Background:The objective of this research was to examine the impact of the Chinese herbal formula Qushi Kaiyu(QSKY)on rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and its inhibitory effect on the TLR4/NF-ĸB ***:NAFLD model rats was constructed through high-fat ***,rats were treated with QSKY(6.4 g/kg)by *** therapeutic effect of QSKY on NAFLD was assessed by testing body weight change,the liver index,lipid concentrations in blood,and antioxidant and inflammatory levels;assessing liver function;and performing pathological staining including hematoxylin-eosin and Oil Red *** protein levels of key factors in the TLR4/NF-ĸB pathway(TLR4,MyD88,p65 and IKB)in rat liver tissue were determined using western blotting in order to explore the mechanism responsible for the therapeutic effects of QSKY in rats with ***:QSKY significantly reduced the liver index and body weight value;reduced triglyceride,cholesterol,alanine aminotransferase,and aspartate aminotransferase levels in NAFLD rats;improved the pathological changes,such as ballooning degeneration,fat accumulation,necrosis,and inflammation;elevated GSH-Px and superoxide dismutase activities and lowered malondialdehyde levels,indicating that QSKY enhanced the antioxidant capacity;and reduced inflammatory cytokine(IL-6,IL-1β,and TNF-α)*** blotting results showed that QSKY significantly reduced TLR4,MyD88,and decreased the phosphorylation of IKB and p65 protein levels in the livers of rats with ***:QSKY showed therapeutic effects on NAFLD and can alleviate oxidative stress and *** mechanism may be related to an improvement in TLR4/NF-ĸB pathway.

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of jiangan Xiaozhi decoction on nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)mice model and its effects on the endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)signaling ***:NASH mice model was established by methionine-choline deficient(MCD)diet induction and intragastric administration of jiangan Xiaozhi *** therapeutic effects of the decoction on NASH mice model were evaluated by measuring the body weight,hepatic index,and blood lipids and analyzing liver function-related biochemical markers,liver hematoxylin and eosin staining,and liver oil red O staining after the administration of the decoction in the mice ***,the levels of glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78),inositol-requiring enzyme 1(IRE1),and X-box binding protein 1(XBP1)in the liver tissue of the mice were measured using Western blotting to investigate the mechanism underlying the treatment of NASH mice model by jiangan Xiaozhi ***:jiangan Xiaozhi decoction improved the body weight and hepatic index;reduced the levels of total cholesterol,transglutaminase,alanine transaminase,and aspartate aminotransferase;and improved pathological changes caused by hepatocyte necrosis,inflammatory cell infiltration,ballooning,and fat accumulation in the liver tissue of NASH mice *** Western blot results showed that jiangan Xiaozhi decoction reduced the levels of GRP78,IRE1,and XBP1 proteins in the liver tissues of NASH mice ***:jiangan Xiaozhi decoction has therapeutic effects on NASH mice *** mechanism of its action may be related to the regulation of level of GRP78,IRE1,and XBP1 proteins in liver tissue and improvement of ERS.

The construction of metal-organic coordination clusters（MCCs） using modular secondary building units is an important method for preparing functional *** this study,two new MCCs modularly assembled from Keggin-type {SiW12O40}H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene(SiW12) units and thiacalixarene-supported Co4-thiacalix[4]arene(Co4-TC4A polynuclear second-building units（PSBUs,H4TC4A=p-tert-Butylthiacalix[4]arene） are *** two MCCs,abbreviated as Co4-SiW12and Co8-SiW12,were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray *** Co4-SiW12is a supramolecular structure involving cation-anion interactions between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and ***8-SiW12features "barbell-like" shapes with two Co4-TC4A coordinatively linked to a Keggin-type SiW12unit on opposite via W-O_t-Co *** coordination of Co4-TC4A to SiW12in Co8-SiW12resulted in significantly improved photothermal conversion performances compared with Co4-SiW12and pure SiW12or ***-gap determination and photophysical analysis combined with density functional theory calculations indicated the binding mode between Co4-TC4A PSBUs and SiW12,which considerably influences the way of electron transport and the conversion ability of visible light to heat.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a kind of metabolic disorder characterized by excessive fat deposition in the liver and ranging from simple steatosis(simple NAFLD)to nonalcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH),cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma[1].It has recently been increasing annually;for example,it was recently estimated to have a global prevalence of 32.4%,which seriously threatens human health[2].Thus,the discovery of new therapeutic targets is of great importance because there is no specified drug for the treatment of *** the other hand,the pathogenesis of NAFLD is complicated and still *** studies have proposed ferroptosis as related to the disease progressions of *** evidence indicated that ferroptosis in hepatocytes and hepatic macrophages could induce NASH and that complex regulatory mechanisms were *** the future,inhibition of ferroptosis may hopefully become an emerging target in treating NAFLD.

As multiple levels of electricity markets become intertwined and coupled across different time scales, regional power grids, while serving as hubs for trading channels, also face a series of operational risks, such as network congestion and ensuring security and reliability of supply. In response to the supply security scenario under market-oriented models, based on the analysis of intra-provincial transmission section blocking, an optimization method for inter-regional and inter-provincial power supply capability in the electricity spot market is proposed. Firstly, based on the correlation model of inter-provincial trading channels, inter-provincial physical interconnections, and intra-provincial transmission sections, the mechanism of intra-provincial network congestion formation is analyzed. Secondly, the Gradient Boosting Decision Tree algorithm predicts intra-provincial transmission section blocking, identifying critical sections that form the boundary for electricity purchases in the spot market. Finally, to maximize electricity purchases through inter-regional channels while considering constraints on DC power injection stability, the power supply capability of the target province is optimized. The proposed method is validated by analyzing it based on actual provincial networks. © 2025 Power System Technology Press. All rights reserved.

Electron correlation often gives birth to various orders in quantum materials. Recently, a strongly correlated kagome antiferromagnet FeGe is discovered to undergo a charge density wave transition inside the A-type antiferromagnetic state, providing an opportunity to explore the interplay between charge order and magnetism. Here, we reported the observation of anisotropic resistivity and Hall effect, along with a topological Hall effect, in the annealed FeGe crystals. As the current flows along the abplane, the temperature dependence of ρabexhibits a distinct resistivity loop related to a first-order transition at Tcdw. The applied magnetic fields do not alter Tcdwbut can induce a spin-flop transition at Hsf. Consequently, a field-induced large topological Hall effect is observed in the canting antiferromagnetic（CAFM） state below Tcant, which is possibly attributed to the non-trivial spin texture during the spin-flop process. Whereas, as current is parallel to c-axis, both the field-induced transitions in ρcand χcdisappear. Instead, the Hall resistivity in the annealed FeGe significantly exhibits a deviation from the linear *** findings provide valuable insight into revealing the interplay among magnetism, charge order and topology in the kagome magnets.
