Effects of La on Microstructure and Corrosion Behavior of AlSi5Cu1Mg Alloy

The microstructures and corrosion behavior of AlSi5 CulMg alloy modified with different contents of La were *** microscopy observations showed that the microstructures of AlSi5 Cu1 Mg-xLa(x = 0, 0.3, 0.6, and 0.9 wt%) alloy transformed from coarse cellular to fine cellular as the content of La increased from 0 to 0.9 wt%. The results of electrochemical measurement and immersion test in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution showed that the corrosion resistance of AlSi5 CulMg-xLa alloy strongly depended on its microstructures. The AlSi5 Cu1 Mg-0.6 La sample exhibited the highest corrosion resistance due to its fine cellular structure and the cathode phases coated by the La element. The covering film of La hindered the corrosion electron flowing between the cathode and the anode. As a result, the corrosion current density of the AlSi5 CulMg-0.6 La alloy was only about 40% that of the matrix alloy in the electrochemical measurement.

Positron sources are one of the most important components of the injector of a circular electron positron collector(CEPC).The CEPC is designed as an e^(+)e^(−)collider for a Higgs *** accelerator system is composed of 100-km-long storage rings and an *** design goal of the positron source is to obtain positron beams with a bunch charge of 3 *** flux concentrator(FC)is one of the cores of the positron *** paper reports the design,development,and measurements of an FC prototype *** prototype includes an FC and an all-solid-state high-current pulse *** tests show that the peak current on the FC can reach 15.5 kA,and the peak magnetic field can reach 6.2 *** test results are consistent with the theoretical *** FC system fulfills the requirements of the CEPC positron source as well as provides a reference for the development of similar devices both domestically and abroad.

Resistance of Cement-based Grouting Materials with Nano- SiO_(2) Emulsion to Chloride Ion Penetration

Objective The purpose of the present study was to establish the methods for inducing skin-derived precursor cells（SKPs） to differentiate into Schwann cells（SKP-SCs） and investigate their biological function in vitro trying to find ideal support cells for tissue-engineered nerve grafts（TENGs）.Methods The SKPs were isolated from the dorsal skin tissues of neonatal rats and were induced to SKP-SCs in *** of them were identified by immunofluorescence *** molecular expression of SCs,SKPs and SKP-SCs were compared by *** the effect of axonal growth and myelination in the dorsal root ganglion（DRG） neurons was investigated when they co-cultured with DRG neurons ***（1） The purified SKPs spheres were positive for nestin,fibronectin,vimentin and versican.（2） Similar to SCs,the SKP-SCs had uniform shape and were positive for Sl00p,glial fibrillary acidic protein（GFAP） and neurotrophin low-affinity（NGFR p75）,which were cell marker of SCs.（3） Both SKP-SCs and SCs were found to express nerve growth factor（NGF）,brain derived neurophic factor（BDNF）,ciliary neurotrophic factor（CNTF） and glial cell derived neurotrophic factor（GDNF） and promote the growth of neurites in DRG neurons more vigorously than the *** also detected positive expression of MAG in myehnation experiment,which showed that SKP-SCs had the potential to *** The induced SKPs had the potential to differentiate into SKP-SCs in *** SKP-SCs had the similar biological functions with the SCs and the potential to promote the nerve regeneration.

The mechanical and thermodynamic properties of W-Ti alloys(including W_(15)Ti_(1),W_(14)Ti_(2),W_(12)Ti_(4) and W_(8)Ti_(8) alloys)were investigated by the first-principles approach based on density functional *** results indicate that W-Ti alloys except W_(8)Ti_(8) are thermodynamically *** modulus and hardness of W-Ti alloys are smaller than those of pure tungsten and gradually decrease with increasing Ti ***,their B/G ratios and Poisson's ratios exceed those of pure tungsten,suggesting that the introduction of Ti decreases the mechanical strength while enhancing the ductility of W-Ti *** thermal expansion coefficients for W-Ti alloys all surpass those of pure tungsten,indicating that the introduction of titanium exacerbates the thermal expansion behavior of W-Ti ***,elevated pressure has the capacity to suppress the thermal expansion tendencies in titanium-doped tungsten *** study offers theoretical insights for the design of nuclear materials by exploring the mechanical and thermodynamic properties of W-Ti alloys.

The development of low-temperature solid oxide fuel cells(LT-SOFCs)is of significant importance for realizing the widespread application of *** has stimulated a substantial materials research effort in developing high oxide-ion conductivity in the electrolyte layer of *** this context,for the first time,a dielectric material,CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12)(CCTO)is designed for LT-SOFCs electrolyte application in this *** individual CCTO and its heterostructure materials with a p-type Ni_(0.8)Co_(0.15)Al_(0.05)LiO_(2−δ)(NCAL)semiconductor are evaluated as alternative electrolytes in LT-SOFC at 450–550℃.The single cell with the individual CCTO electrolyte exhibits a power output of approximately 263 mW cm^(-2) and an open-circuit voltage(OCV)of 0.95 V at 550℃,while the cell with the CCTO–NCAL heterostructure electrolyte capably delivers an improved power output of approximately 605 mW cm^(-2) along with a higher OCV over 1.0 V,which indicates the introduction of high hole-conducting NCAL into the CCTO could enhance the cell performance rather than inducing any potential short-circuiting *** is found that these promising outcomes are due to the interplay of the dielectric material,its structure,and overall properties that led to improve electrochemical mechanism in CCTO–***,density functional theory calculations provide the detailed information about the electronic and structural properties of the CCTO and NCAL and their heterostructure CCTO–*** study thus provides a new approach for developing new advanced electrolytes for LT-SOFCs.

Genetic diversity of commercial and local rice cultivars in Yunnan Province was studied using the resistance gene analogue (RGA) based on resistance gene conserved sequences. The RGA analysis of 137 cultivars was conducted by PCR amplification using three primers, i.e. S1/AS3, XLRR for/XLRR rev, and Pto-kinl/Pto-kin2, respectively. The results showed that both Indica and Japonica cultivars were genetically highly diverse. All cultivars were divided into 3 lineages according to the DNA band data at 96% dissimilarity, and into 20 lineages at 60% dissimilarity. The lineages were related to their genetic background and blast disease resistance with only a few exceptions. The RGA data can be useful in rice production by mixed-planting of different cultivars in the field and breeding of resistance cultivars by selecting different parental cultivars with great genetic diversity.

It has been shown clinically that continuous removal of ischemia/reperfusion-induced reactive oxygen species is not conducive to the recovery of late ***,previous studies have shown that excessive increases in hypochlorous acid after stroke can cause severe damage to brain *** previous studies have found that a small amount of hypochlorous acid still exists in the later stage of stroke,but its specific role and mechanism are currently *** simulate stroke in vivo,a middle cerebral artery occlusion rat model was established,with an oxygen-glucose deprivation/reoxygenation model established in vitro to mimic *** found that in the early stage(within 24 hours)of ischemic stroke,neutrophils produced a large amount of hypochlorous acid,while in the recovery phase(10 days after stroke),microglia were activated and produced a small amount of hypochlorous ***,in acute stroke in rats,hypochlorous acid production was prevented using a hypochlorous acid scavenger,taurine,or myeloperoxidase inhibitor,4-aminobenzoic acid *** results showed that high levels of hypochlorous acid(200μM)induced neuronal apoptosis after oxygen/glucose deprivation/***,in the recovery phase of the middle cerebral artery occlusion model,a moderate level of hypochlorous acid promoted the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons and *** suggests that hypochlorous acid plays different roles at different phases of cerebral ischemia/reperfusion *** levels of hypochlorous acid(5 and 100μM)promoted nuclear translocation ofβ-*** transfection of single-site mutation plasmids,we found that hypochlorous acid induced chlorination of theβ-catenin tyrosine 30 residue,which promoted nuclear ***,our study indicates that maintaining low levels of hypochlorous acid plays a key role in the recovery of neurological function.

写人记事习作是学生进行道德说理写作的重要载体，也是实施道德教育的重要渠道。写人记事习作中的道德说理要求学生具备一定的道德发现能力、逻辑思维水平、逻辑推理和道德推理能力。然而，小学生习作中的道德说理存在论据缺失、无关论据、不充分论据、同质性论据、论据失真等问题。分类统计五大问题在各年级写人记事习作中的突出特征，将学生道德说理能力的发展划分为萌芽期、形塑期、思辨期和熟练期。据此，建议三年级培养例证意识，四年级学用推理方法，五年级强化情境阐述，六年级兼顾综合运用。
