Plant extracellular vesicles(EVs)are membrane-enclosed nanoparticles that play diverse roles in plant development and ***,impressive progress has been made in the isolation and identification of the proteins and RNAs carried in plant EVs;however,the analysis of EV lipid compositions remains ***,we performed lipidomic analysis of Arabidopsis rosette leaf EVs,revealing a high abundance of certain groups of lipids,in particular sphingolipids,in the ***,the EV sphingolipids are composed of nearly pure glycosylinositolphosphoceramides(GIPCs),which are green lineage abundant and negatively *** further showed that the Arabidopsis TETRASPANIN 8(TET8)knockout mutant has a lower amount of cellular GIPCs and secrets fewer EVs,companied with impaired reactive oxygen species(ROS)burst toward *** application of GIPCs promoted the secretion of EVs and ROS burst in both the WT and tet8 *** characteristic enrichment of sphingolipid GIPCs provides valuable insights into the biogenesis and function of plant EVs.

Plant secondary metabolites play critical roles in plant-environment interactions. They are synthesized in different organs or tissues at particular developmental stages, and in response to various environmental stimuli, both biotic and abiotic. Accordingly, corresponding genes are regulated at the transcriptional level by multiple transcription factors. Several families of transcription factors have been identified to participate in controlling the biosynthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites. These regulators integrate internal （often developmental） and external signals, bind to corresponding cis-elements -- which are often in the promoter regions -- to activate or repress the expression of enzyme-coding genes, and some of them interact with other transcription factors to form a complex. In this review, we summarize recent research in these areas, with an emphasis on newly-identified transcription factors and their functions in metabolism regulation.

The reactive electrophilic species(RES), typically the molecules bearing α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group, are widespread in living organisms and notoriously known for their damaging effects. Many of the mycotoxins released from phytopathogenic fungi are RES and their contamination to cereals threatens food safety worldwide. However, due to their high reactivity, RES are also used by host organisms to synthesize specific metabolites. The evolutionary conserved glyoxalase(GLX) system scavenges the cytotoxic α-oxoaldehydes that bear RES groups, which cause host disorders and diseases. In cotton, a specialized enzyme derived from glyoxalase I(GLXI) through gene duplications and named as specialized GLXI(SPG), acts as a distinct type of aromatase in the gossypol pathway to transform the RES intermediates into the phenolic products. In this review, we briefly introduce the research progress in understanding the RES, especially the RES-type mycotoxins, the GLX system and SPG, and discuss their application potential in detoxification and synthetic biology.

The biosynthesis pathways of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes, and diterpenes Include the synthesis of C5 precursor isopentenyl diphosphate （IPP） and Its allylic isomer dlmethylallyl dlphosphate （DMAPP）, the synthesis of the immediate diphosphate precursors, and the formation of the diverse terpenoids. Terpene synthases （TPSs） play a key role In volatile terpene synthesis. By expression of the TPS genes, significant achievements have been made on metabolic engineering to Increase terpenoid production. This review mainly summarizes the recent research progress In elucidating the ecological role of terpenoids and characterization of the enzymes Involved in the terpenold biosynthesis. Spatial and temporal regulations of terpenoids metabolism are also discussed.

Sphingolipids,which comprise membrane systems together with other lipids,are ubiquitous in cellular *** show a high degree of diversity across plant species and vary in their structures,properties,and *** from the development of lipidomic techniques,over 300 plant sphingolipids have been *** divided into free long-chain bases(LCBs),ceramides,glycosylceramides(GlcCers)and glycosyl inositol phosphoceramides(GIPCs),plant sphingolipids exhibit organized aggregation within lipid membranes to form raft domains with *** evidence has revealed that sphingolipids obey certain trafficking and distribution rules and confer unique properties to *** studies using sphingolipid biosynthetic mutants demonstrate that sphingolipids participate in plant developmental regulation,stimulus sensing,and stress ***,we present an updated metabolism/degradation map and summarize the structures of plant sphingolipids,review recent progress in understanding the functions of sphingolipids in plant development and stress responses,and review sphingolipid distribution and trafficking in plant *** also highlight some important challenges and issues that we may face during the process of studying sphingolipids.

We selected a sample of luminous infrared galaxies by cross-identification of the Faint Source Catalogue （FSC） and Point Source Catalogue （PSC） of the IRAS Survey with the Second Data Release of the SDSS. The size of our sample is 1267 for FSC and 427 for PSC by using the 2a significance level cross-section. The ＂likelihood ratio＂ method is used to estimate the individual＇s reliability and for defining two more reliable subsamples （908 for FSC and 356 for PSC）. A catalog of infrared, optical and radio data is compiled and will be used in further work. Some statistical results show that luminous infrared galaxies are quite different from ultra-luminous infrared galaxies. The AGN fractions of galaxies at different infrared luminosities and the radio-infrared correlations are consistent with the previous studies.

Different micro needle system therapies have different advantages and ***,at present,the dominant diseases for which each therapy is appropriate are positioned relatively vaguely,and even the acupoint selections for the same disease are *** clinical application of the dominant disease and application characteristics of each micro needle system therapy is a scientific problem that needs to be explored *** on the previous data mining study of the clinical application of auricular acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,eye acupuncture,wrist-ankle acupuncture,hand acupuncture,the second metacarpal bone lateral needling,facial acupuncture,mouth acupuncture and nose acupuncture,the diseases reported more in the clinical literature of each therapy were extracted to find out the same symptoms applicable to different micro needle *** clinical application and differences of different micro needle systems for the same disease were compared horizontally,and it demonstrated that the second metacarpal bone lateral needling,facial needle,mouth acupuncture and nose acupuncture were biased towards a partial corresponding therapeutic relationship between one part and the other part,and the eye acupuncture was biased to interfere with the whole by adjusting the function of the organs,and the auricular,scalp and abdominal needles had the both characteristics,and the wrist-malleolus acupuncture and hand acupuncture were often used in various disorders of the meridian-collateral *** differences were researched and summarized to more accurately guide clinicians in the application of different micro needle system therapies.

The effects of auxin polar transport inhibitors, 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid (HFCA); 2, 3, 5-triiodobenzoic acid (TIBA) and trans-cinnamic acid (CA)on leaf pattern formation were investigated with shoots formed from cultured leaf explants of tobacco and cultured pedicel explants of Orychophragmus violaceus, and the seedlings of tobacco and Brassica chinensis. Although the effective concentration varies with the inhibitors used, all of the inhibitors induced the formation of trumpet-shaped and/or fused leaves. The frequency of trumpet-shaped leaf formation was related to the concentration of inhibitors in the *** observation of tobacco seedlings showed that there was only one main vascular bundle and several minor vascular bundles in normal leaves of the control, but there were several vascular bundles of more or less the same size in the trumpet-shaped leaves of treated *** results indicated that auxin polar transport played an important role on bilateral symmetry of leaf growth.
