为鉴定此次安徽省境外输入新型冠状病毒的分子特征,本研究对两例病例进行了高通量测序和基因组序列分析。高通量测序获得两株病毒的基因组全长分别为29858nt和29858nt,利用NextStrain和2019新型冠状病毒信息库(https://***/ncov/)在线分析对两例毒株全基因组核苷酸和氨基酸变异位点进行分析。将全基因组序列上传到(https://***)和(https://***/)网站,通过在线网站分析结果显示,两株病毒均为B.1.617.2变异株(Delta),NextStrain进化分析为21A。两株毒株分别发现了49和48个核苷酸突变位点,氨基酸的变异位点分别有35和34个,其中存在相同的7个同义突变。两株病毒主要在ORF7a基因上C27527T(P45L)的突变不同。这是安徽省首次发现境外输入的B.1.617.2变异株(Delta株)此变异株存在引发本地的流行和爆发的风险,需要严密持续的对境外输入病例进行流行病学调查和病毒基因分子特征分析。

Eucommiae Folium(EF),a traditional Chinese medicine,has been used to treat secondary hypertension,including renal hypertension and salt-sensitive hypertension,as well as hypertension caused by thoracic aortic endothelial dysfunction,a high-fat diet,and oxidized low-density *** antihypertensive components of EF are divided into four categories:flavonoids,iridoids,lignans,and phenylpropanoids,such as chlorogenic acid,geniposide acid and pinoresinol *** regulates the occurrence and development of hypertension by regulating biological processes,such as inhibiting inflammation,regulating the nitric oxide synthase pathway,reducing oxidative stress levels,regulating endothelial vasoactive factors,and lowering blood ***,its molecular antihypertensive mechanisms are still unclear and require further *** this review,by consulting the relevant literature on the antihypertensive effects of EF and using network pharmacology,we summarized the active ingredients and pharmacological mechanisms of EF in the treatment of hypertension to clarify how EF is associated with secondary hypertension,the related components,and underlying *** results of the network pharmacology analysis indicated that EF treats hypertension through a multicomponent,multi-target and multi-pathway *** particular,we discussed the role of EF targets in the treatment of hypertension,including epithelial sodium channel,heat shock protein70,rhoassociated protein kinase 1,catalase,and superoxide *** relevant signal transduction pathways,the ras homolog family member A(RhoA)/Rho-associated protein kinase(ROCK)and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate(NADPH)oxidase/eNOS/NO/Ca^(2+)pathways,are also discussed.

A novel small-molecule(SM) acceptor DTF-IC is designed and synthesized in this work. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of ternary OSCs increased up to 12.14% from 10.90% by incorporating 10 wt% of DTF-IC as second acceptors into the binary OSCs consisting of PBDB-T as donor and IT-M as acceptor. This was mainly due to the large increase in short-circuit current(Jsc) from 16.18 to 17.95 mA/cm^2, without any drop in the open-circuit voltage(Voc) and fill factor(FF). The addition of DTF-IC enabled the donor and acceptor to form a distinct complementary absorption profile in the visible-light region, which boosted the photon harvesting in the range of 730–800 nm and consequently increased the Jscof the ternary system by 11%. Moreover, there was an energy transfer between the two SM acceptors, favorable for enhancing charge separation and transfer as well as reducing charge recombination at PBDB-T:IT-M and PBDB-T:DTF-IC interface. Simultaneously, HOMO and LUMO energy levels of DTF-IC were lower than those of PBDB-T, but still higher than those of IT-M. Thus, DTF-IC is able to provide a cascading energy level with the host donor and acceptor which are beneficial for efficient charge transfer between the acceptors and facilitating exciton dissociation and carrier transport. Meanwhile, the highly crystalline DTF-IC as a third component can improve the crystallization process of the active layer while maintaining proper phase separation. This work proposes a novel idea for non-fullerene acceptors achieved via twin spiro-type structure modifying by indanone and provides a new direction for the selection of ternary solar cell materials.

钙肥对盐胁迫下花生荚果发育动态的影响

为了研究施用钙肥对盐胁迫下花生荚果发育动态及充实度的影响。以‘花育25’为材料,在0.3%NaCl盐胁迫水平下设置4个钙肥施用梯度[T1 (0 kg/hm^2)、T2 (75 kg/hm^2)、T3 (150 kg/hm^2)和T4 (225 kg/hm^2) Ca O]进行盆栽试验。结果表明:花生荚果干物质积累与体积膨大过程呈"慢-快-慢"的变化趋势,且均可用Logistic方程拟合。盐胁迫条件下,荚果及籽仁干物质积累和体积最大增长日(Tm)分别较CK提前4~5天和2~5天左右,最大生长速率(Vm)分别较CK均显著降低。外源钙的施入极大缓解盐胁迫对荚果膨大与充实的阻碍作用,其中T3处理最为显著。荚果及籽仁干物质积累和体积增大的最大生长速率均较T1处理显著提高,且最大增长日出现时间较T1均明显延迟,荚果充实度得到提高,最终提高产量。综合荚果发育动态、荚果充实度及产量,在0.3%盐胁迫条件下钙肥适宜施用量为150 kg/hm^2CaO。

Influences of preload on the friction and wear properties of high-speed instrument angular contact ball bearings

For starved-oil or solid lubrication of high-speed instrument angular contact ball bearings, friction heating and wear are the main reasons of bearing failures. This paper presents a dynamic wear simulation model to investigate the impacts of different preload methods and the changes of preload caused by wear on bearing wear life. The integral value QV of stress and sliding velocity in the contact ellipses between a ball and the inner and outer races determines friction heating and wear. The changes of QV with the friction coefficient and the wear volume under constantforce preload and fixed-position preload are analyzed. Results show that under the same initial preload, the QV decreases with an increase of the friction coefficient for both preload methods, and the latter is slightly larger. The wear of the ball and the race is equivalent to the ball diameter *** QV of constant-force preload is almost not changed with a decrease of the ball diameter, but for fixed-position preload, the value decreases firstly and then increases substantially due to insufficient preload, and slipping occurs, the ball diameter is reduced by 0.025%, while the preload is reduced by 60.33%. An estimation of the bearing wear life under different preload methods requires a consideration of the changes in the wear rate of bearing parts.
