Artificial synapse inspired by the biological brain has great potential in the field of neuromorphic computing and artificial *** memristor is an ideal artificial synaptic device with fast operation and good ***,we have prepared a memristor device with Au/CsPbBr_(3)/ITO *** memristor device exhibits resistance switching behavior,the high and low resistance states no obvious decline after 400 switching *** memristor device is stimulated by voltage pulses to simulate biological synaptic plasticity,such as long-term potentiation,long-term depression,pair-pulse facilitation,short-term depression,and short-term *** transformation from short-term memory to long-term memory is achieved by changing the stimulation *** addition,a convolutional neural network was constructed to train/recognize MNIST handwritten data sets;a distinguished recognition accuracy of~96.7%on the digital image was obtained in 100 epochs,which is more accurate than other memristor-based neural *** results show that the memristor device based on CsPbBr3 has immense potential in the neuromorphic computing system.

AIM To evaluate the cytological diagnostic capacity and sample quality of the slow-pull technique and compare them with different suction *** From July 2010 to December 2015, 102 patients with pancreatic solid lesions who underwent endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration(EUS-FNA) with 22-gauge needles were retrospectively evaluated. EUS-FNA diagnosis was based on a cytological examination, and final diagnosis was based on a comprehensive standard of cytological diagnosis, surgical pathology and clinical or imaging follow-up. Cytological specimens were characterized for cellularity and blood contamination. The cytological diagnostic capacity and sample quality of the slow-pull technique and suction techniques with 5-m L/10-m L/20-m L syringes were *** Of all of the EUS-FNA procedures, the slow-pull technique and suction techniques with 5-m L/10-m L/20-m L syringes were used in 31, 19, 34 and 18 procedures, respectively. There were significant differences between these four suction techniques in terms of cytological diagnostic accuracy(90.3% vs 63.2% vs 58.8% vs 55.6%, P = 0.019), sensitivity(88.2% vs 41.7% vs 40.0% vs 36.4%, P = 0.009) and blood contamination(score ≥ 2 for 29.0% vs 52.6% vs 70.6% vs 72.2%, P = 0.003). The accuracy and sensitivity of the slow-pull technique were significantly higher than those of the suction techniques using 5-m L(P = 0.03, P = 0.014), 10-m L(P = 0.005; P = 0.006) and 20-mL syringes(P = 0.01, P = 0.01). Blood contamination was significantly lower in the slow-pull technique than in the suction techniques with 10-m L(P = 0.001) and 20-mL syringes(P = 0.007).CONCLUSION The slow-pull technique may increase the cytological diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity with slight blood contamination during EUS-FNA when using 22-gauge needles for solid pancreatic masses.

Background:The China-Gates TB project Phase II implemented case-based payment reform in three Chinese counties in 2014,designed specifically for patients diagnosed with Tuberculosis(TB).This study aimed to examine the changes in utilization and expenses of outpatient services before and after the reform implementation,among TB patients in the three counties in ***:We collected quantitative data using surveys in 2013(baseline year)and 2015(final year).We used outpatient hospital records to measure service utilization and medical expenses of TB *** conducted qualitative interviews with local health authorities,officers of health insurance agencies,and hospital managers(n=18).We utilized three focus group discussions with hospital staff and TB doctors and *** x^2 tests and Mann-Whitney U tests were used to analyse quantitative data,and the thematic analysis using a framework approach was applied to analyse qualitative ***:Dantu and Yangzhong counties enacted TB-specific case-based payment method in *** County maintained global budget payment but raised the reimbursement rate for TB *** to the baseline,the percentage of TB patients in Dantu and Yangzhong with eight or above outpatient visits increased from 7.5 to 55.1%and from 22.1 to 53.1%in the final survey,*** experienced the opposite trend,decreasing from 63.0 to 9.8%.In the final survey,the total outpatient expenses per patient during a full treatment course in Dantu(RMB 2939.7)and Yangzhong(RMB 2520.6)were significantly higher than those in the baseline(RMB 690.4 and RMB 1001.5,respectively),while the total outpatient expenses in Jurong decreased significantly(RMB 1976.0 in the baseline and RMB 660.8 in the final survey).Health insurance agencies in Dantu and Yangzhong did not approve the original design with outpatient and inpatient expenses packaged together,revealed by qualitative ***,staff at designated hospitals misundersto

针对水辅成型不同注射方法对制品残余壁厚的影响差异问题,提出基于计算流体力学(CFD)的残余壁厚分析方法.根据水辅成型过程中水与高温塑料熔体的流动特点,分别建立浮动芯注射法和直接注射法的两相流动CFD模型,对残余壁厚的形成过程进行数值模拟,对比数值模拟结果与试验结果,分析残余壁厚分布情况.结果表明,数值模拟结果与试验结果较吻合,验证了模型的正确性.相比直接注射法,浮动芯注射法能够控制制品的残余壁厚,并且残余壁厚大小受延迟时间的影响较小,延迟时间越短,残余壁厚越接近理想控制值.浮动芯注射法制品转弯处的内外侧壁厚差小于直接注射法,有利于提高制品力学性能.

A systematic review of neoadjuvant targeted therapy in locally advanced thyroid cancer

Introduction:Locally advanced thyroid cancer refers to thyroid cancer that invades important structures of the neck,with poor *** targeted therapy has the potential to increase the R0/1 resection rate in locally advanced thyroid cancer and improve the outcome in these ***:We conducted a systematic review of studies that reported neoadjuvant targeted therapy in locally advanced thyroid *** patient data was extracted from eligible *** response rate(ORR)and R0/1 resection rate were ***:Sixteen studies and 32 patients were included into analysis,including 18 diferentiated thyroid cancer(DTC),3 medullary thyroid cancer(MTC),8 anaplastic thyroid cancer(ATC)and 3 poor-diferentiated thyroid cancer(PDTC).Most patients were stage T4a(53.1%)and T4b(28.1%).81.3%patients had regional lymph node metastasis and 37.5%had distant *** mutated MTC and BRAF mutated ATC were treated with selective RET inhibitor and selective BRAF/MEK *** treatment regimens were multitarget tyrosine kinase inhibitors(mTKIs).The average duration of treatment was 4.3months(SD=4.1).The overall ORR was 78.1%(95%CI:60.0%-90.7%),and the R0/1 resection rate for the intention to treat population was 78.1%(95%CI:60.0%-90.7%).With a median follow-up time of 12.1months,1 DTC patient and 3 ATC patients died of the ***:Neoadjuvant targeted therapy was a new treatment option for locally advanced thyroid cancer and might improve the R0/1 resection rate in selective ***,more clinical trials with longer follow-up time are awaited to confrm the clinical beneft of neoadjuvant targeted treatment.

Widespread soil acidification due to atmospheric acid deposition and agricultural fertilization may greatly accelerate soil carbonate dissolution and ***,to date,few studies have addressed these ***,we use meta-analysis and nationwide-survey datasets to investigate changes in soil inorganic carbon(SIC) stocks in *** observe an overall decrease in SIC stocks in topsoil(0-30 cm)(11.33 g C m-2yr-1) from the 1980 s to the 2010 *** SIC stocks have decreased by～8.99±2.24%(1.37±0.37 Pg C).The average SIC losses across China(0.046 Pg C yr-1) and in cropland(0.016 Pg C yr-1) account for～17.6%-24.0% of the terrestrial C sink and 57.1% of the soil organic carbon sink in cropland,*** deposition and climate change have profound influences on SIC *** estimate that～19.12%-19.47% of SIC stocks will be further lost by *** consumption of SIC may offset a large portion of global efforts aimed at ecosystem carbon sequestration,which emphasizes the importance of achieving a better understanding of the indirect coupling mechanisms of nitrogen and carbon cycling and of effective countermeasures to minimize SIC loss.
