The Large sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope（LAMOST） general survey is a spectroscopic survey that will eventually cover approximately half of the celestial sphere and collect 10 million spectra of stars, galaxies and QSOs. Objects in both the pilot survey and the first year regular survey are included in the LAMOST DR1. The pilot survey started in October 2011 and ended in June 2012, and the data have been released to the public as the LAMOST Pilot Data Release in August 2012. The regular survey started in September 2012, and completed its first year of operation in June 2013. The LAMOST DR1 includes a total of 1202 plates containing 2 955 336 spectra, of which 1 790 879 spectra have observed signalto-noise ratio（SNR） ≥ 10. All data with SNR ≥ 2 are formally released as LAMOST DR1 under the LAMOST data policy. This data release contains a total of 2 204 696 spectra, of which 1 944 329 are stellar spectra, 12 082 are galaxy spectra and 5017 are quasars. The DR1 not only includes spectra, but also three stellar catalogs with measured parameters： late A,FGK-type stars with high quality spectra（1 061 918 entries）, A-type stars（100 073 entries）, and M-type stars（121 522 entries）. This paper introduces the survey design, the observational and instrumental limitations, data reduction and analysis, and some caveats. A description of the FITS structure of spectral files and parameter catalogs is also provided.

斑岩铜矿是最重要的铜矿资源类型,高氧逸度岩浆是公认的评价斑岩成矿的有效指标。硫在成矿岩浆中主要以硫酸盐形式存在,在矿石中则以硫化物为主。什么触发了高氧化性成矿岩浆热液的还原与成矿?这是关系斑岩铜矿形成机制和高效评价的重大科学谜题。前人关注的焦点是成矿母岩浆的起源与演化,还原性围岩在成矿中作用长期被忽视。还原性围岩主要有两种:富碳质围岩和富亚铁围岩。本文在前人工作基础上,以甲玛、德兴、普朗等大型-超大型斑岩铜矿为例,研究了斑岩铜矿的空间分布与含碳质围岩之间的关系,发现斑岩铜矿围岩中普遍发育黑色含碳质地层,并在成矿过程中普遍发生褪色蚀变;发现蚀变围岩和矿床中方解石和矿石矿物流体包裹体的δ^13CV-PDB值普遍较低,与沉积碳酸盐围岩的值显著不同。首次提出并论证了含碳质围岩中甲烷等还原性气体组分的加入可能是引发斑岩成矿系统氧化-还原转换和矿质沉淀的关键。CH4沿构造裂隙扩散进入斑岩成矿系统,无需成矿斑岩与围岩直接接触即可将成矿溶液中SO2–4还原,解决了困扰矿床学家多年的一道难题。围岩中碳质含量高,产生的甲烷数量大,可将成矿热液中SO4^2-在斑岩体内全部还原,形成金属硫化物沉淀,则矿体主要产在斑岩体之内;围岩中碳质含量低,产生的甲烷数量不足,则矿体主要赋存于斑岩体与围岩的内外接触带。含碳质围岩中还原组分即可在岩浆阶段加入,也可在热液阶段加入。在岩浆阶段加入将造成岩浆还原,形成“还原型斑岩”,易导致成矿物质分散,不利于形成大矿富矿;在热液阶段加入,对成矿更有利。“高氧化性斑岩+还原性富碳质地层/富铁火山岩”是高效评价斑岩成矿的新指标。

At 14：28 （2：28 pm） on May 12, 2008, a magnitude 8 earthquake, which was a rare event, occurred inSichuan Province of China and led to deaths of thousands of people. In the Longmen Mountain fault zone, which is located 40 miles from the earthquake center at Wenchuan, the Chinese military used a variety of treatment methods to rescue the injured and successfully treated a victim with severe traumatic brain injury （TBI） who survived without food or water intake for 192 hours. Two hundred and twenty-four hours after the earthquake, the patient underwent craniotomy and removal of an intracerebral hematoma. The injury to the patient was severe and the rescue time was the longest for this earthquake. Detailed information is provided in this report.

三种霾日统计方法的比较分析——以环首都圈京津冀晋为例

为了研究单次值法、日均值法、14时值法3种常用的霾日和轻雾（雾）日统计结果的异同,以环首都圈京津冀晋四省市为例进行了比较.华北地区霾日用3种方法统计的过去60余年霾日的区域分布表明,3种方法统计的霾日是单次值法〉;日均值法〉14时值法,大致是1：0.54：0.45的关系,但区域分布趋势比较相似.典型城市霾日的长期变化趋势大都十分相似.而轻雾（雾）日的长期变化趋势表明,用单次值法统计的明显偏多,且有长期下降趋势；而用日均值法与14时值法统计的轻雾（雾）日无大差别,且没有明显的长期变化趋势,反映了年季和年代季的气候波动.从长期季节变化趋势来看,3种统计方法的结果除日数的差别外,季节分布特征比较类似.一个突出的特点是除去采暖季有较多的霾日外,在盛夏季节霾日也明显多,集中出现在6-9月,尤其是7-8月,与桑拿天同期出现,这与全国大部分城市的变化趋势完全不同.是华北地区的特有现象.用单次值法统计霾日,将包括所有的霾过程,即大范围持续时间长,且与一定天气系统与近地层扩散条件相关连的霾,及在稳定的晴朗夜间由于辐射降温,使相对湿度升高而导致能见度下降形成的霾.用日均值法,则可能更多的显示长时间大范围的霾天气过程；而使用14时法,则对早晚因湿度增加降低能见度出现的霾天气漏记,突出长时间大范围的霾天气过程.

Background:It has been a global trend that increasing complications related to pelvic floor surgeries have been reported over *** current study aimed to outline the development of Chinese pelvic floor surgeries related to pelvic organ prolapse(POP)over the past 14 years and investigate the potential influence of enhanced monitoring conducted by the Chinese Association of Urogynecology since ***:A total of 44,594 women with POP who underwent pelvic floor surgeries between October 1,2004 and September 30,2018 were included from 22 tertiary academic medical *** data were reported voluntarily and obtained from a *** compared the proportion of each procedure in the 7 years before and 7 years after September 30,*** data were analyzed by performing Z test(one-sided).Results:The number of different procedures during October 1,2011-September 30,2018 was more than twice that during October 1,2004-September 30,*** pelvic floor surgeries related to POP,the rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased from 38.1%(5298/13,906)during October 1,2004-September 30,2011 to 46.0%(14,107/30,688)during October 1,2011-September 30,2018,whereas the rate of non-mesh procedures decreased from 61.9%(8608/13,906)to 54.0%(16,581/30,688)(Z=15.53,P<0.001).Regarding synthetic mesh surgeries related to POP,the rates of transvaginal placement of surgical mesh(TVM)procedures decreased from 94.1%(4983/5298)to 82.2%(11,603/14,107)(Z=20.79,P<0.001),but the rate of laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy(LSC)procedures increased from 5.9%(315/5298)to 17.8%(2504/14,107).Conclusions:The rate of synthetic mesh procedures increased while that of non-mesh procedures decreased *** rate of TVM procedures decreased while the rate of LSC procedures increased *** registration number:NCT03620565,https://***.

百菌清降解菌BJQ2的分离、鉴定及影响因素研究

采用未有百菌清用药史的土壤定向培养49d,分离出50株百菌清耐受菌株,经初筛、复筛后得到1株降解能力最强的细菌BJQ2,经形态学、生理生化试验、16SrDNA序列同源性比对及系统发育树的分析,初步确定为阴沟肠杆菌（EnterobactercloacaeB9）,BJQ2可以以百菌清为唯一碳源于基础培养基中生长。BJQ2降解百菌清的最适宜条件为：培养温度30~35℃,初始pH值为7.0~8.0,百菌清的初始浓度为20mg·L-1,选用菌体母液（OD600=0.35）,以10%的接种量接种,6d后提取百菌清,利用气相色谱进行检测分析,计算后发现百菌清的降解率可以达到79.2%。

Lepton scattering is an established ideal tool for studying inner structure of small particles such as nucleons as well as *** a future high energy nuclear physics project,an Electron-ion collider in China(EicC)has been *** will be constructed based on an upgraded heavy-ion accelerator,High Intensity heavy-ion Accelerator Facility(HIAF)which is currently under construction,together with a new electron *** proposed collider will provide highly polarized electrons(with a po-larization of 80%)and protons(with a polarization of 70%)with variable center of mass energies from 15 to 20 GeV and the luminosity of(2–3)×1033 cm^(−2)·s^(−1).Polarized deuterons and Helium-3,as well as unpolarized ion beams from Carbon to Uranium,will be also available at the *** main foci of the EicC will be precision measurements of the structure of the nucleon in the sea quark region,including 3D tomography of nucleon;the partonic structure of nuclei and the parton interaction with the nuclear environment;the exotic states,especially those with heavy flavor quark *** addition,issues fundamental to understanding the origin of mass could be addressed by measurements of heavy quarkonia near-threshold production at the *** order to achieve the above-mentioned physics goals,a hermetical detector system will be constructed with cutting-edge *** document is the result of collective contributions and valuable inputs from experts across the *** EicC physics program complements the ongoing scientific programs at the Jefferson Laboratory and the future EIC project in the United *** success of this project will also advance both nuclear and particle physics as well as accelerator and detector technology in China.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

总结了28例腹腔开放患者自体皮肤移植后的创面护理。分阶段评估植皮后第3天、第7天、第21天的创面恢复情况,采用不同的创面护理措施。对创面合并肠瘘的患者,保持引流的有效性,并采取主动引流,避免肠液侵蚀。同时,做好头部供皮区的护理,加强功能锻炼和心理支持。本组27例患者腹壁创面植皮后第21天,皮片覆盖面积超过90%,只有1例未达90%,经过积极的创面护理,最终创面得到修复。
