Four new glycosides including a eudesmane-type sesquiterpenoid（1）, a guaiane-type sesquiterpenoid（2）, and two C_（14）-polyacetylenes（3, 4） were isolated from the rhizomes of Atractylodes lancea. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic and spectrometric analyses（UV, IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and HR-ESIMS）. The absolute configurations of their aglycones were established based on the experimental and calculated electronic circular dichroism（ECD）, whereas those of monosaccharide moieties were determined by the GC method after chiral derivatization. Compound 4 showed weak anti-inflammatory effects on the LPS-induced NO production in microglia BV2 cells at a concentration of10μmmolL^（-1）.

Main observation and conclusion Five novel pterocarpan derivatives(1—5)and three known pterocarpans were isolated from the roots of Sophora flavescens *** structures were elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic data(UV,IR,1D and 2D NMR,and HR-ESI-MS).Notably,compounds 1—5 were the first reported natural products,which possess unique pterocarpan-glucose-long chain aliphatic acid *** kinds of aliphatic acids were determined by comparison with authentic aliphatic acids using HPLC-ELSD analysis after acid *** absolute configurations of 1—5 were confirmed by analysis of their ECD *** compounds were evaluated against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced TNF-αproduction in RAW264.7 cells,and compound 1 showed significant inhibitory activity with inhibition rate of 86.22%,IC_(50)=0.79μmol/L(dexamethasone as positive control,inhibition rate of 71.38%).

This paper constructs a coupled aero-hydro-elastic-servo simulation framework for a monopile offshore wind turbine(OWT).In this framework,a detailed multi-body dynamics model of the monopile OWT including the gearbox,blades,tower and other components(nacelle,hub,bedplate,etc.)has been explicitly *** effects of pile−soil interaction,controller and operational conditions on the turbine dynamic responses are studied systematically in time domain and frequency *** results show that(1)a comprehensive drivetrain model has the capability to provide a more precise representation of the complex dynamic characteristics exhibited by drivetrain components,which can be used as the basis for further study on the dynamic characteristics of the drivetrain.(2)The pile−soil interaction can influence the wind turbine dynamic responses,particularly under the parked condition.(3)The effect of the pile−soil interaction on tower responses is more significant than that on blade responses.(4)The use of the controller can substantially affect the rotor characteristics,which in turn influences the turbine dynamic responses.(5)The tower and blade displacements under the operational condition are much larger than those under the parked *** model and methodology presented in this study demonstrate potential for examining complex dynamic behaviors of the monopile *** ensure accuracy and precision,it is imperative to construct a detailed model of the wind turbine system,while also taking into account simulation efficiency.

The deep mining of coal resources is accompanied by severe environmental challenges and various potential engineering *** implementation of NPR(negative Poisson's ratio)bolts are capable of controlling large deformations in the surrounding rock *** paper focuses on studying the mechanical properties of the NPR bolt under static disturbance *** deep nonlinear mechanical experimental system was used to study the mechanical behavior of rock samples with different anchored types(unanchored/PR anchored/2G NPR anchored)under static disturbance *** whole process of rock samples was taken by high-speed camera to obtain the real-time failure characteristics under static disturbance *** the same time,the acoustic emission signal was collected to obtain the key characteristic parameters of acoustic emission such as acoustic emission count,energy,and *** deformation at the failure of the samples was calculated and analyzed by digital speckle *** findings indicate that the failure mode of rock is influenced by different types of *** peak failure strength of 2G NPR bolt anchored rock samples exhibits an increase of 6.5%when compared to the unanchored rock *** cumulative count and cumulative energy of acoustic emission exhibit a decrease of 62.16%and 62.90%,*** maximum deformation of bearing capacity exhibits an increase of 59.27%,while the failure time demonstrates a delay of 42.86%.The peak failure strength of the 2G NPR bolt anchored ones under static disturbance load exhibits an increase of 5.94%when compared to the rock anchored by PR(Poisson's ratio)*** cumulative count and cumulative energy of acoustic emission exhibit a decrease of 47.16%and 43.86%,*** maximum deformation of the bearing capacity exhibits an increase of 50.43%,and the failure time demonstrates a delay of 32%.After anchoring by 2G NPR bolt,anchoring support effectively reduces the risk of damage caused by s

The interfacial characteristics of the Li metal anode(LMA)play a crucial role in its overall *** various materials being applied to modify the interface,a comprehensive understanding of their specific mechanisms remains to be ***,we have prepared carbon cloth(CC)frameworks with their surfaces modified using ferromagnetic metal/LiF heterogeneous films(T^(M)-LiF-CC)as the substrate for LMA,which exhibit superior electrochemical *** ferromagnetic Co as a representative example,our study demonstrates that the enhanced performance of Co-LiF-CC,compared to bare CC,is attributed to the spinpolarized interface contributed by the Co/LiF *** and LiF play individual roles in redistributing electrons and Li^(+)to promote homogeneous Li *** nanoparticles play a crucial role in generating strong surface capacitance by storing electrons in spin-split bands,while LiF,with low surface diffusion barriers,ensures fast transportation of Li^(+).The Co-LiF-CC@Li electrodes deliver long lives of 7400 and 3600 h at 1 and 2 mA·cm^(-2)in symmetric cells,respectively;moreover,they enable full batteries with high and durable capacities,particularly when the N/P ratios are low(3.3 or even 1.7).
