitomeal injection. Two weeks after the treatment, the mice in each group were executed and the tumor tissue was stripping and weighted, and the tumor growth inhibition ratio was calculated. Then the tumor tissue was processed for conventional embedding, sectioned to observe the expression of caspase-3, EGFR, TGF-α by immunohistochemical staining method. Results: The tumor inhibitory rate o f Group D was significantly higher than Groups B and C(P0.05). The IDO values of TGF-α, EGFR proteins in Groups B, C, D mice tumor tissue were significantly lower than that in group A(Pbined with 5-FU can effectively inhibit the tumorigenesis of H22 tumor bearing mice, increase the caspase-3 protein expression, inhibit TGF –α and EGFR protein expression, further promote tumor cell apoptosis and play a synergistic antitumor effect.

BACKGROUND Brain metastases(BM)are very rare in gastric adenocarcinoma(GaC),and patients with BMs have a higher mortality rate due to stronger tumor aggressiveness.However,its pathogenesis remains unclear.Genetic testing revealed cellular-mesenchymal epithelial transition factor receptor(MET)amplification.Therefore,treatment with savolitinib,a small molecule inhibitor of c-Met,was selected.CASE SUMMARY A 66-year-old woman was diagnosed with advanced GaC 6 months prior to presentation due to back pain.Cerebellar and meningeal metastases were observed during candonilimab combined with oxaliplatin and capecitabine therapy.The patient experienced frequent generalized seizures and persistent drowsiness in the emergency department.Genetic testing of cerebrospinal fluid and peripheral blood revealed increased MET amplification.After discussing treatment options with the patient,savolitinib tablets were administered.After a month of treatment,the intracranial lesions shrank considerably.CONCLUSION BM is very rare in advanced GaC,especially in meningeal cancer,that is characterized by rapid disease deterioration.There are very few effective treatment options available;however,technological breakthroughs in genomics have provided a basis for personalized treatment.Furthermore,MET amplification may be a key driver of BM in gastric cancer;however,this conclusion requires further investigation.

Difference in microstructural characteristics of stamp-charged coke and gravity-charged coke with approximate macroscopic performance

The microstructural characteristics including optical texture,porosity and pore structure and chemical structure of stamp-charged coke(SCC)and gravity-charged coke(GCC)with similar conventional macro-indicators were investigated,and the properties including micro-strength,reactivity of coke matrix and that after alkali enrichment were comparatively studied by various characterization methods.The anisotropic structure of SCC is composed of high content of fine mosaic texture,while the content of medium mosaic texture,coarse texture and fibrous texture is low.The statistical average shows that the fine mosaic average of SCC(24.89%)is 3.78 times the GCC average(6.58%),and the coarse mosaic average(1.24%)is only about 1/3 of the GCC average(3.43%).The porosity of SCC is lower than that of GCC,but tamping process does not lead to the fact that the number of closed pores of SCC is significantly lower than that of GCC.Although the structure of SCC is compact,its pore number is large and the pore wall is thin.Pores of coke with diameter less than 150 nm seem unaffected by tamping process.The aromatic structure of SCC was less ordered than that of GCC,which was speculated to be related to the addition of more low metamorphic coal in coking.The microscopic strength and structural strength of SCC are lower than those of GCC.The reactivity of coke matrix is affected by the specific surface area,but it is not the determining factor of its macro-reactivity.The improvement in dissolution reactivity of coke after potassium enrichment is independent of coke type.

In this paper,we introduce a sub-Nyquist sampling-based receiver architecture and method for wideband spectrum sensing.Instead of recovering the original wideband analog signal,the proposed method aims to directly reconstruct the power spectrum of the wideband analog signal from sub-Nyquist samples.Note that power spectrum alone is sufficient for wideband spectrum sensing.Since only the covariance matrix of the wideband signal is needed,the proposed method,unlike compressed sensing-based methods,does not need to impose any sparsity requirement on the frequency domain.The proposed method is based on a multi-coset sampling architecture.By exploiting the inherent sampling structure,a fast compressed power spectrum estimation method whose primary computational task consists of fast Fourier transform(FFT)is proposed.Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Ultra-high nickel layered oxide cathode material with high energy density is the most promising material to improve the electrochemical performance of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).However,the poor structural stability and severe surface/interface side reactions of the material lead to poor rate performance and cyclic stability,which limits its application in practice.In this paper,the dual-modification strategy of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3) coating is used to meet the above challenges.Co doping can effectively widen layer spacing and reduce Li^(+)/Ni^(2+) mixing,and La_(2)O_(3) coating can effectively eliminate the residual alkali on the surface of active material,inhibit the thickening of cathode electrolyte interphase(CEI)film and reduce surface/interface side reactions.Therefore,the modified material(NM90-CL)with excellent electrochemical properties is achieved through the synergistic enhancement of Co doping and La_(2)O_(3) coating.Its capacity retention rate can reach 77.9%after 200 cycles at 1.0℃ and 75.7%after 200 cycles at 5.0℃.Its reversible capacity can up to 153.5 mAh·g^(–1) at 10.0℃.This dual-modification strategy will provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the synthesis of other high-performance electrode materials.

The welding arc,as a carrier for the conversion of electrical energy to thermal energy,has a direct impact on the quality of welding by its properties and states.In the tungsten inert gas(TIG)welding process under the condition of Ar-He alternating gas supply,the arc is alternately converted between Ar arc and He arc with an alternating gas supply cycle,which has obvious arc change characteristics.The FLUENT software was used to numerically simulate the characteristics of the TIG arc under the condition of alternating gas supply,and the arc temperature field,arc pressure,electric potential and current density distribution under the condition of alternating gas supply were obtained.Combined with the real-time data of arc pressure measured by the water-cooled copper plate with holes,it is proved that the TIG arc has obvious dynamic characteristics under the condition of Ar-He alternating gas supply.This unique dynamic TIG arc acts on the 5A06 aluminum alloy weld,causing the molten pool to stir,resulting in uniform microstructure and grain refinement at the weld,and thereby improving the mechanical properties of the welded joint.
