Submergence stress tolerance is a complex trait governed by multiple *** of its wide distribution across arid and humid regions,Arabidopsis thaliana offers an opportunity to explore the genetic components and their action mechanisms underlying plant adaptation to submergence *** this study,using map-based cloning we identified WRKY22 that activates RAP2.12,a locus previously identified to contribute to the submergence stress response,to regulate plant humid adaptation possibly through ethylene signal transduction in ***22 expression is inhibited by ARABIDOPsiS RESPONSE REGULATORs(ARRs)but activated by the WRKY70 transcription *** accessions from humid environments,a two-nucleotide deletion in the WRKY22 promoter region prevents binding of phosphorylated ARRs,thereby maintaining its high *** of the ARR-binding element in the WRKY22 promoter underwent strong positive selection during colonization of *** in the humid Yangtze River ***,the WRKY70-binding motif in the WRKY22 promoter shows no variation between accessions from humid and arid *** findings together establish a novel signaling axis wherein WRKY22 plays a key role in regulating the adaptive response that enables *** to colonize contrasting ***,we further showed functional conservation of this locus in Brassica napus,suggesting that modulating this axis might be useful in the breeding of flood-tolerant crop varieties.

CO Catalytic Oxidation of Pt-Loaded Perovskite BaTiO_3 Near Ferroelectric-Phase Transition Temperature

Perovskite BaTiO3 （BTO） nanocrystals with a size of 150-200 nm have successfully been synthesized via a facile hydrothermal method by employing titanate nanowires as synthetic precursor. Tetragonality and spontaneous ferroelectric polarization of BTO nanocrystals have been determined by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy investigations. BTO nanocrystals loaded with Pt nanoparticles in a size of 2-5 nm have been explored as a catalyst towards CO oxidation to CO2. It is interesting to find that CO catalytic conversion rate over Pt-BTO nanocrystals gradually decreased and further increased near 100 ℃ when the catalytic temperature keeps increasing, whereas the conversion behavior in oxides is expected to be enhanced upon the catalytic temperature grows. Using differential scanning calorimetry and first-principle calculations, the observed catalytic behavior has been discussed on the basis of the ferroelectric polarization effect and the ferroelectric-paraelectric transition of BTO nanocrystals with a Curie temperature of 110 ℃. Below Curie temperature, CO catalytic oxidation could be significantly tailored by ferroelectric polarization of BTO nanocrystals via a promoted dissociation of O2 molecules. The findings suggest that a ferroelectric polarization in perovskite oxides could be an alternative way to modify the CO catalytic oxidation.

基于特征工程与仿生优化算法构建河流溶解氧预测模型

河流水体中溶解氧骤增或耗竭均会引发系列环境污染、物种多样性破坏等问题,准确预测河流溶解氧(DO)浓度对河流水环境治理具有重要意义。为提高模型输入特征的可解释性及模型精度,获取河流DO浓度最优预测模型,研究利用黄河流域山西境内水质监测站点数据,以双向长短期记忆网络(BiLSTM)为基础,结合卷积神经网络模型(CNN)和注意力机制(Attention Mechanism),基于随机森林模型(RF)进行特征优选,建立RF-CNN-BiLSTM-Attention(RF-CBA)模型,进一步利用吸血水蛭优化算法(BSLO)、黑翅鸢优化算法(BKA)、白鲨优化算法(WSO)等仿生优化算法,构建了BSLO-RF-CBA、BKA-RF-CBA、WSO-RF-CBA共3种优化模型,并与深度学习中CNN-A、LSTM-A、BiLSTM-A、CBA、RF-CBA模型对比,分析得到河流溶解氧预测结果,以平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)、均方误差(MSE)、决定系数(R2)、全绩效指标(GPI)和相对误差(MAPE)评价不同模型精度,结果表明:(1)RF模型通过对影响河流DO特征值进行排序、筛选,可消除冗余特征对水质预测模型的影响,提高预测精度。(2)利用仿生算法优化RF-CBA模型的神经元数量、学习率、正则化系数等参数,模型模拟精度进一步提升,总体上捕捉到了DO波动的时间序列特征,模型表现出强稳定性和泛化能力。(3)BSLO-RF-CBA模型模拟精度最高,对DO变化捕捉能力突出,具有更强的捕获全局依赖关系的能力,推荐用于河流溶解氧预测模型。该模型具备扩展至不同河流溶解氧等污染物浓度预测的能力,为河流水体污染预警与系统化管理提供技术支撑。

Timing Calibration of the Follow-up X-Ray Telescope On Board the Einstein Probe Satellite

The Follow-up X-ray Telescope（FXT） is one of the main scientific instruments on board the Einstein Probe astronomical satellite, which was launched in 2024 January. FXT consists of two Wolter I type nested telescopes（FXT-A and FXT-B） with a focal length of 1600 mm. The focal plane detector employs a PNCCD with 384 × 384pixels. The timing mode of FXT serves as the primary operating mode for fast X-ray timing observations. To evaluate and validate the timing performance of FXT prior to launch, a comprehensive timing calibration was performed at the 100 m X-ray test facility. By simulating various periodic Crab-like profiles using the Grid Controlled X-ray Tube（GCXT） in conjunction with a pulsar simulation module, it was verified that the relative time accuracy of FXT exceeds 5 × 10-9. Furthermore, employing GCXT with a voltage pulse generation module enabled the determination of the time resolutions for FXT-A and FXT-B, recorded as 45.6 ± 2.7 μs and47.1 ± 2.8 μs, respectively. An absolute timing calibration for FXT-B was carried out using the GCXT and a time interval analyzer, revealing a measured time delay of 3.9 ± 2.1 μs for FXT-B.

Enhanced preparation of dendritic metallic vanadium in recyclable NaCl-KCl-VCl_(2) molten salt by V_(2)CO electrolysis

A promising method for the preparation of pure metallic vanadium via V_(2)CO anode electrolysis was proposed and *** simple and controllable synthesis of a molten chloride salt containing VCl_(2) by an insitu reaction between VCl_(3) and metallic vanadium was verified through thermodynamic analysis and ***-KCl-VCl_(2) molten salt exhibited excellent recycling performance and could be repetitively used to prepare metallic vanadium by V_(2)CO *** V^(2+) ions remained in the molten salt after *** electrolysis conditions,such as the cathode diameter,current density,V^(2+) ion concentration,and temperature,were optimised to maximise the current *** was also simulated to reveal the regulatory *** highest current efficiency was 85%.The purity of metallic vanadium was up to 99.8%.In this study,an easy and efficient preparation of pure metallic vanadium was achieved.

Out-of-time-order correlators in the one-dimensional XY model

We study the behavior of information spreading in the XY model, using out-of-time-order correlators(OTOCs). The effects of anisotropic parameter γ and external magnetic field λon OTOCs are studied in detail within thermodynamical limits. The universal form which characterizes the wavefront of information spreading still holds in the XY model. The butterfly speed vBdepends on(γ, λ). At a fixed location, the early-time evolution behavior of OTOCs agrees with the results of the Hausdorff–Baker–Campbell expansion. For long-time evolution,OTOCs with local operators decay as for power law t^-1, but those with nonlocal operators show different and nontrivial power law behaviors. We also observe temperature dependence for OTOCs when(γ=0, λ=1). At low temperature, the OTOCs with nonlocal operators show divergence over time.

A new free-living marine nematode species of the genus Leptolaimus belonging to the family Leptolaimidae was collected from intertidal sediments of the Shenzhen Mangrove Nature Reserve,Shenzhen,South China,and it is described here as Leptolaimus holovachovi *** new species is characterized by body length 734-896μm in males and 822-941μm in females;papilliform cephalic sensilla;circular amphideal fovea;males with 7-14 anterior midventral alveoli in the pharyngeal region,4-5 midventral tubular precloacal supplements and 4-6 alveolar precloacal supplements;spicules slender,slightly arcuate,proximally cephalated and distally ***-like gubernaculum without *** new species differs from other congener species of the genus by the unique feature of having anterior midventral alveoli in the pharyngeal region.

Application of microscopic transport model in the study of nuclear equation of state from heavy ion collisions at intermediate energies

The equation of state(EOS)of nuclear matter,i.e.,the thermodynamic relationship between the binding energy per nucleon,temperature,density,as well as the isospin asymmetry,has been a hot topic in nuclear physics and astrophysics for a long *** knowledge of the nuclear EOS is essential for studying the propertics of muclei,the structure of neutron stars,the dynamics of heavy ion collision(HIC),as well as neutron star *** offers a unique way to create muclear matter with high density and isospin asymmetry in terrestrial laboratory,but the formed dense nuclear matter exists only for a very short period,one cannot measure the nuclear EOS directly in ***,transport models which often incorporate phenomenological potentials as an input are utilized to deduce the EOS from the comparison with the observables mcasured in *** ultrarelativistic quantum molecular dynamics(UrQMD)model has been widely employed for investigating HIC from the Fermi energy(40 MeV per nucleon)up to the CERN Large Hadron Collider energies(TeV).With further improvement in the nmuclear mean-field potential term,the collision term,and the cluster recognition term of the UrQMD model,the newly measured collective flow and nuclear stopping data of light charged particles by the FOPI Collaboration can be *** this article we highlight our recent results on the studies of the muclear EOS and the muclear symmetry energy with the UrQMD *** opportunities and challenges in the extraction of the nuclear EOS from transport models and HIC experiments are discussed.

In-situ analysis of slip transfer and heterogeneous deformation in tension of Mg-5.4Gd-1.8Y-1.5Zn alloy

Slip transfer is influential in determining damage nucleation of polycrystalline *** interactions between dislocations and grain boundaries(GBs)was investigated using in-situ tension test in a multi-directionally forged Mg-5.4Gd-1.8Y-1.5Zn(wt%)*** was found that strain accommodation of individual grains by means of slip occurred more easily than slip transfer when several slip systems were *** basal-basal slip transfer occurred when the GB misorientation was smaller than 34.2°,whereas basal-pyramidal type took place when the crystallographic misorientation was larger than 48.8°.The product of Luster-Morris m factor and the sum of the Schmid factors of the two correlated slip systems indicated that the threshold for basal-basal slip transfer may exist,however,basal-pyramidal slip transfer shows no such threshold and is more *** results presented here demonstrated that besides the geometrical alignment,the deformation details(such as the number of operable slip systems)and stress state in each individual grain must be considered.
