A real-time adaptive roles allocation method based on reinforcement learning is proposed to improve humanrobot cooperation performance for a curtain wall installation *** method breaks the traditional idea that the robot is regarded as the follower or only adjusts the leader and the follower in *** this paper,a self-learning method is proposed which can dynamically adapt and continuously adjust the initiative weight of the robot according to the change of the ***,the physical human-robot cooperation model,including the role factor is ***,a reinforcement learningmodel that can adjust the role factor in real time is established,and a reward and actionmodel is *** role factor can be adjusted continuously according to the comprehensive performance of the human-robot interaction force and the robot’s Jerk during the repeated ***,the roles adjustment rule established above continuously improves the comprehensive *** of the dynamic roles allocation and the effect of the performance weighting coefficient on the result have been *** results show that the proposed method can realize the role adaptation and achieve the dual optimization goal of reducing the sum of the cooperator force and the robot’s Jerk.

Recently,metal selenides have obtained widespread attention as electrode materials for alkali(Li^(+)/Na^(+)/K^(+))batteries due to their promising theoretical capacity and ***,metal selenides,similar to metal oxides and sulfides,also suffer from severe volume explosion during repeated charge/discharge processes,which results in the structure collapse and the following pulverization of electrode ***,it leads to poor cycle stability and influencing their further *** order to solve these issues,some special strategies,including elemental doping,coupling with carbon materials,synthesis of the bimetal selenides with heterostructure,etc.,have been gradually applied to design novel electrode materials with outstanding electrochemical ***,the recent research progress on metal selenides as anodes for alkali ion batteries is summarized,including the regulation of crystal structure,synthesis strategies,modification methods,and electrochemical mechanisms and ***,the challenges of metal selenides and the perspective for future electrode material design are *** is hoped to pave a way for the development of metal selenide electrode materials for the potential applications for alkali metal ion(Li^(+)/Na^(+)/K^(+))batteries.

Thin-film periodically poled lithium niobate(TF-PPLN)devices have recently gained prominence for efficient wavelength conversion processes in both classical and quantum ***,the patterning and poling of TF-PPLN devices today are mostly performed at chip scales,presenting a significant bottleneck for future largescale nonlinear photonic systems that require the integration of multiple nonlinear components with consistent performance and low ***,we take a pivotal step towards this goal by developing a wafer-scale TF-PPLN nonlinear photonic platform,leveraging ultraviolet stepper lithography and an automated poling *** address the inhomogeneous broadening of the quasi-phase matching(QPM)spectrum induced by film thickness variations across the wafer,we propose and demonstrate segmented thermal optic tuning modules that can precisely adjust and align the QPM peak wavelengths in each *** the segmented micro-heaters,we show the successful realignment of inhomogeneously broadened multi-peak QPM spectra with up to 57%enhancement of conversion *** achieve a high normalized conversion efficiency of 3802%W-1cm-2in a 6 mm long PPLN waveguide,recovering 84%of the theoretically predicted efficiency in this *** advanced fabrication techniques and segmented tuning architectures presented herein pave the way for wafer-scale integration of complex functional nonlinear photonic circuits with applications in quantum information processing,precision sensing and metrology,and low-noise-figure optical signal amplification.

Developing accurate and sensitive DNA methyltransferase(MTase) analysis methods is essential for early clinical diagnosis and development of antimicrobial drug targets. In this work, by coupling WO_(3-x) dotsencapsulated metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) as co-reactants and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase(Td T)-mediated template-free branched polymerization, a dual signal-amplified electrochemiluminescent(ECL) biosensor was constructed to detect DNA adenine methylation(Dam) MTase. The employment of WO_(3-x) dots-encapsulated MOFs(i.e., NH_(2)-UIO66@WO_(3-x) ) was not only beneficial for biomolecule conjugation because of the abundant amino groups but also led to a 7-fold enhanced ECL response due to the increased loading of WO_(3-x). Moreover, Td T-mediated template-free branched polymerization promoted the capture of ECL emitters on the electrode surface, achieving 20-fold enhanced signal amplification. The presented ECL biosensor demonstrated a low detection limit of 2.4 × 10^(-4)U/m L, and displayed high reliability for the detection of Dam MTase in both spiked human serum and E. coli cell samples, and for the screening of potential inhibitors. This study opens a new avenue for designing a dual signal amplificationbased ECL bioassay for Dam MTase and screening inhibitors in the fields of clinical diagnosis and drug development.

Harpins play a key role in inducing disease resistance in crops,and identifying their core functional regions and establishing a system for their efficient expression would be very *** this study,large amounts of soluble fusion proteins of harpin HrpZ and its subpeptides were obtained via the optimized induction conditions(28℃ with 0.5 mmol·L^(-1) IPTG for 6 h)in Escherichia coli BL21(DE3).Hypersensitive response(HR)assays demonstrated that the C-terminal 66 aa of HrpZ(HrpZ_C_2_2)elicited a strong HR in tobacco(Nicotiana benthamiana)and grape(Flame Seedless)***,treatment with HrpZ,and particularly HrpZ_C_2_2,significantly reduced the disease incidence and severity index of field vine leaves and those inoculated with downy *** determination of the physiological parameters indicated that HrpZ,and especially HrpZ_C_2_2,improved the photosynthesis-and chlorophyll fluorescence-related parameters,enhanced the activity of defense-related enzymes,including SOD,POD,CAT and PAL,and increased the H_(2)O_(2) ***,we efficiently expressed a core peptide of HrpZ and elucidated its strong ability to elicit a HR and resistance to downy *** research provides insight into understanding the structure and function of HrpZ and will advance the application of HrpZ_C_2_2 to increase the resistance of grapevine to downy mildew.

A highly sensitive light-induced thermoelectric spectroscopy(LITES)sensor based on a multi-pass cell(MPC)with dense spot pattern and a novel quartz tuning fork(QTF)with low resonance frequency is reported in this *** erbi-um-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)was employed to amplify the output optical power so that the signal level was further *** optical path length(OPL)and the ratio of optical path length to volume(RLV)of the MPC is 37.7 m and 13.8 cm^(-2),respectively.A commercial QTF and a self-designed trapezoidal-tip QTF with low frequency of 9461.83 Hz were used as the detectors of the sensor,*** target gas selected to test the performance of the system was acetylene(C2H2).When the optical power was constant at 1000 mW,the minimum detection limit(MDL)of the C2H2-LITES sensor can be achieved 48.3 ppb when using the commercial QTF and 24.6 ppb when using the trapezoid-al-tip *** improvement of the detection performance by a factor of 1.96 was achieved after replacing the commer-cial QTF with the trapezoidal-tip QTF.

This paper aims to increase the diagnosis accuracy of the fault classification of power transformers by introducing a new off-line hybrid model based on a combination subset of the et method(C-set)&modified fuzzy C-mean algorithm(MFCM)and the optimizable multiclass-SVM(MCSVM).The innovation in this paper is shown in terms of solving the predicaments of outliers,boundary proportion,and unequal data existing in both traditional and intelligence *** into consideration the closeness of dissolved gas analysis(DGA)data,the C-set method is implemented to subset the DGA data samples based on their type of faults within unrepeated ***,the MFCM is used for removing outliers from DGA samples by combining highly similar data for every subset within the same cluster to obtain the optimized training data(OTD)*** is also used to minimize dimensionality of DGA samples and the uncertainty of transformer condition *** that,the optimized MCSVM is trained by using the(OTD).The proposed model diagnosis accuracy is 93.3%.The obtained results indicate that our model significantly improves the fault identification accuracy in power transformers when compared with other conventional and intelligence models.

CeO_(2) with excellent oxygen storage-exchange capacity and NiO with excellent surface activity were used to construct a heterogeneous NiO-CeO_(2)−δhollow multi-shelled structure(HoMS)by spray *** turned out that as the proportion of CeO_(2) increases,the overpotential and Tafel slope of NiO-CeO_(2)−δHoMSs first decreased and then *** is mainly because the construction of the NiO-CeO_(2)−δHoMSs not only increases the specific surface area,but also introduces oxygen vacancy defects,thus improving the interface charge transfer capability of the materials and further improving the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)***,the increase of the calcination temperature will induce the decay of the OER performance of NiO-CeO_(2)−δHoMSs,which is mainly due to the decrease of the specific surface area,the reduction of oxygen vacancy defects,and the weakening of interface charge transfer ***,a series of heterogeneous composite HoMSs,such as Ni/Co,Mo/Ni,Al/Ni and Fe/Ni oxides was successfully constructed by spray drying,which enriched the diversity of HoMSs.

Synergistic Effects of Carbon Nanotube(CNT)and Reduced Graphene Oxide(RGO)on Mechanical and Thermal Properties of ZK61 Alloy

The hybrid of carbon nanotube(CNT)and reduced graphene oxide(RGO)reinforced ZK61 composite was fabricated by a hot extrusion *** with the raw ZK61 alloy and single-reinforced composites,the hybrid-reinforced by RGO+CNT complex exhibited significant enhancements both in mechanical and thermal *** adjusting the proportion of RGO and CNT in ZK61 alloy,the obtained optimum ZK61/(0.06 wt%RGO+0.54 wt%CNT)composite exhibited increase of 25.4%in yield strength,26.5%in ultimate tensile strength,104%in failure strain and 30.4%in thermal conductivity,respectively,in comparison with ZK61 *** superior properties of the nano-hybrid composite are attributed to the synergetic effects of RGO and CNT,leading to a uniform dispersion and integrated structure as well as the enhanced interfacial bonding with *** strengthening ability of RGO and CNT was calculated to quantify their individual contribution to the improvement in mechanical and thermal properties of the ZK61 matrix *** RGO+CNT hybrids provide a promising way to develop Mg matrix composites with impressive performances.
