Tumor recurrence and survival prognosis in patients with advanced gastric cancer after radical resection with radiotherapy and chemotherapy

Proposing a machine learning approach to analyze and predict basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines and its factors

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

Accurate resection of hilar cholangiocarcinoma using eOrganmap 3D reconstruction and full quantization technique

BACKGROUND For treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA),the rate of radical resection is low and prognosis is poor,and preoperative evaluation is not sufficiently accurate.3D visualization has the advantage of giving a stereoscopic view,which makes accurate resection of HCCA *** To establish precise resection of HCCA based on eOrganmap 3D reconstruction and full quantification *** We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 73 patients who underwent HCCA *** patients were assigned to two *** traditional group received traditional 2D imaging planning before surgery(n=35).The eOrganmap group underwent 3D reconstruction and full quantitative technical planning before surgery(n=38).The preoperative evaluation,anatomical classification of hilar hepatic vessels,indicators associated with surgery,postoperative complications,liver function,and stress response indexes were compared between the *** Compared with the traditional group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss in the eOrganmap group was lower,the operating time and postoperative intestinal ventilation time were shorter,and R0 resection rate and lymph node dissection number were higher(P0.05).The levels of total bilirubin,Albumin(ALB),aspartate transaminase,and alanine transaminase in the eOrganmap group were significantly different from those in the traditional group(intergroup effect:F=450.400,79.120,95.730,and 13.240,respectively;all P<0.001).Total bilirubin,aspartate transaminase,and alanine transaminase in both groups showed a decreasing trend with time(time effect:F=30.270,17.340,and 13.380,respectively;all P<0.001).There was an interaction between patient group and time(interaction effect:F=3.072,2.965,and 2.703,respectively;P=0.0282,0.032,and 0.046,respectively);ALB levels in both groups tended to increase with time(time effect:F=22.490

Exploring wide voltage window materials is not only an available measure to enhance the energy density of hybrid supercapacitor(HSCs),but also avoids the dynamic mismatch caused by different energy storage mechanisms of two electrodes in assembled symmetrical ***,there are few reports about the wide potential window materials except Bi_(2)O_(3)and VO_(2).Therefore,the MnF_(2)synthesized by solvothermal reaction was served as the electrode for *** MnF_(2)exhibited electrochemical activity in alkaline solution in three-electrode system,especially with a wide potential window from-0.8 to+0.5 V in 2 mol·L^(-1)***,the assembled MnF_(2)//MnF_(2)symmetrical HSC had a potential window of 1.5 V,and it exhibited outstanding long-cycle ***,when MnF_(2)was taken as the negative and positive respectively,the potential windows of asymmetric devices CoMoO_(4)//MnF_(2)and MnF_(2)//Activated Carbon(AC)could reach 1.3 and 1.45 V,respectively,showing excellent cycle *** work shows that MnF_(2)material has great research value in HSC,and provides a new research direction for developing high-performance devices.

Direct numerical simulation of shock wave/boundary layer interaction controlled by steady microjet in a compression ramp

Shock wave/boundary layer interaction in a 24°turning angle of the compression ramp at Mach number 2.9 controlled by steady microjet is investigated using direct numerical *** different jet spacings which are termed as sparse,moderate and dense are considered,and the induced vortex system and shock structures are compared.A moderate jet spacing configuration is found to generate counter-rotating vortex pairs that transport high-momentum fluid towards the vicinity of wall and strengthen the boundary layer to resist separation,reducing the separation *** dense jet spacing configuration creates a larger momentum deficit region,reducing the friction downstream of the *** of pressure and pressure gradient reveals that dense jet spacing configuration reduces the intensity of separation *** impact of varying jet spacings on the turbulent kinetic energy transport mechanism is also investigated by decomposing the budget terms in the transport ***,the spectral characteristics of the separation region are studied using power spectral density and dynamic mode decomposition methods,revealing that moderate jet spacing configuration suppresses low-frequency fluctuations in the separation region.

A DFT study on Pt single atom loaded COF for efficient photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction

Photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction provides a promising strategy for the alleviation of greenhouse effect and energy shortage *** single atom modification is an effective method to improve the CO_(2)reduction performance of covalent organic framework(COF)photocatalysts,while the intrinsic mechanism is not revealed in ***,a Pt-COF photocatalytic system was constructed by embedding Pt single atom in TFPT-TMT-COF(TFPT:1,3,5-tris(4-formylphenyl)-triazine,TMT:2,4,6-trimethyl-1,3,5-triazine).Based on density functional theory(DFT)calculation,the geometric structure and electronic property of Pt-COF were investigated,and the CO_(2)adsorption and reduction reaction process on Pt-COF were *** results show that the Pt atom can be steadily anchored in COF via the formation of Pt-N and Pt-C ***,there is strong electronic interaction between Pt and *** incorporation of Pt atom benefits the CO_(2)reduction activity of COF from multiple aspects:(ⅰ)reducing the band gap and improving light absorption;(ⅱ)enhancing CO_(2)adsorption and activating the CO_(2)molecule;(ⅲ)decreasing the energy barrier in the hydrogenation step of CO_(2)→COOH,thus facilitating CO_(2)conversion to CO;(ⅳ)inhibiting the hydrogenation of CO,thereby increasing the selectivity of *** work brings a novel insight into the excellent CO_(2)reduction performance of Pt modified COF,and provides useful references for the design of single atom photocatalysts.

It is essential to enhance the thickness of the absorber layer for perovskite solar cells(PSCs)to improve device performance and reduce industry ***,thick perovskite films(>1μm)are difficult to be fabricated by employing traditional solvents,such as N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO).Besides,it is a challenge to fabricate thick-film perovskite owing to the deteriorated surface morphology and serious defect ***,a simple method was reported to deposit uniform pinhole-free perovskite films with a thickness of more than 2μm utilizing the methylamine acetate(MAAc)ionic liquid as the *** with methylammonium chloride(MACl)as an additive,thick-film perovskite with~2μm in grain size and few grain boundaries(GBs)was prepared,which dramatically improved the perovskite crystal quality and enhanced carrier transport *** final PSCs exhibited a power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 20.16%.The device showed improved stability with 95%of its initial efficiency in a nitrogen environment over 5000 *** work provides an alternative strategy to produce extremely efficient and stable thick-film *** can be believed that this device has great potential in the application of large areas and laminated PSCs.
