Background Shan Zha(Hawthorn or Crataegus)is a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)most commonly used for the treatment of hyperlipidemia.Gastrointestinal cancer is closely correlated with blood lipid levels.This study illustrates the potential anticancer effects of Shan Zha on gastrointestinal tumors based on network pharmacology and molecular docking.Methods Hawthorn's bioactive ingredients and drug targets were obtained from the Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform(TCMSP),Integrative Pharmacology-based Research Platform of Traditional Chinese Medicine version 2.0(TCMIP v2.0),and Herbal Ingredients'Targets Platform(HIT 2.0)databases.Validated disease targets of gastrointestinal cancer were obtained from the Therapeutic Targets Database(TTD)and HIT 2.0 databases.Protein–protein interaction analysis of intersecting genes was performed using the Search Tool for the Retrieval of Interacting Genes(STRING)database.The functions of these genes were further analyzed by performing gene ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)enrichment analyses.Molecular docking verification was performed using Molecular Operating Environment(MOE)software.Results Four main bioactive components were identified in Shan Zha.A total of 271 potential drug targets were identified,and 393 gastrointestinal-tumor targets were obtained.Through protein interaction analysis of intersecting targets,the main components of Shan Zha were found to interact more closely with proteins such as tumor protein p53(TP53),AKT serine/threonine kinase 1(AKT1),JUN proto-oncogene(JUN),interleukin 6(IL6),epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),and vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA).KEGG pathway enrichment analysis showed a total of 127 pathways,mainly involving pathways in multiple types of cancer,the Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-Akt(PI3K-Akt)signaling pathway,and EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance.Combined with The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)differential analysis,key targets,including TP53,cyc

TEMPERATURE EFFECT ON LOW-CYCLE FATIguE BEHAVIOR OF NICKEL-BASED SINGLE CRYSTALLINE SUPERALLOY

The low-cycle fatigue （LCF） behavior of a nickel-based single crystal superalloy with [001] orientation was studied at an intermediate temperature of T0℃ and a higher temperature of To ＋ 250℃ under a constant low strain rate of 10^-3 s^-1 in ambient atmosphere. The superalloy exhibited cyclic tension-compression asymmetry which is dependent on the temperature and applied strain amplitude. Analysis on the fracture surfaces showed that the surface and subsurface casting micropores were the major crack initiation sites. Interior Ta-rich carbides were frequently observed in all specimens. Two distinct types of fracture were suggested by fractogaphy. One type was characterized by Mode-I cracking with a microscopically rough surface at To ＋ 250℃. Whereas the other type at lower temperature T0℃ favored either one or several of the octahedral {111} planes, in contrast to the normal Mode-I growth mode typically observed at low loading frequencies （several Hz）. The failure mechanisms for two cracking modes are shearing of γ＇ precipitates together with the matrix at T0℃ and cracking confined in the matrix and the γ/γ＇interface at To - 250℃.

Reduced graphene oxide-modified Ni Co-phosphates on Ni foam enabling high areal capacitances for asymmetric supercapacitors

NiCo-phosphates can deliver high specific capacitances and high electrochemical activities as pseudocapacitive electrode material for supercapacitors.In this study,The NiCo-phosphates@reduced graphene oxide(NCPO@rGO)composite is directly loaded on Ni foam by a simple one-step hydrothermal process.The conductive rGO sheets provides continuous electron pathways between NCPO flowers and Ni foam,allowing active electrochemical reactions throughout the whole electrode.This can solve the difficulty of low active material utility and small areal capacitances in the Ni foam-supported electrodes.At the same time,the rGO sheets creates large amount of mesopores within the electrode,which can ensure a highly open structure for electrolyte attachment and ion transport.Because of the positive effect of rGO in improving charge transfe r,the NiCo-phosphates can be fully involved in the electrochemical reactions with high utility,ensuring high specific capacitances(1416.7 F g^(-1)at 1 A g^(-1))and high-rate performances.Specially,the areal capacitance of the NCPO@rGO electrode can reach as large as 3.69 F cm^(-2)at 1 A g^(-1),which is among the highest ones in Ni foam supported electrodes.An asymmetric supercapacitor is then fabricated by NCPO@rGO as the positive material with attractive energy densities and power densities,further proving its excellent electrochemical performance.

心房颤动(房颤)是心房心肌内环境稳态失衡,致心房纤维化而不能有效且有节律地收缩与舒张,是一种常见的心房快速性心律失常疾病,与心室无关。随着社会的发展,房颤在心血管疾病中的占比也随之增加,其可增加脑卒中、心力衰竭、心肌梗死等疾病的发病率,影响疾病的预后,给人们及社会造成很大负担和危害,反之这些疾病的发生也可增加房颤的发生率。临床上对于房颤的治疗已经有一套经验丰富且有效的治疗方法。该文主要总结近几年房颤的中西医临床分型、病因病机、药物治疗及西医非药物治疗。

Study on polyurethane-based porous materials and their adsorption properties

The flexible superhydrophobic thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU)porous material was prepared by heat-induced phase separation method with two cooling steps.The influence of the preparation process on the microstructure of the material was discussed in depth.The microstructure,hydrophobicity and specific surface area of porous TPU materials were analyzed in detail.The surface wettability,separation selectivity,saturated adsorption capacity and adsorption rate,mechanical properties,environmental adaptability and cyclic properties of porous TPU materials were studied.The results show that the TPU-8%porous monolithic material prepared by heat-induced phase separation method shows good performance when the polymer concentration is 8%,the phase separation temperature is 0℃,the phase separation time is 30min,and the mixing solvent ratio is 9:1.

目的分析表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(EGFR-TKI)相关皮疹中药用药规律,以指导临床用药。方法计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、PubMed数据库,纳入内服或外用中药治疗EGFR-TKI相关皮疹的临床试验研究,分别对内服、外用中药的频数、药物性味、归经、功效进行统计,并对高频中药进行关联分析和聚类分析。结果共纳入文献36篇,包含方剂44首,用法分为内服法、外用法。内服中药方剂24首,纳入中药83味,使用频次较高的中药为甘草、金银花、白鲜皮;外用中药方剂20首,纳入中药51味,使用频次较高的中药为紫草、白鲜皮、苦参。内服、外用中药中频次较高的性味均为寒、温、平,苦味、甘味、辛味,归经均以归肝经、肺经、胃经为主,功效以清热药、补虚药为主。对高频药物进行关联分析和聚类分析,得出高频内服中药组合13对,高频外用中药组合7对,二者均可形成4个类聚方。结论中药治疗EGFR-TKI相关皮疹内服以清热补虚,兼具祛邪与养阴之功,外用则主要以清热燥湿止痒为主,高频中药的关联分析和聚类分析为临床提供治疗思路与方法。

Redetermination of the Depositional Age of the Haerdaban Group in the Northern Margin of the Yili Block,Western Tianshan,NW China:Implications for Regional Tectonics and Pb-Zn Mineralization

The Yili Block in the Western Tianshan orogen is a key area for understanding the early crustal formation and evolution of the Central Asian orogenic belt,due to the widely-distributed Precambrian rocks.Also,it hosts a lot of medium–to large-scale sedimentary exhalative(SEDEX)Pb-Zn deposits that mainly occur in Proterozoic metamorphosed clasticcarbonate rocks.In this study,LA-ICP-MS U-Pb analyses were carried out on detrital zircons in siltstones of the Precambrian Haerdaban Group in the Haerdaban Pb-Zn deposit and magmatic zircons in the diorite dyke that cuts through the strata and orebodies.The maximum depositional age of the siltstones was determined to be about 604 Ma,the diorite having formed at approximately 500 Ma.As such,the Haerdaban Group was most likely formed in the Neoproterozoic Sinian,rather than the previously considered Mesoproterozoic Changchengian.Detrital materials of the Haerdaban Group were mostly derived from the Nanhua–Sinian mafic dykes and granitic rocks around Lake Sayram at the northern margin of the Yili Block.It is proposed that the Yili Block,together with the Kazakhstan and Central Tianshan blocks and the Tarim Craton,might all pertain to the same Rodinia supercontinent,which has great potential for targeting large to super-large SEDEX Pb-Zn deposits.

控释掺混肥对夏玉米氮肥利用效率和气态氮损失的影响

为阐明控释掺混肥对夏玉米产量、氮肥利用效率和气态氮损失的影响,本研究以郑单958为供试材料,设不施氮对照(CK)、常规施氮(FFP)、优化施氮(OPT)、含30%控释尿素的控释掺混肥(CRBF30)和含50%控释尿素的控释掺混肥(CRBF50)共5个处理,对比分析了不同处理的夏玉米产量、氮肥利用效率和气态氮损失(氨挥发和N2O排放)的差异。结果发现,控释掺混肥(CRBF30和CRBF50处理)较FFP处理夏玉米增产1.4%~2.9%(P>0.05),在减氮和一次性施肥的条件下实现了夏玉米稳产。与FFP处理相比,CRBF30和CRBF50处理的氮肥吸收利用率分别提高了8.4个和11.1个百分点,其中CRBF50处理差异显著(P<0.05);氮肥偏生产力分别提高了8.87 kg·kg^(-1)和9.86 kg·kg^(-1)(P<0.05)。与FFP处理相比,控释掺混肥(CRBF30和CRBF50处理)的氨挥发强度和累积氨挥发损失分别降低71.9%~73.5%(P<0.05)和71.59%~72.66%(P<0.05),N2O排放强度和累积排放量分别显著降低了34.5%~41.4%(P<0.05)和33.7%~37.5%(P<0.05)。综上,施用控释掺混肥可兼顾夏玉米稳产、氮肥高效利用并降低氮素气态损失。
