NF-κB signaling has been discovered for nearly 40 ***,NF-κB signaling was identified as a pivotal pathway in mediating inflammatory ***,with extensive and in-depth investigations,researchers have discovered that its role can be expanded to a variety of signaling mechanisms,biological processes,human diseases,and treatment *** this review,we first scrutinize the research process of NF-κB signaling,and summarize the composition,activation,and regulatory mechanism of NF-κB *** investigate the interaction of NF-κB signaling with other important pathways,including PI3K/AKT,MAPK,JAK-STAT,TGF-β,Wnt,Notch,Hedgehog,and TLR *** physiological and pathological states of NF-κB signaling,as well as its intricate involvement in inflammation,immune regulation,and tumor microenvironment,are also ***,we illustrate how NF-κB signaling is involved in a variety of human diseases,including cancers,inflammatory and autoimmune diseases,cardiovascular diseases,metabolic diseases,neurological diseases,and ***,we discuss the therapeutic approaches targeting NF-κB signaling,including IKK inhibitors,monoclonal antibodies,proteasome inhibitors,nuclear translocation inhibitors,DNA binding inhibitors,TKls,non-coding RNAs,immunotherapy,and ***,we provide an outlook for research in the field of NF-κB *** hope to present a stereoscopic,comprehensive NF-κB signaling that will inform future research and clinical practice.

Photonics-assisted joint radar jamming and secure communication in the millimeter-wave band based on CE-LFM-OFDM

This paper reports a photonics-assisted millimeter-wave (mm-wave) joint radar jamming and secure communication system constructed through a photonic upconversion technique. In the experiments, a 30 GHz constant envelope linear frequency-modulated orthogonal frequency division modulation(CE-LFM-OFDM) signal with an instantaneous bandwidth of 1 GHz is synthesized by encoding 1 GBaud encrypted 16-quadrature amplitude modulation(16-QAM) OFDM signal. The velocity deception jamming is achieved with a spurious suppression ratio over 30 dB. Furthermore, we efficiently execute range deception jamming with a time shift of 10 ns. Simultaneously, the encrypted 16-QAM OFDM signal is successfully transmitted over a 1.2 m wireless link, with a data rate of 4 Gbit/s.

BACKGROUND Synaptotagmins(SYTs)are a family of 17 membrane transporters that function as calcium ion sensors during the release of Ca2+-dependent neurotransmitters and ***,few studies have reported whether members of the SYT family play a role in glucose uptake in diabetic retinopathy(DR)through Ca2+/glucose transporter-1(GLUT1)and the possible regulatory mechanism of *** To elucidate the role of the SYT family in the regulation of glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells and explore its potential as a therapeutic target for the clinical management of *** DR was induced by streptozotocin in C57BL/6J mice and by high glucose medium in human retinal pigment epithelial cells(ARPE-19).Bioinformatics analysis,reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,flow cytometry,ELISA,HE staining,and TUNEL staining were used for *** Six differentially expressed proteins(SYT2,SYT3,SYT4,SYT7,SYT11,and SYT13)were found between the DR and control groups,and SYT4 was highly *** induces SYT4 overexpression,manipulates Ca2+influx to induce GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,promotes abnormal expression of the glucose transporter GLUT1 and excessive glucose uptake,induces ARPE-19 cell apoptosis,and promotes DR *** deficiency inhibits the proteasomal degradation of SYT4 in DR,resulting in SYT4 accumulation and enhanced GLUT1 fusion with the plasma membrane,and these effects were blocked by oe-Parkin ***,dysregulation of the myelin transcription factor 1(Myt1)-induced transcription of SYT4 in DR further activated the SYT4-mediated stimulus-secretion coupling process,and this process was inhibited in the oe-MYT1-treated *** Our study reveals the key role of SYT4 in regulating glucose transport in retinal pigment epithelial cells during the pathogenesis of DR and the underlying mechanism and suggests potential therapeutic targets for clinical DR.

Comprehensive analysis of gene mutations and mismatch repair in Chinese colorectal cancer patients

Insufficient sleep can produce a multitude of deleterious repercussions on various domains of human ***,the walnut(Juglans mandshurica)confers numerous salutary biological activities pertaining to ***,the sedative and hypnotic capacities of walnut's functional constituents remain *** this investigation,we analyzed the sedative and hypnotic components of the walnut Diaphragma juglandis fructus and innovatively discovered a compound,defined as 3-hydroxy-4-iminobutyric acid(HIBA),which disrupts motor activity and enhances sleep duration by regulating the neurotransmitters(GABA,DA,etc.)within the brain and serum of ***,a metabolomics approach of the serum,basal ganglia,hypothalamus,and hippocampus as well as the gut microbiota was undertaken to unravel the underlying molecular mechanisms of sleep *** data reveal that HIBA can regulate the metabolism of basal ganglia(sphingolipids,acylcarnitines,etc.),possibly in relation to HIBA's influence on the gut microbiome(Muribaculum,Bacteroides,Lactobacillus,etc.).Therefore,we introduce a novel natural product,HIBA,and explicate the modulation of sleep promotion in mice based on the microbiota-gut-brain *** study contributes fresh insights toward natural product-based sleep research.

The global heat flow is the surface representation of thermal processes within the earth’s *** long-wavelength pattern of observed heat flow closely resembles the plate tectonics and its most prominent feature is higher values along ocean ridge ***,to determine the thermal state of the earth’s mantle,the heat transfer problem and the mantle convection problem have to be solved simultaneously since they are coupled with each other. However,the development of global seismic tomography provide us with a possibility that,at least under certain assumptions,these problems can be decoupled from each other and solved separately. This allows us to calculate mantle flow velocities first based on the internal loading theory and then use the velocity field as the input to solve the thermal *** addition to the internal density anomalies,surface plate movements also excite mantle circulations and,under certain circumstance, they may dominate the structure of the mantle flow. In this study,using a kinematic model of mantle convection and heat transfer,we investigated the underlying processes that generated the observed global heat *** from the density anomalies and the coupling from the overlying plates are treated as the mantle flow driving force. Both advection and conduction heat transfers are included in the energy *** show that calculated depth derivatives of the near-surface temperature are closely correlated to the observed surface heat flow *** heat flow values around mid-ocean ridge systems can be reproduced very *** predicted average temperature as a function of depth reveals that there are two thermal boundary layers,one is close to the surface and another is close to the core-mantle *** rest of the mantle is nearly ***,in most of the mantle,advection dominates the heat transfer,the conductive heat transfer is still locally important in the boundary layers and plays an import

Electro-reductive carboxylation of acyclic C（sp3）–C（sp3） bonds in aromatic hydrocarbons with CO2

Despite the recent advances in the selective functionalization of C–C bonds in specific substrates,cleavage and functionalization of C–C bonds in acyclic substrates,such as ethane derivatives,remains *** contrast to the well-developed functionalization of one carbon fragment after C–C bond cleavage,herein,we report a novel electro-reductive carboxylation of C（sp3）–C（sp3） bond in multi-aryl ethanes with carbon dioxide（CO2） by utilizing both carbon ***,this reaction exhibits an atom-,step-economic approach for the synthesis of carboxylic acids,fulfilling principal aspirations of organic ***,this method features mild reaction conditions,broad substrate scope,and good functional group *** and asymmetric substrates bearing primary,secondary,or tertiary C（sp3）–C（sp3） bonds are all amenable to this strategy,enabling one or two structurally different carboxylic acids to be facilely constructed at the same *** investigations indicate that carbanions might be the key intermediates in this reaction,which could be captured by CO2efficiently.

Herein, we report the first visible-light photoredox-catalyzed carboxylation of aryl epoxides with CO_(2)to synthesize hydroxy acid derivatives. A variety of valuable β-, γ-, δ-, ε–hydroxy acid derivatives are obtained in moderate to high yields under mild conditions. This protocol shows noteworthy functionalgroup compatibility, high chemo-and regioselectivities under transition-metal-free conditions with an inexpensive organo-dye as photosensitizer. Mechanistic studies indicate that the benzylic carbanion is generated as an intermediate via the sequential single electron transfer(SSET) process.
