Adhesive hydrogel has drawn great attention for wide applications in wound healing owing to its excellent biocompatibility and lasting ***,traditional adhesive hydrogels only keep the wound moist to promote wound *** is still imperative to fabricate adhesive hydrogels that exhibit efficient antibacterial ability,active driving dynamic wound closure,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)scavenging together with excellent mechanical ***,a novel hydrogel based on poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNIPAAm),a thermoresponsive polymer,and tannic acid(TA)-Ag nanoparticles(TA-Ag NPs)exhibiting active contraction,tissue adhesion,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial functions was ***-Ag dispersed in the hydrogel not only functioned as the catalyst to polymerize the reaction but also provided additional anti-inflammatory and antibacterial ***,tannic acid containing catechol groups endowed the hydrogel with adhesive *** interestingly,the obtained hydrogel exhibited the thermoresponsive shrinkage ability,which could mechanically drive wound closure due to the presence of PNIPAAm *** vivo mouse full-thickness skin defect model demonstrated that this actively contractible and antibacterial hydrogel is a promising dressing to improve wound healing process by accelerating tissue regeneration and preventing bacterial ***,this multi-functional adhesive hydrogel developed here may provide a new possibility for wound healing.

Many metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)trapped in water exhibit instability and small-particle agglomeration issues,which unquestionably constrain their potential applications,such as the capture of organic contaminants(OCs).In this study,four types of micron-sized MOFs(Zn/Cu-BTC,MOF-5,ZIF-8,and UiO-66)were grown within a zeolite-13X support to form millimeter-sized zeolite-13X@MOF composites for the elimination of benzothiophene,methyl orange,and tetracycline from the liquid phase by dynamic adsorption in a *** observed that the 13X@Zn/Cu-BTC exhibited extraordinarily high OC capture capacities as a result of the Zn^(2+) and Cu^(2+) combinative effects of the acid-base ***,the 13X@UiO-66 preserved its structural integrity when immersed in water for 15 days,in contact with boiling water for 12 h,and in both strong acidic and basic aqueous ***,the OC capture abilities of the 13X@UiO-66 only underwent a slight change after the fifth *** work provides new method for the design of desirable millimeter-sized zeolite@MOFs,thereby advancing their practical application for OC capture.

Lead isotope geochemical characteristics of Pb-Zn-Cu deposits on the southwestern margin of Tarim,and their significance

The polymetallic(Pb,Zn,Cu,etc) ore belt on the southwestern margin of Tarim is one of the major regions with the greatest prospecting potential in *** in this paper are the lead isotope data for 66 sulfide samples(including 50 galena samples,15 chalcopyrite samples and 1 pyrite sample) collected from such representative deposits as Tamu,Tiekelike,Kalangu,Abalieke,*** this ore *** Pb isotopic ratios of 206 Pb/204 Pb,207 Pb/204 Pb and 208 Pb/204 Pb in the galena samples range from 17.931 to 18.176,15.609 to 15.818 and 38.197 to 38.944,with the average values of 18.017,15.684 and 38.462,*** in the chalcopyrite samples range from 17.926 to 18.144,15.598 to 15.628 and 38.171 to 38.583,with the average values of 18.020,15.606 and 38.262,*** pyrite sample has the Pb isotopic ratios of 206 Pb/204 Pb,207 Pb/204 Pb and 208 Pb/204 Pb to be 17.980,15.604 and 38.145,*** combination with the previous Pb isotope data for sulfides,it is found that there is only a slight variation in the Pb isotopic composition of galena,chalcopyrite,sphalerite and pyrite in the ore ***,there is some difference in Pb isotopic characteristics between galena and chalcopyrite,especially the Pb isotopic composition of galena shows an obvious linear correlation with some other relevant parameters(e.g.β and γ).The comprehensive analysis suggested that lead in galena(maybe including sphalerite and pyrite) was derived principally from wall rocks and underlying basement,and that in chalcopyrite only originated from the *** single-stage model ages of these sulfides couldn't indicate the time limit of metallogenesis(Pb,Zn,Cu,etc.),and the positive linear correlations for the Pb isotopic composition of galena are of no single-stage and two-stage Pb-Pb isochron ***,there are significant differences in Pb isotopic composition characteristics between the genetic type of deposits in this polymetallic ore belt and th

In-situ observation for formation and dissociation of carbon dioxide hydrate in porous media by magnetic resonance imaging

The study of formation and dissociation of CO 2 hydrate in porous media was characterized by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system in in situ conditions. This work simulated porous media by using glass beads of uniform size. The growth and dissociation habit of CO2 hydrate was observed under different temperature and pressure conditions. The induction time and the hydrate saturation during the growth and dissociation process in different sizes of porous media were obtained by using the MRI signal intensity. The results indicate that hydrate growth rate and the induction time are affected by the size of porous media, pressure, and degree of supercooling. There are three hydrate growth stages, i.e., initial growth stage, rapid growth stage and steady stage. In this study,the CO2 hydrate forms preferentially at the surface of vessel and then gradually grows inward. The hydrate tends to cement the glass beads together and occupies the pore gradually. As the hydrate decomposes gradually, the dissociation rate increases to the maximum and then decreases to zero.

Purpose:To ascertain whether sex differences exist in the relationship between marital status and cardiovascular diseases(CVD),coronary heart disease(CHD),cancer and all-cause mortality in the general population and to explore the potential effect of age,location,the duration of follow-up and publication years on these ***:A systematic search was performed in PubMed and EMBASE from inception through to April 2018 and review of references to obtain sex-specific relative risks and their 95%confidence *** were used to derive the women-to-men ratio of RRs(RRR)and 95%CI for each *** and RRRs for each outcome were then pooled using random effects inverse-variance weighted ***:Twenty-one studies with 7,891,623 individuals and 1,888,752 deaths were included in the *** with married individuals,being unmarried was significantly associated with all-cause,cancer,CVD and coronary heart disease mortalities for both ***,the association with CVD and all-cause mortality was stronger in *** divorced/separated was associated with a higher risk of all-cause mortality in men and a stronger risk of cancer and CVD *** pooled ratio for women versus men showed 31 and 9%greater risk of stroke mortality and all-cause mortality associated with never married in men than in ***:Being unmarried conferred higher risk of stroke and all-cause mortality for men than ***,divorced/separated men had higher risk of cancer mortality and CVD *** studies are warranted to clarify the biological,behavioral,and/or social mechanisms involved in sex differences by these associations.

采用金相组织与拉伸性能测试方法,研究了汽车水箱用铝合金钨极氩弧焊接头组织和性能。结果表明,采用ER5183焊丝时,焊缝表面成形良好,表面未发现裂纹,焊接头力学性能最佳。采用5083边角料时,力学性能次之。采用仿ER5183焊丝时,表面出现明显裂纹,焊缝组织中出现较多气孔和夹杂,力学性能最差。

四氢呋喃水合物(THF)是典形的笼形水合物,目前有关其热导率的报道较少,且都存在测量样品不是单一相、测量过程水合物发生分解等问题。采用基于飞秒脉冲激光的时域热反射法(TDTR)测量THF热导率。根据样品常温下是流体的特点,设计了可同时适用样品制备及TDTR测量的温控台,实现THF热导率非接触原位测量。获得THF热导率为0.6W/(m·K),Al/THF界面热导为90.3MW/(m^2·K)。该实验结果有助于理解并完善固体水合物微观导热机理,明晰水分子笼子和客体分子的耦合关系。

目的通过磁共振血管成像(MR angiography, MRA)明确慢性硬膜下血肿(chronic subdural hematoma, CSDH)患者脑膜中动脉(middle meningeal artery, MMA)管径特征,以及MMA管径与CSDH患者预后的关系。方法采用回顾性匹配对照研究分析2014年5月至2021年5月我院收治的CSDH患者临床资料,在脑动脉三维时间飞越法(3D time of flight, 3D TOF) MRA检查上测量CSDH患者MMA管径并与匹配的健康人进行对比,并对钻孔引流术后复发侧与非复发侧MMA管径进行比较。结果 41例CSDH患者中56侧血肿侧MMA管径明显大于26侧非血肿侧MMA管径(P<0.01),并大于所匹配41例健康人82侧MMA管径(P<0.01),CSDH患者非血肿侧MMA管径也大于健康人MMA管径(P<0.01);11例双侧CSDH患者出血较多侧与出血较少侧MMA管径比较无明显差异(P=0.18);钻孔引流术后复发9例12侧MMA管径明显大于非复发14例18侧MMA管径(P<0.01)。结论 CSDH患者出血侧MMA明显增粗,钻孔引流术后复发侧MMA增粗更明显,提示MMA管径与CSDH的发生及发展有关,并与CSDH患者预后相关。
