The developmental types of secretory cavities in Citrus remain controversial. The relationship between secretory cavity development and the accumulation of essential oil in fruits of Citrus species is also unknown. In order to develop better insights into these problems, histological, histochemical, and cytochemical methods were used to investigate secretory cavity development and the accumulation of essential oll at different developmental stages of fruits of Citrus medica L. var. sarcodactylis （Noot.） Swingle. The results indicate that the secretory cavity of the variety seemed to originate from an epidermal cell and a subepldermal cell. These two cells underwent successive divisions, resulting In the formation of two parts：（Ⅰ） a conical cap; and （Ⅱ） a globular gland. The formation of the lumen was schlzolysigenous. Regular changes in the size of vacuoles and the accumulation of essential oil were revealed during the process of secretory cavity development. In addition, when fruits were a light yellow or golden color, the structure of secretory cavities was well developed and the content of essential oil in a single fruit reached a maximum. It would be most appropriate to collect the fruit as a medicinal material at this time.

We thank Dr. Liu et al. very much for their attention on our recent article. In that paper, we reported a prospective randomized clinical trial comparing otitcomes between traditional laparoscopic cholecysiectomy and single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy （SILC）. It revealed that the SILC-treated patients had a signilicantly lower pain score only at postoperative 6 hours, but at 24 hours and longer after surgery pain scores were not different between the two groups.

The （submicron ＋ micron） SiCp-reinforced magnesium matrix composite was fabricated by stir casting. After the application of forging and extrusion, the interface between SiCp and Mg in the composite was investigated by transmission electron microscopy. Results show that the interfacial characterization was different at the interfaces of micron-SiCp/Mg and submicron-SiCp/Mg. While most interfaces between micron-SiCp and Mg were clean, the precip- itated Mg17A112 phase as well as dispersedly distributed nano-MgO particles was observed at some interfaces. Unlike the interface between micron-SiCp and Mg, no interfacial reaction product was found at the interface between submicron-SiCp and Mg in the present study. Besides, the specific orientation relationships were found at the interfaces between submicron- SiCp and Mg, which was thought to have developed during hot deformation process. At the fracture surface of the composite, the microcracks were found at the interface between micron-SiCp and Mg, while the interfacial bonding between submicron-SiCp and Mg was very well.

基于无线能量传输的模型与原理,仿真分析了几种不同类型发射线圈的磁场分布。结果表明,线圈磁芯开口大小、磁芯与空气界面的形状、线圈放置的位置都会对发射线圈附近磁场分布产生影响。进而优化出扇环型发射线圈,当线圈中通以频率218 kHz、幅值1.125 A的电流时,可在一定的空间区域形成3.0~4.7 G、比较均匀的磁场,满足胃肠道胶囊机器人的供能需求。相较于已有同用途的发射线圈,优化设计的发射线圈结构简单、整体尺寸显著缩小,同时采用较小的电流就能满足供能需求。研究工作可为优化设计无线能量传输系统中的发射线圈提供新的思路和可行途径。

BACKGROUND Gastric bronchogenic cysts(BCs)are extremely rare cystic masses caused by abnormal development of the respiratory system during the embryonic *** bronchial cysts are rare lesions that were first reported in 1956;as of 2023,only 33 cases are available in the PubMed online *** usually have no clinical symptoms in the early stage,and imaging findings also lack ***,they are difficult to diagnose before histopathological *** SUMMARY A 34-year-old woman with respiratory distress presented at our *** ultrasound revealed an anechoic mass between the spleen,left kidney and gastric fundus,with hyperechogenic and soft elastography textures and with a size of approximately 6.5 cm×4.0 ***,a computed tomography scan demonstrated high density between the posterior stomach and the spleen and the left kidney,with uniform internal density and a small amount of *** maximum cross section was approximately 10.1 cm×6.1 cm,and the possibility of a cyst was *** the imaging findings did not suggest a malignancy and because the patient required complete resection,she underwent laparotomy ***,this cystic lesion was found to be located in the posterior wall of the large curvature of the fundus and was approximately 8 cm×6 cm in ***,the pathologists verified that the cyst in the fundus was a gastric *** patient recovered well,her symptoms of chest tightness disappeared,and the abdominal drain was removed on postoperative day 6,after which she was discharged on day 7 for 6 months of *** had no tumor recurrence or postoperative complications during the *** This is a valuable report as it describes an extremely rare case of gastric ***,this was a very young patient with a large BC in the stomach.

A realistic dynamics simulation study is reported for the trans-cis photoisomerization of azobenzene triggered by the n →π^＊ excitation and the results show that the formation ofcis isomer follows the rotational motion around the N=N bond. The simulation find that the CNN bond angle bending vibrations also play a significant role in the vibronic coupling between the HOMO and LUMO, which essentially leads a nonadiabatic transition of the molecule to the electronic ground state.

Transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)have emerged as a promising electrocatalyst for hydrogen evo-lution reaction(HER)due to its excellent conductivity and abundant electrocatalytic active sites of its *** nanowall can expose abundant of edges so that they tend to show better catalytic performance for hydrogen evolution ***,PtSe_(2) nanowall films with morphology controlled at centimeters level are synthesized by selenizing Pt *** dynamic and thermodynamics of selenation reaction are *** nanowall structure can be obtained by controlling the growth temperature,and the thickness of nanowall can be tuned by the original thickness of Pt *** Pt atoms can be rearranged into ordered distribution at 550℃ and can be induced to well-ordered PtSe_(2) nanowalls *** well-ordered PtSe_(2) nanowall films show excellent HER performance,with an overpotential of 0.3 V at-10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of~52 mV·dec^(-1).This work demonstrates the great potential of activated 2D PtSe_(2) as an ultrathin film catalyst for the HER,which is valuable to provide instruction and afford experience for further application at industrial level.
