Vocal communication plays an important role in survival,reproduction,and animal social *** and mammals produce com-plex vocal sequence to convey context-dependent *** are conspicuous features of the behavior of most anuran species(frogs and toads),and males usually alter their calling strategies according to ecological context to improve the attractiveness/***,very few studies have focused on the variation of vocal sequence in *** the present study,we used both conventional method and network analysis to investigate the context-dependent vocal repertoire,vocal sequence,and call network structure in serrate-legged small treefrogs Kurixalus *** found that male *** modified their vocal sequence by switching to different call types and increasing repertoire size in the presence of a competitive ***,compared with before and after the playback of advertisement calls,males emited fewer advertisement calls,but more aggressive calls,encounter calls,and compound calls during the playback *** analysis revealed that the mean degree,mean closeness,and mean betweenness of the call networks significantly decreased during the playback period,which resulted in lower *** addition,the increased proportion of one-way motifs and average path length also indicated that the connectivity of the call network decreased in competitive ***,the vocal sequence of *** did not display a clear small-world network structure,regardless of *** study presents a paradigm to apply network analysis to vocal sequence in anurans and has important implications for understanding the evolution and function of sequence patterns.

Background:Inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),comprising Crohn's disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC),is a heterogeneous state of chronic intestinal *** innate immunity,including innate immune cells,defends against pathogens and excessive entry of gut microbiota,while preserving immune tolerance to resident intestinal microbiota,and may be characterized by its capacity to produce a rapid and nonspecific *** association between microbiota dysbiosis and the pathogenesis of IBD is complex and *** the intestinal ecosystem is in dysbiosis,the reduced abundance and diversity of intestinal gut microbiota make the host more vulnerable to the attack of exogenous and endogenous pathogenic gut *** aim of our study was to comprehensively assess the relationship between microbial populations within UC,the signaling pathways of pathogenic gut microbe therein and the inflammatory response,as well as to understand the effects of using PE&AFWE(poppy extract[Papaver nudicaule L.]and Artemisia frigida ***)on UC ***:A UC mouse model was established by inducing SPF-grade C57BL/6 mice using dextrose sodium sulfate(DSS).Based on metagenomic sequencing to characterize the gut microbiome,the relationship between gut microbiota dysbiosis and gut microbiota was further studied using random forest and Bayesian network analysis methods,as well as histopathological ***:(1)We found that the 5 gut microbiota with the highest relative abundance of inflammatory bowel disease UC model gut microbiota were consistent with the top 5 ranked natural *** were three types of abundance changes in the model groups:increases(Chlamydiae/Proteobacteria and Deferribacteres),decreases(Firmicutes),and no significant changes(Bacteroidetes).The UC model group was significantly different from the control group,with 1308 differentially expressed species with abundance changes greater than or equal to 2-fold.(2)The proportion

Preserving the functionality of hepatocytes in vitro poses a significant challenge in liver tissue engineering and bioartificial liver,as these cells rapidly lose their metabolic and functional characteristics after *** by the macroporous structures found in native liver tissues,here we develop synthetic hydrogel scaffolds that closely mimic the liver’s structural organization through the phase separation between polyethylene glycol(PEG)and *** hydrogels exhibit interconnected macroporous structures and appropriate mechanical properties,providing an optimal microenvironment conducive to hepatocyte adhesion and the formation of sizable *** to two-dimensional hepatocyte cultures,enhanced functionalities of hepatocytes cultured in our macroporous hydrogels were observed for 14 days,as evidenced by quantitative reverse-transcription–polymerase chain reactions(qRT-PCR),immunofluorescence,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)*** sequencing data further confirmed the establishment of cell–cell interactions among hepatocytes when cultured in our ***,these hepatocytes maintained a protein expression lineage that closely resembled freshly isolated hepatocytes,particularly in the Notch and tumor necrosis factor(TNF)signaling *** results suggest that the macroporous hydrogels are attractive scaffolds for liver tissue engineering.

BACKGROUND This study presents a case of rapidly developing respiratory failure due to antisynthetase syndrome(AS)following coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in a 33-year-old man diagnosed with Klinefelter syndrome(KS).CASE SUMMARY A 33-year-old man with a diagnosis of KS was admitted to the Department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine of a tertiary hospital in China for fever and shortness of breath 2 wk after the onset of *** tomography of both lungs revealed diffuse multiple patchy heightened shadows in both lungs,accompanied by signs of partial bronchial *** next-generation sequencing of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid suggested absence of pathogen.A biopsy specimen revealed organizing pneumonia with alveolar septal ***,extensive auto-antibody tests showed strong positivity for anti-SSA,anti-SSB,anti-Jo-1,and *** multidisciplinary discussions,the patient received a final diagnosis of AS,leading to rapidly progressing respiratory *** This study underscores the clinical progression of AS-associated interstitial lung disease subsequent to viral infections such as COVID-19 in patients diagnosed with KS.

特快速暂态过电压(VFTO)仿真研究中,传统电弧黑盒模型因电弧时间常数和散热功率常取经验值会引起VFTO计算结果出现较大误差。对此,该文提出了一种基于双温度磁流体电弧仿真的改进Mayr电弧模型建立方法。首先,建立了双温度磁流体电弧模型,并通过该仿真研究了上述关键参数与电弧电导的关系,建立了改进Mayr电弧模型;其次,搭建了VFTO仿真模型,采用改进Mayr电弧模型和多种传统电弧数学模型计算了特高压GIS隔离开关切合空载短母线过程的VFTO波形;最后,对比分析了各电弧模型的仿真结果与实测结果波形特征的相对误差。结果表明,改进Mayr电弧模型的VFTO仿真结果与实测结果的相对误差较小,计算准确度较高。

减轻损失规则的重要内容是减轻损失义务,包含两方面的意思:第一,原告有义务采取积极措施(positive steps)将被告违约所致损失降至最低范围;第二,在被告适当履行合同的情况下,原告实施某些行为是适当的,但在被告已经违约的场合,原告倘若再实施这些行为,就会不公正地扩大违约造成的损失(unjustifiably augment the loss)。减轻损失义务大多源自法律的规定,也有基于当事人的约定产生的情形。减轻损失的措施可以类型化为停止履行、替代安排、守约方与违约方再协商、继续履行。守约方应当采取什么样减轻损失的措施,要取决于周围情事。其措施是否适当,宜以一个理性人、经济人的认识作为判断标准比较合理,并且对这种适当的要求不宜太高。在程序方面,要根据双方当事人提供的证据做出事实的认定。是否需要将选择措施之事预先通知违约方,主流观点主张,虽然通知并非“坏事”,但这充其量只是看整个行为是否合理的其中一个因素,而且不一定是重要因素。守约方采取减轻损失的措施支出的合理费用,应由违约方负责赔偿。守约方违反减轻损失的义务,不向违约方就此承担违约责任,但由此扩大的损失无权请求违约方予以赔偿。

专利有效性指专利的有效法律权利状态,专利能被法律所保护。我国专利有效性面临的司法难题源于专利确权制度恪守在行政职权范围以内。由于专利确权的行政行为属性,早期理论认为专利有效性问题不宜在专利行政诉讼或者专利民事侵权纠纷中接受司法审查。然而,随着专利诉讼案件的数量激增,专利确权导致案件中止而拉长诉讼周期,部分纠纷久拖不决,法院及当事人均不堪重负。我国从严格的专利确权行政审查到如今在专利司法裁判中的实践探索,能够响应专利快速维权的现实需求,促进科技成果向现实生产力转化。美国、日本各有特点的专利行政、司法审查“双轨制”探索,可为构建我国专利有效性的司法裁判制度提供可借鉴的经验。我国在司法终局原则、权利救济原则、程序经济原则等原则框架下,有必要确定专利有效性合理的司法审查范围、行政司法统一的裁判标准,明确裁判效力的边界,以构建具有我国特色的专利有效性司法裁判制度,克服单一行政确权制度的局限。

OBJECTIVE To evalu ate the role of resting magnetocardiography in identifying seve re coronary artery stenosis in patients with suspected coronary artery *** A total of 513 patients with angina symptoms were included and divided into two groups based on the extent of coronary artery disease determined by angiography:the non-severe coronary stenusis group(<70% stenosis) and the severe coronary stenosis group(≥70% stenosis).The diagnostic model was constructed using magnetic field map(MFM) parameters,either individually or in combination with clinical *** performance of the models was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic curves,accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV) and ne gative predictive value(NPV).Calibration plots and decision curve analysis were performed to investigate the clinical utility and performance of the models,*** In the severe coronary stenosis group,QR_MCTDd,S_MDp,and TT_(MA)C_(50) were significantly higher than those in the non-severe coronary stenosis group(10,46±10.66 vs,5.11±6.07,P <0.001;7.2±8.64 vs.4.68±6.95,P=0.003;0.32±57.29 vs.0.26±57.29,P <0.001).While,QR_MV_(amp),R_(MA),and T_(MA) in the severe coronary stenosis group were lower(0.23±0.16 vs.0.28±0.16,P<0.001;55.06±48.68 vs.59.24±53.01,P<0.001;51.67±39.32 vs. 60.45±51.33,P <0.001).Seven MFM parameters were integrated into the model,resulting in an area under the curve of 0.810(95% CI:0.765-0.855).The sensitivity,specificity,PPV,NPV,and accurecy were 71.7%,80.4%,93.3%,42.8 %,and 73.5%;*** combined model exhibited an area under the curve of 0.845(95% CI:0.798-0.892).The sensitivity,specificity,PPV,NPV,and accuracy were 84.3%,73.8%,92.6%,54.6%,and 82.1%;*** curves demonstrate d excellent agreement between the nomogram prediction and actual *** decision curve analysis showed that the c ombine d model provided greater net benefit compared to the magnetocardingraphy model.C
