Artificial neural networks(ANNs)have led to landmark changes in many fields,but they still differ significantly fromthemechanisms of real biological neural networks and face problems such as high computing costs,excessive computing power,and so *** neural networks(SNNs)provide a new approach combined with brain-like science to improve the computational energy efficiency,computational architecture,and biological credibility of current deep learning *** the early stage of development,its poor performance hindered the application of SNNs in real-world *** recent years,SNNs have made great progress in computational performance and practicability compared with the earlier research results,and are continuously producing significant *** there are already many pieces of literature on SNNs,there is still a lack of comprehensive review on SNNs from the perspective of improving performance and practicality as well as incorporating the latest research *** from this issue,this paper elaborates on SNNs along the complete usage process of SNNs including network construction,data processing,model training,development,and deployment,aiming to provide more comprehensive and practical guidance to promote the development of ***,the connotation and development status of SNNcomputing is reviewed systematically and comprehensively from four aspects:composition structure,data set,learning algorithm,software/hardware development *** the development characteristics of SNNs in intelligent computing are summarized,the current challenges of SNNs are discussed and the future development directions are also *** research shows that in the fields of machine learning and intelligent computing,SNNs have comparable network scale and performance to ANNs and the ability to challenge large datasets and a variety of *** advantages of SNNs over ANNs in terms of energy efficiency and spatial-temporal data processing

Viewing cancer as a large,evolving population of heterogeneous cells is a common *** genomic instability is one of the fundamental features of cancer,this intrinsic tendency of genomic variation leads to striking intratumor heterogeneity and functions during the process of cancer formation,development,metastasis,and *** the increased mutation rate and abundant diversity of the gene pool,this heterogeneity leads to cancer evolution,which is the major obstacle in the clinical treatment of *** rely on the integrity of DNA repair machineries to maintain genomic stability,but these machineries often do not function properly in cancer *** deficiency of DNA repair could contribute to the generation of cancer genomic instability,and ultimately promote cancer *** the rapid advance of new technologies,such as single-cell sequencing in recent years,we have the opportunity to better understand the specific processes and mechanisms of cancer evolution,and让s relationship with DNA ***,we review recent findings on how DNA repair affects cancer evolution,and discuss how these mechanisms provide the basis for critical clinical challenges and therapeutic applications.

A robust triaxial localization method of AE source using refraction path

Acoustic emission(AE)localization algorithms based on homogeneous media or single-velocity are less accurate when applied to the triaxial localization *** the end,a robust triaxial localization method of AE source using refraction path is ***,the control equation of the refraction path is established according to the sensor coordinates and arrival ***,considering the influence of time-difference-of-arrival(TDOA)errors,the residual of the governing equation is calculated to estimate the equation ***,the refraction points in different directions are solved using Snell’s law and orthogonal ***,the source coordinates are iteratively solved by weighted correction *** feasibility and accuracy of the proposed method are verified by pencil-lead breaking *** simulation results show that the new method is almost unaffected by the refraction ratio,and always holds more stable and accurate positioning performance than the traditional method under different ratios and scales of TDOA outliers.

基于铁氧体传输线脉冲陡化原理,利用COMSOL软件建立了铁氧体传输线的电磁场仿真模型,研究了脉冲陡化的影响因素及特征规律,根据仿真模型设计了2种不同直径磁芯的铁氧体传输线,并建立了实验测试平台,对传输线陡化后的脉冲前沿进行测试。仿真及实验结果均表明,铁氧体传输线陡化后的脉冲前沿随输入电压幅值、传输线长度的增加而减小,随磁芯直径的减小而减小,实验结果与仿真结果规律一致。磁芯直径为40 mm,线长为1500 mm的铁氧体传输线可将幅值为120 kV的脉冲电压的前沿由124 ns陡化至14.4 ns,整个脉冲源的抖动为1.83 ns,验证了铁氧体传输线替代FLTD触发器中气体陡化开关的可行性。

The coupled vibration characteristics of multiple elastic annular baffles of the same inner radius in a partially liquid-filled rigid cylindrical container were studied. The liquid domain was divided into several simple sub-domains so that the liquid velocity potential in each liquid sub-domain was of class C1 with continuous boundary conditions. Based on the superposition principle, the general solution of the liquid velocity potential corresponding to each liquid sub-domain was obtained by means of the method of separation of variables. The coupled modes of the multiple elastic annular baffles were expressed in terms of dry-modal functions. The free surface condition, the interface conditions and coupled vibration conditions were expressed in terms of Fourier series along the liquid height and Bessel series in the radial direction, respectively. Stable and fast numerical computations were investigated by the convergence study. Excellent agreements have been achieved in the comparison of results obtained by the proposed approach with those given by the finite element software ADINA. The natural frequencies and mode shapes versus the position, the inner radius and the number of the annular baffles were thoroughly discussed.

It was ever thought that genomic information is transmitted faithfully from generation to generation. But our current knowledge does not indicate that it is the case. For example, genomic variations can be generated from DNA replication infidelity and unequal chromosome segregation. Natural decay of DNA molecules is also a fundamental source of changing genomic information. In addition, cellular and organismal exposure to exogenous genotoxic agents such as ultraviolet （UV） light, oxidative stress, chemical mutagens, and radiation can lead to a variety of modifications on DNA constituents, resulting in genome alterations. Fortunately, cells have evolved several response systems to tackle numerous DNA lesions in order to maintain their genome integrity. Among them, check- point control is probably the most well-known one. For exam- ple, checkpoint responds to replication stress, replication fork stalling, double-strand DNA breaks, and various other types of DNA lesions. Increasing experimental evidence indicates that genomic instability is probably the fundamental reason for carcinogenesis. Genomic instability is also found to be a main etiological factor of neurodegenerative diseases, aging, immunodeficiency, etc. Thus, to understand how cells regulate to maintain their genomic stability is of fundamental importance.

Stable and efficient single atom catalysts(SACs)are highly desirable yet challenging in catalyzing acidic oxygen evolution reaction(OER).Herein,we report a novel iridium single atom catalyst structure,with atomic Ir doped in tetragonal PdO matrix(IrSAs-PdO)via a lattice-confined *** optimized IrSAs-PdO-0.10 exhibited remarkable OER activity with an overpotential of 277 mV at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and long-term stability of 1000 h in 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4).Furthermore,the turnover frequency attains 1.6 s^(-1) at an overpotential of 300 mV with a 24-fold increase in the intrinsic *** high activity originates from isolated iridium sites with low valence states and decreased Ir–O bonding covalency,and the excellent stability is a result of the effective confinement of iridium sites by Ir–O–Pd ***,we demonstrated for the first time that SACs have great potential in realizing ultralow loading of iridium(as low as microgram per square center meter level)in a practical water electrolyzer.

Sulfydryl-contained(-SH)substances including hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),cysteine(Cys),homocysteine(Hcy)and glutathione(GSH)play crucial roles in living systems,and their variations are closely associated with various ***,we developed a near-infrared intramolecular charge transfer(ICT)based fluorescent probe Y-NBD,achieving detection of Cys/Hcy and H_(2)S with different fluorescent signals(green-red for Cys/Hcy,red for H_(2)S),large Stokes shifts(∼100/105nm or 191 nm)and high signal-background-ratio,but not responding to GSH.Y-NBD was successfully applied to image exogenous/endogenous Cys/Hcy and H_(2)S in various living cancer cells(HeLa,A549,and HepG2)and in *** not only visualized the transformation pathway of several thiols in HepG2 cells but also verified that the intestine is the main site for the activation and metabolism of Y-NBD in zebrafish,as well as realized to evaluate the degree of drug-induced liver *** work provides a promising tool for imaging Cys/Hcy and H_(2)S in living systems and shows great potency in evaluating drug-induced liver injury and its treatment.
