根据超声心动图准确分析左心室轮廓和射血分数对于心血管疾病诊断意义重大.但现有方法存在左心室分割和射血分数预测之间缺乏关联性、左心室分割关键点易于出现离群点和突变点、方法存储和计算开销大、解释性不佳等问题,为此提出一种基于先验知识引导的轻量级图卷积方法EchoGPK(Echo Guided by Priori Knowledge),以心脏的结构和运动特性、相邻心肌的相似性等先验知识为引导,设计了计算高效的螺旋聚合函数和深度压缩的多头偏心聚合解码器,实现了图卷积结构的轻量化.方法基于临床医生的普遍经验提出了适度利用左心室轮廓的多任务射血分数预测网络,建立了左心室分割和射血分数预测之间的关联性,增强了推理的可解释性;基于图卷积神经网络的传递特性约束邻居点的行为,减少了边界离群点和突变点的产生.EchoGPK在大型公开数据集EchoNet-Dynamic上的实验结果表明,左心室分割的Dice分数达92.13%,射血分数预测的MAE达3.92%;方法表现出准确率高、参数量和算力需求低等特点,证明了先验知识在超声医学图像分析中的有效性.

Background:This study aimed to assess how acupoint catgut-embedding therapy influences Th2-type immune response and the infiltration of CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)cells in DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis in BALB/c *** also conducted an initial examination of the underlying molecular ***:Seventy-two mice were randomly divided into four groups:normal control,DNCB-induced atopic dermatitis model(AD),AD with acupoint catgut-embedding treatment(ADA),and AD with sham-acupoint catgut-embedding *** DNCB challenge to induce AD,the ADA group received acupoint catgut-embedding therapy treatment at Zusanli(ST 36)and Quchi(LI 11)acupoints every other week from day *** in the AD with sham-acupoint catgut-embedding treatment group underwent the same procedure as the ADA group but without catgut *** was assessed using SCORAD on treatment days 1,10,and *** day 18,nine mice per group were euthanized,and the remaining on day *** changes were observed using hematoxylin-eosin and immunohistochemistry ***-α,IL-4,IL-6,and IL-13 levels were analyzed by ELISA,and GATA3 and STAT6 protein levels by western ***:After 20 days of acupoint catgut-embedding therapy treatment,mice showed reduced dermatitis scores compared to DNCB-induced AD-like *** decreases occurred in serum IL-4,IL-6,IL-13,and TNF-α*** analysis revealed marked reductions in CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)cell infiltration,as well as GATA3 and STAT6 protein ***:Acupoint catgut-embedding therapy may effectively alleviate atopic dermatitis by suppressing Th2 immune responses via the STAT6-GATA3 pathway and reducing CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)T cell infiltration in skin lesions.

Objective: The purpose of this research was to examine the potential anticancer properties of Xiao Tan San Jie Fang(XTSJF) and its potential mechanism of action against colorectal cancer. Materials and Methods: HCT116 cells were induced into HCT116 spheres in DMEM/F12 medium by treatment with epidermal growth factor + fibroblast growth factor + leukemia inhibitory factor + B27. The proliferation ability and stemness of HCT116 spheres was examined. Various concentrations of XTSJF were used to treat HCT116 spheres to observe the impact on proliferation, apoptosis, and expression of stem cell markers. Next, Wnt/β-catenin pathway-related factor proteins were detected. Results: The findings revealed that XTSJF suppressed cell growth and induced cell death in HCT116 cells in a dosage-dependent manner. Similarly, XTSJF promotes apoptosis, inhibits cell proliferation, prolongs survival, and maintains the expression of stem cells through the Wnt/-catenin/TCF4 axis. XTSJF also inhibits AKT activity and subsequently activates glycogen synthesis kinase-3β expression, inhibiting Wnt/beta-catenin pathway activity and downstream target gene transcript expression. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is inhibited by the XTSJF, leading to the suppression of colon cancer stem cell proliferation. Conclusion: Xiaotan Sanjie Prescription inhibited colon cancer stem cell growth through Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.

Chloride solid electrolytes(SEs)have attracted widespread attention due to their high room-temperature ionic conductivity and excellent cathode ***,the conventionally selected central metal elements(e.g.,In,Y and Ta)are usually rare and heavy,inevitably causing the high cost and high density of the obtained chloride ***,by choosing abundant and light Mg and Al as central metal elements,we develop a cheap and low density Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)SE for high active material ratio in all solid state *** replacement of Mg^(2+)by Al^(3+)in the framework yields vacancies and lowers the non-lithium metal ions occupancy at Mg/Li co-occupied 16d site,effectively relieving the blocking effects by Mg^(2+)in the pristine spinel Li_(2-2x)Mg_(1+x)Cl_(4).Thus,a significantly improved room-temperature conductivity of 3.08×10^(-4)S·cm^(-1)is achieved,two orders of magnitude higher than that of Li_(1.2)Mg_(1.4)Cl_(4).More attractively,its low density of only 1.98 g·cm-3 enables low SE mass ratio in cathodes(only 16 wt.%)with still effective electrolyte/cathode contact and lithium-ion conduction *** charged to potential of 4.30 V,the asfabricated Li_(1.2)Mg_(0.95)Al_(0.3)Cl_(4)-based solid lithium battery with uncoated NCM523 cathode can be cycled for over 100 cycles with a capacity retention of 86.68%at room temperature.

Hot spot engineering in plasmonic nanostructures plays a significant role in surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)for bioanalysis and cell ***,creating stable,reproducible,and strong SERS signals remains challenging due to the potential interference from surrounding chemicals and locating SERS-active analytes into hot-spot ***,we developed a straightforward approach to synthesize intra-gap nanoparticles encapsulating 4-nitrobenzenethiol(4-NBT)as a reporter molecule within these gaps to avoid outside *** made three kinds of intra-gap nanoparticles using nanorods,bipyramids,and nanospheres as cores,in which the nanorods based intra-gap nanoparticles exhibit the highest SERS *** advantage of our method is the ease of preparation of high-yield and stable intra-gap nanoparticles characterized by a short incubation time(10 min)with 4-NBT and quick synthesis without requiring an additional step to centrifuge for the purification of core *** intense localized field in the synthesized hot spots of these plasmonic gap nanostructures holds great promise as a SERS substrate for a broad range of quantitative optical applications.

AIM: To investigate the infection of Cyclospore cayetanensis in Anhui ***: Identification of Cyclospore cayetanensis was made microscopically by finding the oocysts of Cyclospore cayetanensis in fecal smears taken from the infants, pupils and adults with obstinate diarrhea, and immunocompromised individuals by using a auramine-phenol stain and modified acid-fast stain. Cellular immune function was detected with biotin-streptavidin (BSA), and the specific antibody against Cyclospore cayetanensis was detected with method of ***: (1) The positive rates of Cyclospore cayetanensis infection in infants, pupils, infants and adults with obstinate diarrhea and with immunocompromised individuals were significantly different (P＜0.01), with the rates of 0 %, 0.50 % (1/200), 5.62 % (10/178), and 9.38 % (3/32) respectively. (2) The infection rates of males and females were 2.61% (10/383) and 1.44 % (4/227) respectively, with no significant difference (P＜0.05). (3) The positive rates of population with oocysts in urban and rural areas were 0.92 % (3/325) and 3.86 % (11/285) respectively. (4) The positive rates of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and the ratio of CD4+/CD8+ of individuals with and without oocysts were significantly different (P＜0.05,P＜0.01), and their values were (64.28±6.55) %, (43.55±5.80) %, (28.23±4.32) %, 1.52±0.32 and (58.97±5.23) %,(39.26±4.93) %, (30.54±5.17) %, 1.26±0.21, respectively.(5) Specific IgG, IgM and IgG+IgM in serum of the patients with oocyst were significantly different (P＜0.01) with the positive rates of 63.41% (9/14), 17.07 % (1/14) and 19.51% (4/14) ***: Cyclospore cayetanensisinfection is present in Anhui, China and it was confirmed to be a new pathogen associated with children diarrhea, adults obstinate diarrhea and diarrhea in immunocompromised individuals. AIM:To investigate whether retinal nerve fiber layer defects(RNFLDs)is a potential risk factor for chronic kidney disease(CKD)in Chinese ***:The Kailuan Eye Study was a populationbased study that included 14440 *** participants underwent detailed assessments,RNFLDs were diagnosed using color fundus ***:Overall,12507 participants[8533 males(68.23%)]had complete systemic examination data and at least one evaluable fundus *** were found in 621 participants[5.0%;95%confidence interval(CI):4.6%-5.34%],and 70 cases of multiple RNFLDs were found(11.27%).After adjusting multiple factors,RNFLDs was significantly associated with CKD severity,the ORs of CKD stage 3,stage 4 and stage 5 were 1.698,4.167,and 9.512,*** RNFLDs were also associated with CKD severity after adjusting multiple factors,the ORs of CKD stage 3 and stage 5 were 4.465 and 11.833 ***,2294 participants had CKD(18.34%,95%CI:17.68%-18.99%).After adjusting for other factors,CKD presence was significantly correlated with the presence of ***:The strongest risk factors for RNFLDs are CKD and ***,RNFLDs can be an ocular feature in patients with *** can help detect systemic diseases,and assessment for RNFLDs should be considered in CKD patients.
